Problems with e-sign documents
There are several issues we are experiencing (and other colleagues have experienced this as well!):
Now that you can add multiple documents to an e-sign (finally!), it often puts the wrong document into the new window that allows you to add a document. I have had this happen numerous times.
When you get to the window with the message portion, you cannot backspace and make corrections in the "message" box. You have to add info in to the title of the document which is then replicated in the message portion. There's no way to add additional info without the ability…1 voteHi,

No signature status on the home screen for received signature requests
Why can't I see the status of signature requests in the file listing? Seems like table stakes to me - all 3 other esign solutions I use do this!

About the new updates on signature panel
Hi, I think Adobe updated last month and now the signature panel does not work properly. First of all, most of the time it gives error when you open the signature panel and the system closes every adobe pages. Secondly when you open the signature panel, you lost some of the filled information on the file. And the system automatically allow you to sign when you are one of the signer part before, now you need to wait for the mail and then open it and sign the document. This is totally wasting time. Same thing happens for the ordering…

I'm experiencing issues accessing Pro plan features on the web version
I am unable to use the features included in the Pro plan on the web version. Despite refreshing the page multiple times and even re-entering the site, the functionalities remain inaccessible. However, I tried using them in the app, and there were no issues.

Lack of service
I hate Adobe and want to cancel 1 of my plans. It's impossible to get to the email address I want to cancel, you keep showing me the addrress I wanty ot keep. FFS, is it impossible to have someone that is actuaslly a person help me?

Awful customer and product service
Adobe product service and customer service are worse than awful.
Enterprise university account with verified Adobe Acrobat Export pdf feature failed to activate. Kept asking me to sign up.
Spent 30 mins chatting with customer support. 2 of them left in the middle of a conversation. at this point i am wondering how to give you a negative star rating. Horrid and Awful doesnt even begin to describe your customer service1 vote -

Support is AWFUL
Your Chat feature is awful. The AI is useless and the person who ultimately joined was less helpful and then left the confirmation before there was a resolution.
I've paid for a subscription that isn't working and cannot get any help. Shameful.

What I preferred the best is to create a cover page and keep this first page as is.

STOP THE POP UPS I CAN'T USE YOUR WEB APP
I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

You need to have some live help!
I have been trying for days to start a form from scratch. Every page I have been directed to for directions doesn't look like what is on my screen. The most recent suggestion was to check for updates. I just got this last week! Even more infuriating is I don't even have a "help" button that leads to updates as described. Is there EVER the option to talk to an actual person who could help me?

The settings to enable Digital Signature are following the next steps:- Profile
- Settings
- Edit Settings
- Account Settings
- Digital Signature
- Enable "Download and Sign with Acrobat"
Once the feature is enabled on settings, while you're preparing the document, place a signature field and while customizing it, the signature type can be changed to Digital Signature.

Why the **** does everything have to go via your world beating in shitness website? Why can't I just 'export to Word' directly from the pdf? Pro not worth the money.

Ondrive connection?
Hi Adobe Team
I tried to drag and drop or move some scaned documents from Adobe Scan to my connected One Drive storage. I could not manage to do it. I could only download the zip file and uploade the documents to OneDrive manually.
If that is a planned behavior, it renders the adobe scan app and the adobe storage useless. Is there a trick to it?

why did you change it and make it worse?
This current Adobe Acrobat online interface is horrible. How do I switch to the old one? the useability has decreased dramatically.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment.
