  1. You should be able to set the defaults for the rich text paragraph settings. Currently if my users delete the text in a form field to enter their own input they have to us the hotkey to bring up the rich text properties, click more, and then choose "text middle/bottom/top" to get the desired layout.

    As the form creator I should be able to set these for a form field the same way I can set the alignment, Left/center/right/justified.

    Text Centered vertically is very useful for certain forms and needs to be possible even for multi line inputs.

  2. The "Create PDF" button in Word and PowerPoint creates more errors under Accessibility Checker than if you do File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

    The option to Create PDF in Acrobat also produces more errors in the Accessibility Checker than does the method File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

    Make these methods work properly or remove them. We don't need methods that generate more errors and confuse users.

  3. Unified 64-bit Adobe Acrobat is installed.
    Suppress sign-in a.k.a "bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx" is enabled.
    End-user is signed into their Adobe account with "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" subscription.
    Export PDF function does not work. Acrobat prompts end-user to contact the IT department.

  4. When attempting to perform redactions, the cursors are difficult to see and the wrong information may be accidentally marked out. It would be nice to have the option to increase the size of the crosshair and text-select cursors as well as add some color contrast that will help users see the cursor(s) better. Thanks!

  5. It is important to be able to manage the principle of the double signature of the legal representatives. Recipient Group should have an attribute on the minimum number of signers needed to consider the signing step fulfilled. Example: in a group of 6 legal representatives, at least 2 must sign. If I use 2 Recipient Groups with the same components, they all receive 2 emails from the system and the same person can sign the document twice (this is a problem to be solved)

Using a form, one can easily insert images and they will automatically resize when using Adobe Acrobat on a computer; however, this same features does NOT work when using the Adobe Acrobat app on an iPhone. Could you please add this feature to the app as it would be very helpful for inserting pictures into a form and having them automatically resize? I would use this feature for construction site inspections, and I imagine other people would find it helpful too if they didn't have to resize an image each time it was inserted.   9. The U.S. Patent Office ("USPTO") includes Bookmarks to documents filed on its website. To report the documents to our clients, as filed with the USPTO, I follow the order of the documents as listed on the USPTO's Electronic Acknowledgement Receipt ("EAR"). We download the documents from the USPTO's website. Once you select the documents filed to report, they are downloaded into one file. That file will have bookmarks defining the specific documents downloaded. The order of the downloaded documents rarely match the EAR.   10. In Windows, holding shift while scrolling scrolls horizontally and holding ctrl while scrolling zooms in / out.

    I would like to be able to the same behavior in InDesign so I do not have to consciously change how I navigate documents when using adobe products

  12. 건축업계 종사중입니다. 건축 도면을 cad->pdf로 변환해서 자주 보는데 pdf에서도 줄자 기능이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 건축에서는 각 도면을 scale별로 변환해서 내놓아서 각 도면에서 줄자질을 하면 길이가 다르게 나올겁니다. 그래서 스케일도 변환할 수 있는 기능도 같이 있으면 좋겠습니다!

  13. Users will have admin rights to run usage reports and don't need access to add/remove licenses.

  14. This product, which costs a lot in price, keeps freezing up on me, is very slow, and does not properly work. For all the money you take from people for this software subscription, it has only gotten worse in terms of product quality over the years. I do not work with software this terrible. I will be looking for alternatives because not only does this product not deliver what it's supposed to, it actually undermines productivity.   17. Almost every time I open Acrobat, whether on restart or wake-up, the locations of interface items changes. Today, "Recent files" is populated with the contents of my starred folder. Which is great because usually my starred folder is inexplicably empty, Today it's recent files that's empty.

    Regularly I'm greeted with "Bytes not Ready" when performing basic commands.

    Then I get some messages that are upside down and backwards! What is that?!

    Signatures weren't available last week but they're back now!

    As many others have suggested about going back to the old interface - Mine does that about every 8th time…

  18. We experienced a serious bug at my organization that led to a data breach.

    I work in the assessments department at a medical college and we provide endpoing assessments to our trainees in order to graduate and receive specialist status.

    After each exam, we use mail merge from Microsoft word, plus the Adobe "generate a pdf" feature, to issue result letters to passing and failing candidates. There are different letters for passing candidates vs fail candidates.

  19. It would be helpful for Adobe to allow duplication of signature fields across multiple pages. It is not uncommon for signatures to be required on multiple pages of a document that will get printed and distributed in parts such as work schedules, engineering drawings, etc. Allowing the signer(s) to be able to sign once and have it carry throughout is handy and available in other pdf programs. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC.
