For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When downloading a PFD from the Adobe cloud that was "shared" by a co-worker the download no longer follows my BROWSER DOWNLOAD settings but chooses to place in Adobe Creative cloud someplace on my hard drive. THIS NEEDS TO FOLLOW THE BROWSER SETTIZNGS!! FIX THIS!

  2. I am using Adobe Sign to get signatures on a document. I'm not sure why, but the Recipient I see in emails to me regarding sending the form and getting the form signed as well as in the Agreements In progress page is wrong and does not match the email and name I see in the form itself. I hope the doctor I have sent this to doesn't see the wrong name. He would be very upset that he is being address with a female name!

    After further analysis, we see this behavior as intended for the email template which gets triggered when sender sends agreement to other recipients.

  3. I'm unable to edit a docx file in the word web application. When i click the 'edit in word' button, it opens a new tab that is unable to load with a few UI components briefly popping up and disappearing into the black background. Refreshing sends it back to the same acrobat page in a loop.

  4. your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  5. My Adobe Acrobat worked just fine until I got a new computer. Now it does nothing, only is so complicated to use. Why? Why don't my settings transfer to new computer?

  6. This is the worst product you have ever offered. The original Acrobat Pro did all of the work locally, including what you call "Organize pages." I have no need to load data to a cloud. I work alone. I'm retired and the work I do is limited to mostly to my wife and me and an occasional neighbor.
    All this cloud sharing is bull****.
    I prefer the original product, which you disabled my arbitrarily marking my license as invalid. I have a perpetual license for the original product that you should honor. I am forced to follow procedures that are…

  11. Hi, My name is Judith. I have a file that i need to delete permanently and I can not do it. I need help. It contains information of students and it is not safe to have it in this account. Please help me delete it permanently. The name of the file is the death of the salesman. It has all the emails of people added to it. Not good.     Hi Judith,

    To delete any file:

    1) Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

    2) select the file you want to delete. You will see a board will oepn on right hand side having delete option.

    3) Select delete and a confirmation dialog will open up.

    4) Select delete again and file would be deleted permanently


    To delete multiple files, first, choose all the files you wish to remove and then click on the delete option located in the right-hand side panel. Please be aware that you cannot delete shared and personal files simultaneously. However, you can delete all shared files at once and likewise for personal files.

    To delete shared file, follow above steps.

  14. the desktop app keeps crashing everytime I want to request a signature. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it. Then on the online app certain invoices it won't let me to e-signatures for. I don't know what's happening as it was fine last week. Please help!

  15. Hello, I don't understand why you should be forcing people to use your service. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it 3 days after I realized the feature I wanted was not available. Please remove my card from your system and stop bugging me.

  16. I am trying to create a document. Then you put me on this complex page. It is so ******* difficult for me to learn and understand WTF is happening! In the meantime completion of my simple 3 page document is disrupted. NOT FAIR! VERY DIFFICULT!!! NOT HAPPY !!

  19. I'm a technical writer at the University of Missouri and it has come to my attention that the accessibility of this viewer is bad. A colleague using JAWS found that when trying to read a PDF in the viewer, JAWS could not identify headings, which is so important for navigating a document. When viewing the same document in Acrobat, there was no problem.

  20. bei meine Benachrichtigungen ist die Logik, "Vertrag gesendet" nicht richtig!!!
    Wenn ich es ausschalte, erhalte ich keine Email zur Aufforderung zur Signatur einer Datei ! Egal ob ich "Vertrag signiert oder genehmigt" aktiviere oder nicht.
