absolutely not easy friendly view and managed panel !!
dawm, wht is this new visual !!. where is the manage window for the signatyre ?. last view was so easy to see and manage the documents send to signature and i was able to see in a simple view ALL the documents in signature who is the nest one to sign. now can you imagine the hard timeto find put the signature maneged !!!!!

Rubbish new layout
Old eSign layout was much better. Being forced to view the items in this new layout is not good.

can't see who I sent docs too.
How can I see when clients view the documents? I also can't see who I sent things to with this new format. I'd have to open each one to see.... doesn't make sense. I don't like the new format!

Typing "J" Bug
Whenever I try to type or paste the letter "J", both in capital and lower case, it changes into a "w"

Make editing text not extraordinarily slow and painful
Editing text and especially tables is absolutely, embarrassingly awful. How is it so bad? There is no group select, you have to click each element to delete it. I was editing a document and randomly, two text boxes stopped being able to be edited at all. Now there are just floating "2%"s on the contract, with no way to hide or delete them. I do not understand how this product is so bad and yet remains the industry standard? This is the kind of thing that would be embarrassing if a student turned it in for a project, let alone…

Improve PDF Preview and File Organization on Android
I would like to see better options for managing and previewing PDF files in Acrobat Reader on Android.
When users have many PDF files saved on their devices, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly identify the right document. Features such as PDF thumbnails, better folder organization, custom labels, recently viewed files, and an improved search experience would make document management much easier.
It would also be useful to have a clearer preview before opening a PDF, especially when several files have similar names. A simple file-management interface with sorting options such as name, date, size, and recently opened documents…

2026 - Add Callout Annotation Tool to Acrobat Web Shared Reviews
In engineering and technical document reviews, callout annotations with leader arrows are essential for identifying specific locations on drawings and reports. The Acrobat Desktop application supports callouts, but reviewers using Acrobat Web Shared Review only have access to text boxes, sticky notes, and drawing tools.
Please add the Callout annotation tool to the web review interface so all reviewers can use consistent markup tools without requiring the desktop application.

In Agreements view, identify documents waiting for me to sign them
On the agreements page I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I have signed, and I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I haven't yet signed. But I have to open every document to see whether or not I have signed it yet. Please add a "You've signed" column.

Crowded UI when opening documents
Every time I open a document the screen gets crowded with 11 (I counted) AI tools. This is an awful user experience as I'm just trying to read a bunch of pdfs.
