  1. Image Field Issue in Adobe Acrobat Mobile App

    Dear Adobe Support,

    I hope this email finds you well. I'm a freelancer who relies heavily on Adobe Acrobat for fillable PDF forms. However, the image field feature doesn't work properly on the mobile app, causing inconvenience for both me and my clients. While I've suggested alternatives like Foxit PDF Editor, my clients prefer Adobe's familiarity. Could you please prioritize resolving this issue? Your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Aptos Fonts

    Converting or printing saved locally email messages to .PDF produces an error log file and cannot create or print to PDF format because it is looking for an "APTOS" font. Can Adobe add these fonts as an enhancement to the product?

  3. Banner at account.adobe.com that administrators can set to relay information.

    We were looking for a ways to notify our Adobe product users of upcoming changes, such as moving to SSO/Federated IDs. If a user doesn't receive or see an email announcing this, when they're logged off and go back to log in they could see a banner we put up. Can be used for contract and product changes, etc.

  4. Option in the Adobe Admin Console for checking account usage.

    Not related to Acrobat, it's for overall Adobe. Support advised in E-001162887 that we cannot check for information on whether a user's account was set up and/or logged into. They referred me to submit a feature request on this site, but there's no option for the admin console. One benefit this feature could help with is identifying and cleaning up stale accounts.

    WHENEVER I TRY TO MARK ANY PDF LINE VIA MARKER THE PAGE STARTS TO FUMMBLE AND THE WORDS FROM PREVIOUS SLIDES APPEAR UNDER THE MARKED SENTENCE.

  6. Default Comment Name no longer changes

    Running Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2024.001.20604 on a Mac.

    Previously, we could change the commenter name and make the new commenter name a default by editing the comment "Properties > General" and then checking "Make Properties Default", as detailed here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-cc-comment-name-change/td-p/9307260

    With the most recent update, "Make Properties Default" has no effect. It continually defaults back to each individual's Adobe User Name with every new comment. We can change each of them by hand, but cannot change the default behavior.

    We can enable Edit>Preferences to "Always use Log-in name for author name", but that will only use the log-in name…

  7. “Show comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened” function doesn't work

    This problem was confirmed in Acrobat Pro 2024.001.20604 64-bit for Windows 10 Pro (22H2).

    I found a bug that the comment pane is not displayed automatically even with the following settings.

    Preferences > Commenting > “Show comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened” is checked

    The conditions under which this fault occurs are:
    For PDF files with comments on page 51 or later

    However, if a PDF has at least one comment before page 50, the comments pane is automatically displayed.

  8. Nesting Bookmarks Bug

    There seems to be a problem with creating new bookmarks. I'm nesting the bookmarks as I create them in order to keep myself organized, considering this PDF is almost 800 pages long. I'm finding that if I nest my most-recently-created bookmark under another one, all future bookmarks I create are also nested under the same bookmark.

    However, once I wish to move one of these newly-created bookmarks to the root level, that is to un-nest them, the only way I can do so is to move them to the top of the list. Even if I try to un-nest them…

    I would like to find out if I can change the interface of the program back to how it was before this so-called-upgrade. This is like learning a new program and where to find/learn what the icons mean since they're so small and the images are difficult to decipher. How is this supposed to be an upgrade???? An upgrade is suppose to improve, not cause FRUSTRATION!!!!

  14. Shared Documents Buggy

    Sharing documents via Acrobat is unstable.

    I quite often open the 'Shared by you' tab to have it load indefinitely and never show documents. Occasionally it gives me the message that there are no shared documents.

    Furthermore, often once I do finally open a shared document, I see the message 'Loading shared comments' indefinitely.

    The whole process seems unreliable, slow and full of bugs.

  16. Customer Service in Non-Existent

    The customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent yesterday, which I can only assume tech service is being outsourced there. i called regarding my installation issue and I couldn't understand her most of the time. She told me to deactivate the acrobat x pro on cpu #1 so that I can try and install it on cpu #2. now cpu #1 cannot be re-activated and is about to deactivate in 1 more day, and now I might not have acrobat x pro for my business, which I paid A LOT OF MONEY FOR, and…

  17. downloading for e-signatures stalls out at 72%

    When I get to the e-signatures, I enter the emails and click for the next step.....it starts to download the document and stalls at 72% and won't go any further. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

    I'm using Adobe Pro which I just got and not sure how to use it yet.

  19. Splitting Top Level Bookmarks - Automatically Rename a Bookmark with the same name

    The PDF splitting function by Top Level Bookmarked name is largely to main reason we have Acrobat Pro, however annoyingly the splitting fails if you have the same Bookmark name more then once (see image for error message), as understandably it can't save two pdf's with the same file name.

    It would be a handy feature if Acrobat Pro could instead of aborting the split request halfway through, it instead adds a consecutive number at the end of the duplicated file name (for example 'Jo Blogs.pdf' / 'Jo Blogs_1.pdf').
