  2. Please enhance Named User licensing to better accommodate enterprise needs.

We only issue Enterprise / Federated ID to our users, they will never have a personal AdobeID.

    Please enhance the licensing to:
Enable a way to suppress the Sign in screen which requests an Adobe ID.
Automatically select the Enterprise ID sign in screen.
Prevent the appearance of the Adobe/Enterprise ID selection screen.
Alternatively, allow background (registry / preference file) population of enterprise ID credentials so that all of the options are pre-filled and the process can be automatically attempted without user intervention. Only if the sign in fails should…

  3. I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!

  5. Why is it impossible to install Acrobat Pro (or any other Adobe product) on a Mac using a case-sensitive file system? There is no reason for this, and Adobe software is the only software I have ever seen that has this issue. It does not make any sense.

Before you suggest it, NO, I will NOT reformat my disk. Telling people that they have to wipe their computer in order for your software to work is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money for your products and should be receiving decent support.

    I have seen that a fix to…

  6. The current authentication integration solutions for Adobe do not provide any automation around the Certificate management or the Account creation process. This is horribly limiting when considering the need of an environment to have a seamless system with limited downtime. Further the lack of auto account creation from the SAML service, is highly inefficient. It would be desired to have the capability to create users from the SAML integration and to have the SAML process setup to manage itself using federation XML URLs as an option.

  7. The current two machine limit is much lower than what is offered by other subscription services. iTunes allows 5 per account, for example. Having one person use 3 machines regularly is not uncommon. I use a work desktop, a home office desktop, and less frequently, a laptop when traveling. It is very inconvenient to have to constantly sign in and out on these machines. I would urge Adobe it increase it's limitation to 3-5 machines per license purchased.

  8. When managing plans, it would be most helpful to be able to rename devices. The names assigned by Adobe can be cryptic at best. Furthermore, it appears that imay have created two registered devices for the same device once when I installed one app, and a second when I installed another app.

  15. It is very frustrating the inconsistencies surrounding being able to log into Acrobat. You click on the login button and the little watch flashes for a second but nothing happens. To pay a monthly fee for something that does not work is not right

  16. I recently was VERY late getting Acrobat Pro updated, as I was always (only) checking for updates in the Creative Cloud app. Acrobat is listed there as in installed app, but recent updates have not shown up. I did find this was probably because I had Automatic Updates turned off in Acrobat's prefs. (I don't like automatic updates, they can be intrusive.) The same source - found in one of the forums - said if Auto updates were off, then the updates would show up in the CC App, but it didn't. If a customer gets the app as part…

  17. After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.

When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

  19. Acrobat Pro DC began crashing immediately and repeatedly after updating to Mac OS 10.14.2. (MBP 15/32GB/4TB/ 2018).

After searching Acrobat forums, it appears others have experienced this issue, albeit with prior updates of High Sierra.

My solution: I attempted a solution that was successful in one of the posts. I uninstalled Acrobat using the uninstall function of the application. I rebooted in 10.14.2 and then reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC. Acrobat Pro DC now works well, without apparent glitch and no crashes after 2 days of constant use since the uninstall/reinstall procedure.

  20. Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.

Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.

Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.

Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.

Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.

Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?

    Thanks,
    Douglas McCullough
