1. Making Adobe acrobat actually work would be a start!

   I HAVE to use Adobe Acrobat as I frequently need to mark up pdf files for editing. I pay for the professional version. This is the most frustrating and useless software I have even encountered. It crashes numerous times, gets stuck in odd routines to "prepare files for editing"; this software is making me very unproductive purely because of its bugginess. Really odd 'feature' on comment markup when adding things in superscript, where it then places them in subscript (absolute shambles to mark things up for typesetters when the software does this!!). I've been gnashing my teeth for several years and today it has reached an epic proportion of utter uselessness and has taken me 2 hours to do something that should take 30 mins max. Please update your product so that it actually does the basics of pdf markup (highlight and comment on figure files is ALL I need to do - it's not complicated) - what am I paying for each month?!

13. Chinese (Trad.) incorrect for "Check out and open" a network file

    Dear Support!

    If you go to a directory on a network neighbourbood, and open a PDF file, then:
    1. Adobe PDF Reader says something like this in Chinese (Trad.): Log out and open" （登出及開啟）;
    2. Foxit PDF Reader says something like this in Chinese (Trad.): Sign out an open" （簽出並開啟）

    Since I have not logged in to either Adobe or Foxit, except having logged in to my computer using AD/SSO, it does not make sense to log out or sign out and open the PDF.

    However, when I close what I have opened in Foxit PDF Reader, it asks me whether I want to close it so that other people can edit it.

    So, now the question looks more like "Check out and Open" （借出並開啟） and should be translated as such in Chinese (Trad.).

    Please check and correct if needed.

    I'm looking for help for a particular feature. I don't want a ******* tutorial. The help panel is ******* useless. I want to type in the feature i need, and have options from there. Instead, you present me with this panel full of mostly irrelevant options. In particular, the crop tool should actually CROP SOMETHING. 17. Fillable field if prefilled to show (Enable Option)

    Hello,

    I understand this to be a feature update. When uploading the document to the Adobe Sign web version, the prefilled fields are highlighted and do not show information.

    What you have to do is click on the field in question, on the left side of the screen, and you will see an option for text to edit the field. That is the only way you can see what is typed in the field. Which is time-consuming on the web version.

    I understand you can use Adode Acrobat and Adobe Sign in the same program and see all fields in real time.

    My suggestion is this:

    If possible, can we have an admin option to enable a fillable field if prefilled to show? That way we as organzation can make the desision to enable or disable this feature in the program.
