  1. My adobe acrobat pro dc updated to version 19.008.20071 and it will not stay open for longer than about 30 seconds.
    There is not pop up window stating an error, it just disappears from the screen. It does this whether i open the program alone or if i open a file and start working. I ran "repair installation" and have restarted multiple times. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

  2. Impossible to work with 19.008.20071 update, full of new bugs.

    Double letters in text such as "ff" of "nn", have been excluded from text containers.
    "p" in texts have been suppressed in number of recent added texts.

    I am suppose to deliver in 300 pages book tonight.
    How can this happen ?

  4. Windows 10 Pro 64, Office 365 Home

    I use an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of and open with links most of my pdf ebooks. Last day or two, Acrobat began crashing when I used an Excel link if there were any documents already open in Acrobat. Very frustrating because I'm just trying to do what I do every day of the week, multiple times in a day.   5. I haven't been able to access Acrobat Pro because of this issue. I updated the software on a trial version, and it's working fine except for when I get more pop up boxes to upgrade my subscription, with the same issue. It looks like maybe there's fonts missing? I've had no luck finding a solution.

  10. Just today unable to update Acrobat DC - have Norton Security & all required Adobe access is enabled. I've restarted Mac several times & no luck. Using Mac OS High Sierra, 10.13.6 - the most current. No changes in my system - I've had no previous problem w/this version of iOS & Acrobat DC. Thanks!

  11. My Acrobat DC (Order number: ADD030792008BR) close immediately a few seconds after opening in my notebook and also in my PC. Moreover, if I try to use it, it stands open only a few seconds. Also, I can not print any document with my Adobe pdf printer. So, I have bought a program that I cannot use. Fortunately I did not uninstalled Acrobat 11 Pro!. What can I do?   12. I wasted hours to subscribe for a year. Why do you make things difficult?
    You really chase away clients. You gave me a order number but then you ask me for another number that you didn't give me ... where is the logic with this? You are still asking me to subscribe when I just subscribe for a year ... can you appreciate the frustration? When you are in a situation of urgency, this is not nice at all. Please help

  13. Does Adobe Acrobat Reader DC work on Android and I pad tablets? If so, how is it acquired as I have a subscription for a desktop for Reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC. Also would be convenient to talk to a human in your company as your current customer service is dismisal

  14. I just found out that my Adobe Pro 10, purchased in 2011, is no longer supported by Adobe. I was never notified that was the case. If Adobe had notified me I would have bought an upgrade. Wouldn't it be a good idea to send an e-mail to subscribers so they could spend money upgrading?

    I have purchased the adobe dc and signed in but doesn't allow me to function. it doesn't create the pdf files as every time its saying learn more! Is there a way that you can refund my money?

  17. I would like to load the old menu from Acrobat X, is that a possibility?
    Or could we have the choice of installing X instead of DC in the creative cloud subscription.
    On a side note: the Moran who changed the menu should be fired...

  19. I bought and installed TC on my old computer. I think I deactivated it on the old computer when I purchased a new one and installed it on my new computer. Every time I open Acrobat, it tells me my trial has expired but it won't accept the TC serial number as valid.

    Tried the help desk on a weekend and they were unable to assist.

    I thought it had to do with the computer having Acrobat preinstalled, so I deinstalled everything and reinstalled TC. Still having the same issue. VERY ANNOYING.
