For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Mi dite che ho 19,4 GB su 5 GB - e mi chiedo come sia possibile.

    Credo di aver cancellato tutto e non ho più rinnovato l'abbonamento.

    Vi chiedo pertanto di cancellare qualsiasi file sia ancora, per qualche motivo, riferito al mio account.

  2. Estou com problemas para converter um arquivo PDF que esta em formato A1 para TIF usando o programa Adobe Acrobat o qual tenho licença , após a conversão o arquivo TIF fica pequeno não obedecendo o formato A1, como corrigir este problema ?

  3. Bring back multi page orientation we use documents in both portrait & landscape and it is currently impossible to set up signing :-(

  5. The text in the converted PDF to Docx file looks fine on the website but when I download it and open it in Word the words are all run together with no spaces between them.

  6. This is so messed up. I spent two hours editing the pdf and I got a faulty end product with faded words, double words. Your product is so bad that I dont want to use it again

  9. Hi since the update, preparing to send a doc has become very slow and sluggish and I get a "wait" popup. I have had our IT and have been told it is not my internet connection or our system and they cannot help

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  11. The new request for signature changes are no longer user friendly. It's bulky and adds excessive time.
    1. I used to be able to just sign the form without having to wait for the email to come across.
    2. I used to be able to change the "subject" title of the email going out, now i need to make sure the document is titled what I want the subject to be. Wasted steps
    3. The toggling to change from signature, text, or whatever field desired for the recipient to fill in is cumbersome and now overly clunky.

  12. I'm having a new issue with the comment bar over the past several days. Sometimes, it glitches so that the comments are on top of the interface buttons, making some features hard to access. What's more, it actually looks like the scrolling bar for the comments section completely disappears when this happens, making it extremely difficult to navigate through a long list of comments.

  13. The world is moving towards mobile use and so the services are more mobile friendly. Unfortunately you have taken away mobile app from subscription. Its not a good as per my personal opinion.

  14. The issue - signatures
    The receiver are forced to sign the extra areas which the sender did not require to sign, it did not happen before until around two weeks ago, what we can do to fix the issue, otherwise the receiver need to sign more signatures than required

  16. I ******* HATE Adobe! I hate the new version and I hate how UNintuitive it is compared to the older versions! I have to CALL tech support for the stupidest easy functions because everything is different and not easy to figure out without an instruction. If you don't use it, you lose it and I don't adjust or alter pdf's enough to remember how to alter forms. You people need to STOP adding all of these gosh **** functions and simplify more. In the Marine Corps the say this: K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.

  18. After sending an agreement for signing when I download the PDF the file is completely blank and when I download the original file any spaces in the file name come through as "%20"

  20. I'm having issues with e-signature lines auto-populating where they shouldn't. I only required the customer to sign one line and it required them to sign all signature lines on the document that were intended for others. Is this some kind of feature or setting I need to shut off?
