Narration feature added to documents.
A "Narrator" feature added to documents, files, and forms. This would allow users with impaired vision to interact with Windows, and Mac in a way that isn't commonly found. In this way, languages may be learned as well.

[Bug] Acrobat DC 2020 | exporting to Word – images with text are blurry (OCR disabled)
Acrobat DC 2020 (20.013.20064)
MacOSX 10.14.16Exporting PDFs in Acrobat DC 2020 to Word (.docx or .doc) embedded raster images with (rastered) text (e.g. maps etc.) are blurry/with low resolution in the resulting Word document. This is especially the case if the export OCR option is clearly disabled. Other raster images (without text) are not affected. Embeeded raster images in the source PDF can be jpg or tif with "high" resolution like 300 or 600dpi and the result is allways the same bad quality for raster images with text (either source format of the embedded images), but as good as the source resolution for raster images without text. We had never this problem before, but as we do not very often do this transformation (once or twice a year for a large number of PDF-files) we can not trackback, when the problem arisedn the first time. However we have on the same system an old version of Acrobat Pro X (10.1.16) and with the very same export settings, the problematic raster images with text in the resulting Word files (.docx and .doc) are prefect in quality and resolution (resolution is corresponding to the source resolution).
We can provide examples files with source and resulting exported files from Acrobat DC and Acrobat Pro X, but can not share them publicly.
Please have a look at this problem as soon as possible. Many Thanks.

Allow for multiple accounts to be switched through easily. Or just have two different accounts on two different apps.
I use Acrobat for work and have my work email and company card attached to it. I like to use photoshop/lightroom for fun and have a personal account and credit card for that. But now whenever I sign in on my acrobat I have to sign out and back in on lightroom. It's really annoying.

Print to PDF on a Mac
PRINT TO PDF
I dont want a save PDF. I need to print to pdf. There are XML based documents that are NOT able to be saved to a PDF and I need to be able to mark them up, annotate, make notes.I pay $600/yr for your suite and you can't manage to keep features consistent across platforms?
You have it for PC's, but not for Mac? The platform preferred by most creatives worldwide?

can't edit pdf after collaborating/sharing it with colleague
I am TRYING to collaborate on a PDF with a colleague, so I shared it with him utilising Acrobat's "Share this file with others" link, after I had added check marks and comments to sections of it. After coming back to it (he hasn't even opened it yet) I can't edit the document anymore and it's infuriating as I've essentially lost all of the work I've done thus far. PLEASE FIX this glaring bug!!

Skipped files in batch conversion of emails in an Outlook folder
When doing a batch conversion of emails in an Outlook folder, all of the emails should be captured in a single PDF file. Unfortunately not all emails are converted? Is there a limtation of the size of PDF file? When will a file/email be skipped?

Add a "Find and Replace ALL" button to find and replace menu
It would be an awesome idea to add a "Find and replace ALL" instances of the found sentence/word when in the find menu (the one circled in the screenshot). We know that acrobat is not a "word for pdfs" but can be useful if a product name or feature was to be slightly changed or translated and it is repeated many times. That surely would save users's time.

Save as Adobe PDF without active Hyperlinks in Office applications
We are trying to create a PDF document without active Hyperlinks since the PDF will be sent to external sources and persons.
We/I have tried to use Save as Adobe PDF, print to Adobe PDF and other options through Adobe utility but all document created do have active hyperlinks in them.
We do not wish to have users click on the hyperlink and navigate to that particular site.
Current workaround is to create a PDF, open the PDF in Acrobat Pro and save it again.
We cannot ask our people to do that manually each time for each document since they create PDF file 4-10 on each process.
Please create an option to create a PDF with any hyperlinks.

You can create PDFs from Office applications without active hyperlinks by unchecking the “Add Links” option in Acrobat Preferences in the Office PDFMaker addin.
Let us know if that resolves your problem. Thanks

Allow Duplex Printing for Duplex enabled Printers from DC
I can print in duplex from my Brother MFC-J835DW printer when printing from every other program I can think of and Adobe on the web, the fact that I cannot from Adobe DC when I pay to use this software? Get with it and join the 21st century, I ESPECIALLY want duplex capability in ADOBE as most large files and forms that require printing are typically shared as pdf files and I certainly don't want to be wasteful or kill excess trees, but it would certainly appear this isn't a concern of Adobe, noted guess it is time to look for pdf software with a vision and concerns better aligned with my own.

Turn off the automatic bounding boxes
When using the 'Add text' tool, DC seems to bind together multiple lines of text. This would be ok if you could break the bind to change the layout. I can't seem to do this and end up deleting and doing the work again....hardly efficient??
Thank you.

Would love an easy way to set the PDF page dimensions
In Acrobat Pro DC, would love an easy way to set the PDF page dimensions. Sometimes need to crop a page smaller and sometimes need to make larger and add white border. I'm told there might be an option for this within PreFlight, but that is hard to find and didn't seem to work at all when I tried it. (In general, the UI within PreFlight seems difficult and different.) Thanks.

Option to display dual units when measuring
When measuring areas, I often display results in square feet. If I need acres, I have to change the display option to acres. I need both units displayed, so going back and forth is a bit tedious plus I have no on screen documentation of both results unless I add one of the results to a post comment. An option to select a 2nd user specified unit would be a great help. A typical result could be "9781.61 sq. ft. = 0.224 ac." (A conversion to metric would also be useful.) Three significant figures is customary in math circles.

Add Meta Data Fields to organize where documents are saved
It would really help to have standard Meta Data database such as a vendor name list that can be used when saving files. Especially if the metadata can be used in the file path, and create folders if they do not exist. For example if Vendor ABC is added to the file path and the program does not find him in the invoices folder, it creates the folder and saves the file under that new vendor. If the vendor exists, then it just adds the file. You need a standard database of vendors for that to work. An entity data column would be nice or department etc. so files can be better organized. Basically a table with a number of columns that you can use to standardize the naming and location of documents.

Make print options available when converting powerpoint to pdf
Hello,
Our company recently moved to SharePoint and we have our libraries synced to our Adobe Acrobat app. My process beforehand was typically to open the PPT I wanted to convert to PDF, and select print to pdf. This would allow me to select slides per page and other such features.
Now my process is to navigate to the PPT i wish to convert, click on it, and select "Create PDF." (image1) This defaults to 1 page per slide and does not allow any such customization. Clicking on "Advanced Settings" doesn't include print options. (image2)
Clicking "Create", creates the PDF but as usual it defaults to 1 slide per page. (image3)
To get the desired behavior (2 slides per page), I have to click File > Print, and set the settings to the following. (image4)
This basically creates the PDF 2x, which isn't necessarily ideal from a workflow perspective. I'd love to see print options (or something similar to it) when I first go to create the PDF.
Thoughts on this?
