  1. Create a simple way to convert a Word document to a pdf WITH embedded fonts for publishing. It is much too difficult and time consuming hunting down the process in the program. I thought the program had all of these features easily accessible to a user.

  2. I HATE the new Acrobat interface! The new tools toolbar is confusing and my old favorites ( "+" and "-") are missing. Missing also is the Hand icon. Are you guys crazy?

  3. Many of our form users have the Classic version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and they are unhappy with the recent change that forces the document title to display, rather than the file name. Unlike my Continuous version, they have the Classic version and it does not have the option to change that display setting: They are missing this checkbox in their preferences: Documents>Open Settings>Always use filename as document title (checkbox)

    Adobe Support confirmed there is no ETA for if/when this feature will be added to the Classic version. We'd really like to see it added so our users can…

  4. Provide an option to set an expiration date on shared documents, Links, Signatures, and Files.
    Creates an option to chose an expiration date for the share & collaboration to end. For example, deadlines are necessary for premiers and limited short run editions. Dates that Expire would be useful when users want to stop sharing rough drafts with numerous individuals who may be collaborating on a marketing campaign.
    Any files that can be shared are automatically given the option to add expiration dates. After the expiration period is over the links, documents, files, and signatures options would no longer be accessible.

  5. All users are unable to access the functionality using a keyboard only. A user can select the initial form field to sign, but is unable to access all functionality using a keyboard including Configure New Digital ID.

  6. Highlighting with white/black color hides the text - black highlights hide black text in regular viewing, while white highlights hide the text when document colors are replaced with white text on black background.

    Instead, it might be useful for black highlights to have the text displayed as white text over the highlight, while white highlights have a black border around the text in regular viewing, and vice versa for when document colors are inverted (ie, white text showing over black and white highlights with a white border around the highlight).

  7. Currently the dialog box for a batch OCR process shows the current file number and the total number of files, it then shows the current page number being worked on but it doesn't show the total number of pages in the current file so you don't know how long that particular file has left to do.

    In addition, it would also be very useful to have an option to "Abort batch after current file complete"

  8. Please provide a way to keep count of the number of Transactions done. As of right now, we have to actually go through and count every single one of my completed agreements/transactions to find out how many I have so far; as to not exceed my 150 transaction limit.

  10. Using acrobat on the m1 with native OS mode on. When opening the search box or comment scrolling through the pdf starts to lag. Its not a smooth experience at all.

  11. Add a color background to new text boxes ie. a white background so that text placed over other text or images effectively erases what the text box is placed over allowing new text to be seen clearly.

  12. Hi
    During Autotag Document Acrobat DC create "ID" for all tag, sometimes client requirement to deleted these "ID" but no option in DC to delete all tag "ID" in once click, We have deleted "ID" from properties one by one tag select. This is time taking. Please give option in upcoming DC so we can deleted "ID" easily.

  13. Our company needs the ability to disable Creative Cloud Storage due to restrictions on where we are allowed to store and manage our customers information.

    We have employees working remote from all over the US and the "firewall" fix is not sufficient for our employee base of over 600 users. We need the ability to disable creative cloud and cloud storage functionality from the admin console and ONLY have the capability for local storage.

  14. Can an option be implemented that will allow portions of a file in "system protection" mode to be printed.

    Currently to print files from the internet I seem to have to "enable All" features - whatever All features include in order to print many, if not all files.
    Frequently I definitely do NOT want whatever links in the file and any other processes that could connect to other systems or get "stuff" from the internet, or possibly change settings on my system.
    I just need a hard copy of a document - or maybe just a single page.

  15. Option for inserting a JPG image: Treat white (background) as transparent. Drawings can be inserted as if drawn on top of existing image. May need a control to select background levels.

  16. When I save a PDF document after editing it for awhile, I lose the ability to bring up right click options. All my software is up-to-date and this problem has occurred over multiple devices for quite awhile now. The only workaround is to shut down the application on the desktop and re-launch it.

  17. Our QA/QC process requires checkmark stamps of different colors placed in close proximity to each other and the original markup. When applying stamps, the tool often selects other stamps in the vicinity. Would be nice to go through a document that contains stamps and comments, and add the final "good to go" checkmark without the tool keep trying to select stuff already in the doc.

  19. Working in Acrobat software is very much efficient and when we transpose the same approach in Document Cloud for multiple users, our clients faces many challenges in reviewing the document with limited commenting tools.

    The following are the some basic tools which are missing in Adobe Document Cloud:
    1. For replacing text
    2. For inserting text
    3. Add text box (similarly like given Acrobat software in commenting tool)
