Advanced Location Blocking for Signing in Adobe Sign
We would like to request an enhancement to the location-based security controls in Adobe Sign.
At present, Adobe Sign only allows blocking signing activity from China. We request the ability to block additional countries or regions, particularly third countries with a high financial or fraud risk, from which documents cannot be signed. Specifically, we propose:
• The ability to block multiple countries (not only China)
• The option to configure a custom allowlist or blocklist of countries
• Support for risk-based country groups (e.g. high-risk, medium-risk)
• Application of these rules to all signing methods (web, mobile, integrations)Why the Feature Is Needed
Many organizations operate under strict compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management policies. Allowing documents to be signed from high-risk jurisdictions can expose organizations to:
• Financial fraud
• Identity misuse
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Increased audit findingsModern security standards require granular, configurable controls instead of a single hardcoded country block. By allowing organizations to restrict signing to approved regions, Adobe Sign would better support enterprise security requirements, especially for financial, governmental, and regulated sectors.
This feature would significantly strengthen Adobe Sign’s security posture and make it more suitable for organizations with advanced compliance and risk requirements.Thank you for considering this request. We would be happy to provide further details or compliance use cases if helpful.

Automatic AI in Adobe PDF is causing issues
AI automatically scanning my PDF is incredibly annoying. I don't want it reading my document, I don't need a summary, and I don't need automatic fields for a form. What I need is a way to completely disable AI.
It's causing delays in my work and slows me down, along with being a waste of environmental resources.2 votes -

Provide a simple way to view a PDF document without distractions
Every time I doubleclick a PDF file to view its content, Acrobat pops up messages asking me to confirm that I have noticed some feature I do not need, provide feedback, use the AI assistant I do not want, review the tools I have no use for. Please provide an option to switch off all these distracting messages, buttons and toolbars and just plainly and simply display the content of the PDF file on the screen with no frills.

Export AI Assistant conversations as Markdown with citations
I am using Acrobat AI Assistant on long PDFs, and the hardest part isnt asking the first question, its keeping track of why an answer changed. Please add an export for the current AI conversation as plain Markdown, including the source page references and the prompt order.Right now I copy each answer by hand, then a long document or a context reset makes the notes pretty hard to audit. A small "Export conversation" button would help people compare prompts, save research notes and spot when context was dropped. This plain-language explanation of context windows describes the sort of problem I'm running into: https://arsentev.ai/guides/context-window-explained. The export dont need fancy formatting. Date, document name, prompts, answers and citations would be enough, maybe with a warning before any document text leaves Acrobat. It'd also be useful if we could choose current chat or all chats for that PDF because those arent always the same thing in practice.

Please give option to DISABLE AI Features
Please include some way to DISABLE all Generative AI features that sticks. Unclicking the checkbox doesn't help if everytime I restart my computer or receive an update it turns it back on. Generative AI is unhelpful and intrusive. Forcing people to use AI features has a massively negative impact on our environmental footprint. When it is used unnecessarily or without choice, we are using MILLIONS of gallons of water and electricity for no reason. I will be switching to a FREE service that already includes all Adobe Acrobat features if this is not resolved.

Cannot see Tool, Edit, Convert, or Sign Menus
There is something wrong with the side menu. When I first open a document, I can see the All Tools menu on the left, but as soon as I click a tool or click one of the other side bar categories, I can see that it pulls up the tools menu but it's like stuck behind a shadow of the previous side menu and there's nothing I can do. Pressing the X doesn't close the tools, and it is basically stuck like this until I close the document and reopen, even with clicking the other options at the top like Edit, Convert or Sign. I just updated it to the newest version, and it didn't fix anything; This was happening before the update and it's still happening with the newest update.

Make Selected Comments More Visible in the Right-Hand Panel
Please add an option to make the selected comment in the right-hand panel a bright color so you can see which one is selected. I don't know why this has never been a option to be able to choose colors of the highlighted/selected comment.

Customizable Digital Signature Appearance
Seria interessante permitir:
aumentar ou reduzir livremente a largura da assinatura;
aumentar ou reduzir a altura;
ajustar a área destinada ao texto;
manter determinadas informações em uma única linha quando houver espaço disponível;
adaptar automaticamente o tamanho e a disposição do conteúdo;

Have your AI agent suggest a pdf software that actually works
You have successfully destroyed what was once the premier business use software for handling pdf files. Since it has become impossible to use, perhaps your AI agent could direct us to GOOD pdf software or at least suggest some packages that work.

AI Assistant disable for form creation
Please give me the ability to disable someone else's AI Assistant popup from one of my forms they are using. They have no reason to need the assistant and the popup is just an annoyance.

fix edit menu
Editing text: pasting text onto pdf ends up with letters very widely spaced and unreadable. Prior version did not have this undesirable feature. Through trial/error, I found this could be avoided by extra step of selecting "0" on the "VA" menu button, even though it says "0" to start with. Ironically it says "0" as default, but if I do not set it to "0" again (even though the default shows "0"), "VA" now will read "14" for my copy-pasted text edit, and individual letters are so far apart as to be unreadable. It would be nice to revert to a prior version where this extra step was never needed. (ie, I don't want to go through that extra step of selecting "0" for "VA" option, even though it looks like the default is set at "0". In my case the default is actually "14" though you would think it is "0"

Remove all generative AI functions.
This is not an idea, I just wanted to provide feedback that generative AI tools are an instant turn-off. I would vastly prefer a program that helps fight against the use of generative AI by protecting my documents from AI programs. I would pay more money to use a program that does not feature any kind of AI assistance, AI suggestions, AI integration of any kind.
We used to live in a world where corporations understood that when a user has a positive experience with a product or service, they will only tell one or two people, but if they have a negative one, they will tell many people. Within that context, I hope you understand that the pop-up ads I keep getting suggesting I upgrade to a version with more generative AI tools and the unremovable AI integration in the layout of the program are the kinds of things that make me want to not only find a permanent replacement for any and all Adobe products (not restricted to Acrobat, which this is about), but also to then enthusiastically recommend that everyone I know stop using Adobe as well and switch to another product. It is my strong belief -- and I very much look forward to this day -- that every tech company that jumped to integrate AI into their products are going to find that this is one of the most negative decisions in their entire corporate history regarding the stability and loyalty of their userbases, and more importantly, their bottom line. I expect some companies, household names, will go out of business due to the generative AI bubble, and as mentioned, that will be a great day. Generative AI instantly makes me think less of any product or service that integrates or uses it, and the only possible solution to this is to at least offer a version of the product that does not integrate AI in any way.
I am submitting this idea despite the many others that are posted exactly like it in the hopes that each one receives many votes calling it critical and ultimately you are forced to choose between your irrational devotion to bad tech and your consumers.

the Acrobat gray hover comments boxes generated by AI are now a very serious nuisance and should be removed. Have an image of a sign post and the generated AI comment is about a mans large *****.
Fo crying out loud! Please give us a way to turn this off or completely disable it!
