I only show one activated device, yet Adobe tells me that I have too many activated devices? How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. You can review and deactivate activated device list for your account. Go to https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices and login with same user with which you login on acrobat.adobe.com

Glitches in Adobe Sign
We are continually discovering glitches in Adobe Sign, specifically referring to e-sign templates. Upon using a template we've previously edited, the signers will be reassigned or form fields repeated despite not being created to repeat. The only solution your tech support has is to obtain remote access to my entire system which is too extreme for a first step. We have been experiencing this on Macs and PCs and across several browsers. We will be looking for a new e-signature service if these issues continue.

Fail
On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).
Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

But I can surely guide on how you can install Acrobat desktop without installing creative cloud. I delete a important document, but I cant find the trash. How can I this document recover?

difficulty to access documents
We have been trying to access documents signed in May. Unfortunately Adobe fails to upload them. Would appreciate if you can check it out.

Two scan files shows same name
"Sometimes two files show the same name or title."
Due to this issue I accidently deleted a important scan, which i did not have any backup.
So, please fix this issue.
Also, There should be a Trash Bin or Recycle Bin for deleted files, where they get auto deleted after 30 or 60 days.1 vote -

Accessibility checker error (missing grade A failure when no headings are marked up in the document)
Accessibility Checker in Adobe Acrobat does not find issues of missing headings in a pdf.

Document upload improve navigation within Adobe products/Apps with MS
It would be useful to have a plugin app for Microsoft Applications to send/attach a document for email via Adobe document file share - which is very useful for large files. Or to at least have this option linked in Creative Cloud and via desktop apps such as Acrobat to navigate to the page quickly. Its very well hidden!

PDFs will NOT open on my laptop!
Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

Bad product, demands personal info
Impossible to reorder pages successfully, at least on Firefox. Ridiculous to require a login at the last moment. I regret giving you my email address.

Can't use the application unless on the Internet
Hello,
I would like to point out that Acrobat may need to be used offline. The way it's configured now, you can't use the application without being online. Sometimes Documents need to be edited for personal use. Making Acrobat unusable while offline is ridiculous. Sometimes people travel on a Train or Bus where the Internet is not available. These situations exist out there in the world and a Customer should be able to use it anytime they want. Sometimes, people run out of minutes from their Cell carrier and therefore any document(s) being created are lost. I liked it better…
