  1. you need to provide a pending file which tracks requests for signature

    Application value.
For those of us with multiple documents to send for signature, you need a followup system that lists what went out to whom.

  2. Fully Deleting Cropped Content

Sometimes when I scan, there is a lot of empty space around that I would like to delete using Adobe Acrobat DC.

Currently, the cropped content is only hidden, and it increases the file size. This feature was also discussed here:

  3. Screen scaling breaks comments pane

    Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1909
Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, version 2020.012.20041
Two screens with different scales: 125% (3840x2160) and 100% (1920x1080)

When I have the comment pane open and move Acrobat between screens with different resolutions, the comment pane becomes is cut short. This behaviour appears to be strictly related to multi-screen environments where the screens have different scales. When I set both screens to the same scale (125%) the problem disappeared.

Workaround: after moving Acrobat from one screen to another, I select another tool on the task pane (like Export PDF) and then I select Comment on the task…

  5. PRINT AREA PERCENTAGE

    Hi
do you know if Adobe has a tool to calculate the percentage of printed area (not the total ink).
Maybe there is a tool at the Acrobat reader

  6. Better Text To Speech (TTS)

Text to Speech upgrades, enhanced voices, and over better integration, have been requested numerous times... but no real movement from Adobe.

    Hi,
Can you please specify the issues that you are facing currently. Also check out Read Out Loud feature under View → Read Out Loud →Activate. Also you can change related setting in Preferences → Reading → Under Reading Out Loud options. Please change them as per you need and tell us if this resolves your issue.

    Thanks
    Rachit

  7. Accessibility- Reading order pause

I am just updating my resume to be more accessible to vision impaired. I am having trouble with some items running together in read-aloud.

    In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

My favoured option would be that we have the option to insert a <pause> object in the reading order.

If this is not possible, can you change Read-Aloud to pause between elements.

    Hi Barry,
Thank you for connecting with us. I believe you need a pause shortcut while using Read Out Loud. Please check View → Read Out Loud → Pause option. Use the shortcut key to pause and resume.

Please check this out and confirm if this resolves your issue.

    Thanks
    Rachit

  8. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes when using digital signature

Adobe crashes when trying to apply a digital signature from the Fill & Sign ribbon.

I've checked for updates, and run a repair installation and am still having this issue.

  9. Adobe Acrobat Logo

For the millions of corporate/government users who use Microsoft Windows, the taskbar is near black. The new Adobe Acrobat (black) logo is difficult to quickly identify. Perhaps a different color would be ideal, maybe a light gray?

  10. Flippable PDF as Attachment

I'd like to be able to export a pdf in a flippable book layout, so when the recipient of the attachment opens it, the file is in a flippable/readable digital book format.

  11. BUG: optimizing file changes page labels

Over the past several months, we have been having issues with page labeling. We combine single pdf's to one file, change the page labels as needed with new name, save, and when we optimize the file the page labeling changes. So, if I have pages 1-25, page 26 new page label (ie insert1), then the next page shows up as page 26 and not 27 as it was in file before we optimized. We also change pages in the back for Covers, ie C3 and C4. When the file optimizes, the page number switches C4 with C3 and C4 to…

  12. Dropped spaces between words at end of lines

Tagged PDFs exported from InDesign drop spaces between words. This occurs in the content at the end of lines, most often in List Items, but also in paragraphs. It occurs nearly all the time in lists, causing screen readers to mispronounce the run-together words unless they are separated by punctuation or the 2nd word has an initial cap.

This has been a problem for quite a while. Very time consuming to fix -- by adding space manually in Acrobat DC or adding actual text.

Working on proprietary material here, cannot forward example files and I do not create the native…

  15. Why does login change to Microsoft?

All I want to do is download Acrobat. Why are you making this hard?
Why do I have to login to a Microsoft account. That is stupid.
I am using a company computer, I just want to transfer Acrobat DC from one computer to another. Where do I find the code on the old computer and no I do not want to provide my personal information. I do not own this computer, my employer does.

  16. Fill and Sign Checkmarks "MOVE" on the page after you save, you have to redo

when you put a checkmark on a page, then save it, and come back, the check mark MOVES to another part of the page. this is frustrating, why does this happen? I need to be able to tic/tac numerous points of data, and a MOVING checkmark does not help.

  19. interop.acropdflib.dll problems after windows 10 update from c# application

Hello, we have a C # application in the company, this application is using interop.acropdflib.dll, everything was fine before Windows 10 updated from some days, now every time I press the print button nothing happens, no displays the window for setting up printing.

Help, it is a problem not being able to print from the application because there are many documents a day that have to be reviewed and sent to print quickly to optimize times.
