  1. Please consider a stamp that has a checklist included. This will allow teachers around the world to mark effectively. The custom stamp will relate to the criteria marked. The checkbox stamp will have custom skills to award the mark to the criteria.

  2. I understand that you can import stamps, but it is way too complicated. Adobe should come with more standard stamps. I use Adobe to create and review tax workpapers. There is no easy way to add a check mark next to items I have reviewed without several clicks per check mark. This process should be a standard feature and easily accessible.

  3. Click Send for Shared Commenting and follow the steps in wizard to add a note and recipients, and so on. When complete, the message appears that the email is created in the email program, but the email is never created. Usually it would appear in the Outbox, and could be sent. Nothing ever appears.

    As a workaround, I tried to "send file, attach to email' to send the review enabled pdf. The email opens with the pdf attached, and i sent. First time i got an error that the file could not be found, and the email was not sent.…

  4. I have wasted hours upon hours of time changing my font from minion pro to arial every time I edit/add text to a new PDF, and even when I switch pages within one PDF. It should be the most basic tool offered, the ability to set a default font for all Adobe PDFs. If this does not exist yet, IT NEEDS TO, please!!!!

  6. Everything is a bug in this latest update. Adobe DC is for "Destroying Careers". Slow, unstable and the sticky notes feature is the worst ever. I am reading and copying text from the sticky notes and this happens:

    The yellow boxes shakes, like a vibration.
    The text on it are over an yellow background and when you do the action: select + copy, it simply "enters" the text and replaces the background by a white one and you have to SELECT AGAIN. :(

  8. I know how to set a default color for highlighting, and how to select from multiple colors. HOWEVER, I would like to be able to assign each color a name (ex. Dark blue = Main arguments. Light blue = supporting info. Green = Concepts). I would like these color and titles to appear in a key that I could continue to choose from easily. Then I would like to be able to search by color/issue. (Ex. If I searched for green/concepts it would show me all the text highlighted in green together). As a student and a professional this would…

  10. I am trying to edit a scanned in PDF in which i highlight the necessary details as i put them into an autocad drawing. Every time i need to move around the page it is choppy, and every time i want to highlight one detail, the software stops and has to load (sometimes saying 'Not Responding') and takes anywhere from 5 to almost 30 seconds to recognize the command i want, and execute it, every. single. time. This is ridiculous, and wastes useful time in completing my work.

  11. Bug Report: Auto-Locked Text Comment Tool - how do you unlock the comment tool ("Locked" selection cannot be unchecked)? Please provide a concise & clear method for removed the "auto-lock" of the tools. The selection to reverse the lock is grayed out and cannot be unselected.

  12. Ctrl+ z action does "Undo" of last activity in adobe writer. However, cursor or screen display does not move to specific location in file where undo has happened. Some time in hurry, we dont even come to know that we have undone some work. Hence, i suggest, undo should take cursor and screen to concerned page similar to excel, word etc.

    Kindly check if it is worth enough to consider.

  13. I respectfully suggest you consider enhancing Acrobat DC’s current annotation and highlighting tools to enable users to markup documents directly and instantly and do so without putting your users through Acrobat DC’s 28 tool / function menus.

    I have been using Acrobat extensively for over 20 years and have a continuous need to annotate a wide range of PDF documents – legal, financial and technical and more. My annotation needs are both textual and graphic. While I remain loyal to Adobe Acrobat, I find Acrobat DC’s current annotation and highlight tools visually weak, limited in graphic capabilities and VERY timer-consuming…

  15. I wish to open the comments pane to open or hide with the click of a button - it is taking up too much room. And in contrast to older versions I can no longer copy any text from the post-it notes (which might be useful if a translator has given a text change that needs to be transferred to a language layout) but have to open the comments pane (with what seems a lengthy way round).

  17. The dynamic stamp creation process is very difficult, at best. The random names for the stamps makes it extremely difficult to find which stamp you're working on after the stamp has been named during creation. Having to navigate deep into the file system to find a randomly named file is not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination. I'm attempting to make 100 dynamic stamps for our engineering company, not just one or two stamps.

  19. I can provide screenshots via email. Suddenly, although I've changed nothing, I add a sticky note and it has someone else's name who had never commented on a PDF ever, and is not associated with my account!

  20. I use Acrobat Standard DC v.2015.006.30417
    Each time I close a document, I get another screen which I then need to click on to close my document. I've seen, online, comments regarding a box, in General Preferences, that can be checked to eliminate this feature, but my version does not have the box.
    What can I do to stop this very annoying activity?
