Your adobe Signs app is not working again. When you login it takes you to the main adobe online page. This has happened before.

PDF renamed on download
I use Chrome. I'm very frustrated that the Adobe Acrobat PDF plugin changes the name of PDFs downloaded from the web. Please fix.

I have acrobat on my mac and it keeps saying to update. I have updated and it gives me an error. I cannot sign onto it, nor can I send files

Online Adobe Interface is the Worst
This experience is terrible. Why can't I access my Adobe Standard on my desktop? I can only use it in my browser. The browser version won't allow files that are too large to be edited (even if I am trying to reduce the number of pages)! Moving from a desktop interface to an online one is the worst decision Adobe has ever made. I feel like I can't get anything done like I used to and I'm going to switch to a new product.

New Adobe is awful
Recent docs will not load, will not allow me to edit PDFs by removing pages which has never been an issue before, they are my PDF's. Hate the web app, I want my old Adobe Pro back!

PLEASE don't join the industry insanity about AI. It is not wanted, not appreciated, not helpful, not secure, and in no way benifits your customers, indeed your deciding to disregard our interest as customers and adding it WITHOUT asking is offensive in every way.

Please check your email's spam folder to verify the agreements are not being sent there by mistake.
If you are not able to find them, please check an already sent agreement in the Acrobat web page, to verify if it has already been signed or not, because an email is sent to the sender only when the document has been signed by any recipient, and when it's fully completed too.
You can visualize this, following the next instructions:
- On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
- Click "In progress" under Agreements
- Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
- On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
- You will find the "Recipients" section

files wont share
This has been so horrible. I can't upload pdfs to the Adobe cloud. I can't share a folder full of pdf files with my accountant from adobe acrobat pro. I can't find help on how to do this.

Final Audit Report
It would be nice if the Final Audit Report stated all of the email addresses that received a copy of the Completed Agreement rather than just saying Agreement completed (i.e. Agreement completed and A,B, and C were cc'd on it.

The audit report does not explicitly include the email addresses of recipients who were carbon copied (CC'd) during the authoring process. The audit report primarily captures details such as the signer's name and email address, signature date and time, reason for signing, authentication events, IP addresses, and reasons for declining or canceling an agreement if applicable. While CC'd parties are notified when the agreement is completed, their email addresses are not specifically mentioned as part of the audit report's captured information.

Not opening document
my Adobe reader is saying that it wont open and some features wont work. It wont open my file at all. if it does it says its blank.
