    Cannot save Acrobat document.

  4. Make cropping scanned images more intuitive

    I've been using Adobe products for over 25 years and cannot figure out how to crop my PDF pages in this version of Acrobat.

    I do not want to consult the docs. It shouldn't be this hard.

    I seem to be able to find the crop tools and draw my rectangles but nothing happens after that no matter what/where I click.

  5. This you can consider as a feedback or complaint or clarification

    I have updated my billing details and received the invoice also. But, when I open a new pdf, repeatedly I am seeing a screen showing "Billing Issue" mentioning - There was a billing error - at the top.
    I request the authorities to clear this issue.

  6. Using Fill & Sign mobile app. to further edit a document saved on a PC

    It seems impossible to further edit on Fill & Sign Mobile App. an entry in a document that was entered using the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on a PC. As an example, I used the Fill &Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on my PC to enter a set of initial data into my document. A day later, I would like to modify one of those data entries using the Fill & Sign Mobile App., but this seemed impossible.   9. having problem converting jPG to PDF, the image rendered became a negative image

    I tried to convert a JPG that was created in photoshop to a PDF. It renders the image as a negative, for instance the white background of my JPG now has a black background as a converted PDF and the images have been rendered like negatives.

  10. Editing name of a user in Admin center > users

    Administrators don't have the ability to change the name of the user after the license has been assigned to the email address. Ability to edit the name would help with user management in the scenario if the name was misspelled or not added. Currently only the user can change the name.

  11. Paste in place where the cursor is located

    The default behavior of Acrobat DC when pasting text boxes, images, and other items is to paste the object in the center of your screen.

    This is not desirable in some situations, as it requires you to move your mouse to the center of the screen to grab the object then move it to where you just had your mouse, which is where the object should have been pasted to begin with. This is especially true when dealing with detailed documents and/or drawings where moving the mouse from its location makes it difficult to align correctly to the existing elements.

  13. Read aloud will not work for me

    Read aloud feature fails to work. It worked for me the first time I tried it, a couple weeks ago, but now it refuses to read (I don't hear anything) and I have verified that I am using it correctly. I tried following the suggestion to Turn off Protected Mode at Startup on a user forum, and that didn't help either. I'm uploading a file I was using as a test.

  15. Acrobat DC Pro : Compare PDF functions not good in latest version, classic version works good

    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC latest version cant the do these :
    1) Cannot unsynchronise the files
    2) Cannot split the old and new files in separate screens
    3) Cannot highlight words to enter comment

    These can be done in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC CLASSIC VERSION

    Please bring these back to the latest version. These functions are useful which is why the company purchased it.

  17. Editing is slow when adding text or using Line function

    I found that editing in the new version makes PDF very slow and frustrating. When adding a straight line I have to drag from left and right to get a suitable line length that is needed.

    Just give users a straight line with one click they can drag its length.

  18. Too many fonts

    I don't create or edit PDFs very often, but when I do, finding the right font is frustrating. First, you can't tell what they look like because they all look the same in your list. Please make them show up in the list like they would look in the document. Second, I only use a few fonts. Let me prioritize the list so my most used fonts show first. I have the subscription Acrobat DC Pro running on an M1 based iMac and an iPad Pro, in case it makes a difference in what features are available between platforms.
