  2. I have Adobe Acrobat DC 21.005.20048 build installed under W10 Pro (up to date) PC.
    I can't print any PDF file anymore.
    Instead, the system offers me to save the file, every single time I hit the Print button, on any file.
    Apart of that, under Properties button on Print dialog box, an unnecessary complicated menu appears where I can't save printing profiles anymore.
    Who the **** modified what herein?
    THIS IS A MONTHLY PAID SERVICE, REMEMBER?

  3. When you measure in picas it is shown as decimals, so 1.5 p for 1 and a half picas. But there are 12 points in a pica not 10 (they are not decimal), so it would be easier to understand in picas and points therefore 1p6 not 1.5 p.

  4. I can share files located in the adobe document cloud, but can't share folder or tree of folders with files. Please consider adding the sharing option for a folder or tree of folders with files in the adobe document cloud.

  5. I can replicate behavior. There are comments on certain hyperlinks in a document. With the comment selected, if I click on the hyperlink and then on edit, whenever I click on Actions, the app crashes. If I edit the link without the comment selected, app works OK.

  6. Everytime I try and print a pdf on adobe it crashes. I've redownloaded like 5 times. cleaned it off device with revo uninstaller. continues to crash when I print. Also this dialogue box pops up whenever i open adobe when two blank buttons on it. Tried to upload screenshots but the layout has errors all over it. I don't have this problem with any other program. i'm on a relatively new $3600 laptop. I use adobe all day so this is very irritating.

  7. I would like to upload some medical records to the website of a new healthcare provider. I currently have these records in PDF form. The website requires that documents to be uploaded be in the form of HL7 compliant XML files. Simple XML files will not work.

    I asked for chat help on your website. The chat assistant, Ajita, said that this function was not currently supported. I said I wanted to convey a suggestion to your organization to add this function. Ajita gave me this link.

  8. I have 4 tabs open, each displaying a PDF file. From Combine Fiiles I select Add Open Files. It lists 3 of the 4 files in the list. Where is the 4th?

  9. It would be helpful to allow users to be able to select from different highlighting options for search results (bolded, color options, highlighting entire search result). I have a very difficult time detecting the slight shift from black to blue. A better option would be a brighter color (selectable) highlight of the entire word, instead of shifting just the color of the text.

  10. It would be very helpful if in the "Merge to Adobe PDF" function/plugin under Mailings in Microsoft Word to be able to specify a filename from the fields of my dataset. In other words, I would like to be able to have a column in my dataset that the plugin uses for naming files. It's horrible having to rename a hundred documents if you want to distribute PDFs.

  11. Please please give us an option to remove the terrible "Try Acrobat PC Pro" blue button in the tabs bar. There is already more than enough ads for it everywhere: in the tools sidebar on the right, on the home screen, etc.

    This button is taking up so much space that could be used to show more tabs! I'm so used to using Adobe and I like it but I think I will switch to another reader if this button is not removed. I even tried installing an older version of acrobat (which was a pain just to find it)…

  12. Pretyped document (received via email) that has Faint Type - Sometimes one page is faint, yet balance of pages is fine. Need option to Darken the faint type - best if can darken only the faint type (highlight faint type within a page to darken only faint type within a page) OR (darken type on only one of several pages) OR (darken type when all pages have faint type). Option within the Edit PDF Option. Without latter option to fix faint type within a PDF, the more complex option leads to reduced type quality (print, copy to darken, scan).

Problem Description: While remediating document for accessibility in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Visual Tags that are assigned can sometimes be stacked or overlayered (<P>, <H1>, <TOC>, etc.) on top of the tagged text. This makes it difficult to ISOLATE AND KNOW the layered tag that you would like to right-click on the output display.

  16. Currently when you select the Format in Text Field Properties you can select "Special" and select Social Security Number, however this format is a US only format, for Canadians our format is ###-###-###.
    This would be helpful to have when creating a fillable application.

  17. Microsoft Word 365 has an immersive reader where the text is read out loud while panning and highlighting the text being read with options such as WPM adjustment. Trying to use the Read Out Loud function in Adobe Acrobat Reader is painful. It is hard to find, the synthetic voice is unpleasant and disruptive, and overall the accessibility for this feature seems to be the bare minimum. PDF's are the format of choice for scientific papers, which are rather dry reading material. An option to listen, following along while reading would greatly increase the efficacy of this program.     Hi,
    I understand the issue faced by you here. I can help you with some of the functionalities fo ROL.
    1. Finding ROL : It can be found in View Menu → ROL → Activate ROL – > Read the document. Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcut also i.e. Ctrl+Shift+Y(activate) then, Ctrl+Shift+V/B (read the document)

    2. Secondly to change the voice you can install the voices from the system language setting and they will appear in Adobe Preferences → Reading → Under ROL setting. You can change it as per your convenience. You can also change Speed, Pitch go the ROL as well.

    Having said that, we understand that the ROL is not a screen reader but a support given by the Adobe for reading the pdfs. We’re continuously working on this to make it better for our users.

    I hope I have resolved the issues faced by you.

  18. Add a feature that allows for inserting multiple signature fields/tabs in one go and not individually, the same request for check boxes please.
    In addition a feature that automatically recognise an adjustment to the size of a inserted field for the next preceding fields to be inserted.

  19. Dear Adobe,

    Unfortunately all Browsers send an error message to the user if he/she wants to open a dynamic XFA form file.You offer some solution in your help to configure local systems etc... That does not help organizers of events. The end user is often not capable or wants to follow these instructions nd refuses to use XFA based forms. Is there a perspective that there will be a solution for the browser to open these files like back in the days..?. The status quo is hurting the image of PDFs a bit...
