  2. Standard-Ansicht-Einstellung im Acrobat definieren

    Wie kann man eine Standard-Ansicht im Acrobat vordefinieren, mit der er jeden PDF-File immer gleich öffnet?

    So möchte ich z. B., dass er beim Öffnen immer genaue eine volle Seite darstellt, die bei mir leider nicht dauerhaft einstellen kann oder ich weiß es einfach nicht, wie man das macht und finde dazu auch keine Hilfe.

    Als Beispiel dafür lege ich Ihnen einen Screenshot bei, bei dem leider nicht die volle Seite dargestellt wird. Auch sollte beim Öffnen die linke "Alle Tools"-Leiste nicht automatisch geöffnet werden.

  3. AI does not summaries my documents because contains some words violate the rule!!

    I am working on Human rights documents and need to summarise them. Unfortunately, AI does not summarise because it contains some words that violate rules. Obviously, the human rights issues included some painful words!!

  4. stop using AI

    I need a new license provider because my current license provider is not giving me a good service. I am trying to contact a human being from ADOBE who may help me find a new way to renew my license, but it is imposible. The AI assistant does not understand my questions, when I requested an agent, it said my email is not registered, then it said they will be happy to help me in service hours.   5. Option to override all initial view parameters of the pdf file

    I would like an option in Acrobat preferences which permit to override all the "initial view" properties of the pdf document.
    My wish is at least to be able to override the "windows centered" parameter , as it's very annoying to have the acrobat window moved to the middle of the screen when opening certain PDFs with this option enabled.

  6. I HATE the latest Adobe Acrobat

    If it ain't broke why "fix" it? The latest Adobe Acrobat is horrendous re: changes to the interface and functionality. Basic things like zoom function, where to access tools, or go to the next page have changed - why?! You're making people who have used Acrobat for years CHANGE the way they work, breaking workflow. It's slow to load and do most actions and hard to find things. I HATE it when Adobe moves things around like this. Please stop making arbitrary changes that break workflow for regular users.

  7. Email bug

    I want to email a PDF like I used to - right out of Outlook. Now the only thing I can send is a crummy link to Adobe Cloud, which I DO NOT WANT. I used to have a choice of either my email or send a link. Now there is no choice. This is more cumbersome than it used to be and is the most important of the many bugs. If these things could be corrected, it would save me a lot of time.

  9. Split window

    I have a problem with the split window on the two parts.
    The bottom part is frozen, only I can close the document and open it again.
    Please let me know what the solution is.

  10. Change name of a participant without changing their email address

    In order to keep the data up-to-date between our system and the Adobe Acrobat Sign API we want to allow the change of a participant's name without also having to change their name.

  11. no AI assistant

    Hi I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro, but I still don't have access to AI assistant. Is it a regional thing. I'm in Australia by the way. I have the full subscription for the whole Adobe Suite. I got through the school I work with.

    I can access the free sample version through the web browser; however when I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account on any web browser I can't access the free sample version either.

    Please explain.

  12. Loss of licenses when computers crash

    I purchased a licence to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I intalled this on my two computers and have hapilly used them for several years. I have had to reinstall my OS on my laptop a few times now and when I try to reinstall Adobe it tells me I have exceeded the number of licences permitted. Of course this is not correct, just that I cannot sign out from three licenses held on crashed computers. When I call the Support Desk, they give me the wonderful option of purchasing a subsciption.   14. ocr multi

    While doing OCR in one document, i would like to read another open pdf. Instead the program is fully locked in OCR for that pdf, and can't do additional task's. Some kind of multithreads function should been enabled/created for this, thanks.

  15. "Real help from people BS"

    It's outragous that paying customers should be promised "Real help from real people" and then be presented with a virtual assistant?

    To speak with a real person you have to use trial and error to guess the correct question formulation to be able to reach someone.

    This is not acceptable for a $60 per month ($720 per year) product.

  17. Accept "Invalid" signatures on backup documents

    Signatures from other documents show up as "Invalid" when trying to combine documents into a package that I will then send for final approval and signatures in Adobe Sign. Please make a way to accept the digital signatures as is...
    Example - a backup letter or document that was created from a word processing program (Word or Google Docs or some other program) includes a signature on it. That is then combined with other backup/files from the vendor and submitted to us as a PDF for processing a request. When I try to take those documents and include our own…

  18. Disable Automatic Field Detection when requesting signatures

    There needs to be a User-level Option in the Acrobat Pro DC settings that enables a user to turn off Automatic Field Detection (AFD) when using the Acrobat DC Pro Request Signatures feature. Or add an additional dialogue box asking for AFD when the flow is initiated. It is very annoying when the new UI version auto populates fillable fields in a PDF when all you want to do is apply a signature box. This should be an option for those wanting to create a fillable form versus those that just need a PDF signed.

    I’m writing to share some feedback regarding Adobe Acrobat Reader, which I have been using for a while now.

    While I greatly appreciate the functionality and features Acrobat Reader offers, I find it quite unfortunate that there is no integrated dictionary available within the software. For users who frequently read and analyze PDFs, especially those containing specialized or unfamiliar terminology, having an in-built dictionary or the ability to quickly look up word definitions would significantly enhance the reading experience.

    This feature would save time and improve productivity, as it would eliminate the need to switch between different applications or websites…
