Bad language on acrobat signing

Whenever I try to perform OCR recognition on a scanned Simplified Chinese document, an error message will pop up: Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because: Unknown error (see uploaded screenshot). The "+ Create" button needs to be removed from the Tab bar and placed onto the All Tools bar. I routinely hit the Create button when intending to resize or move the Acrobat window, the button quite literally couldn't be in a worse place. (Even just moving it to the front of the tabs would alleviate the issue) The only option to hide the button is to disable the new Acrobat, which is ridiculous.
