  1. send for comments in the cloud

    Our team uses "send for comments" all day everyday. Currently we can only use "local server" to collect comments. When we use "send for comments" using adobe cloud, we lose most of the mark-up tools for collaborators to post comments. I recommend Adobe figure out how to have a full functional shared review via adobe cloud- same functionality / markup tools that are available in the local server option.

    This is basic functionality that Adobe's competitors has already, and I think will end up leading to Adobe losing customers if the functionality is not expanded/improved.

  3. Language problem when using the “request e-signature” feature

    The adobe support team has encouraged me to elevate this issue to the engineers in Adobe.

    With Acrobat standard and Adobe for enterprise account, I can’t choose anywhere which language the recipient mails are sent in.
    All my account and system settings are for Norwegian, but often the recipient gets the emails in English, not in Norwegian.
    Further: it is not possible to see anywhere what language Adobe sends out the email in anywhere.

Then use your username if you are already registered on website, if not then register on site by press the option of create an account. Then register option. Then at last click on submit.

  6. Align text to bottom of field

    There is currently not a way to align text vertically within a text field. The only alignment options are left, center or right. I would like to be able to have the text align bottom center or center left.

    When I try to use the fill & sign in the Address field of my PDF template Acrobat hangs when typing in the number combination 170. If i use any other number combination I dont have the problem. I have attached the template being used if you want to test. Type in 170 in the address field.

  8. NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager

    NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager options (and many other options) will not properly work on Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g., Hand tool does not work with NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager installed and enabled). All other programs on computer work properly with NVIDIA graphics card driver / software options and features. Your attention to fixing this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  9. AdobePro is not GCC High Tenant FedRamp Certified with SharePoint

    Adobe marketing web site is misleading when it comes to GCC tenant security. We spent over a month of our IT engineering time along with Adobe support and Microsoft support to integrate AdobePro into our SharePoint GCC high tenant. The root of the problem is how Adobe obtains its hash credentials from Microsoft GCC authorities. There are different credentialling authorities between business, GCC, and GCC High. The hashing is partially baked using credentialing authorities from the business .com domain as opposed to the government .us domain for credential verification within Adobes SharePoint integration.     Please do not release the new modern interface - immediately noticed the simple "add text" feature is gone - it is now edit entire document. Major functionaly design flaw. There is nothing wrong with the current version, please do not change it.

  11. Current TAB Gradient, 3 or more open files... viewing which document currently? Who Knows?

    Updated today, had to contact support, had to revert. The TABS at the top do not indicate which TAB you are currently viewing. The Gradient, if it is there, is far too subtle for either of my monitors to differentiate. Which file am I looking at? I cannot tell ya!!
    EXTREMELY URGENT as a lot of businesses use this to view PO/SO/Invoices that all look the same. So which file did I need to move a page from? Who knows.

  12. "All Tools"

    The new version of Acrobat no longer cares about the "Remember current state of the Tools Pane" preference - Acrobat always opens with the "All Tools" shown. I believe I'm in a large pool of the population that will only ever read PDFs, so for all practical purposes, none of the items on the tools will ever be used. Please reinstate this feature.

  16. ALWAYS DEFAULT TO HAND TOOL OR SELECT TOOL - USER PREFERENCE

    Make a reliable way for users to set a default for either the "pan" or "text selection" tools. You will see both issues have been raised in online help forums and suggested on this platform.

    I use Acrobat mostly for reading documents. I am so tired of inadvertantly highlighting text or selecting images every time I left click and drag the mouse in an effort to pan because the system defaults to the Select tool rather than the Pan tool.

  17. plug in icons broken in Acrobat 2023.003.20244

    had to reinstall Acrobat DC and now a plug in that we use, all the icons in the menu are displayed as broken image icons. uninstalled both and reinstalled still no difference. Plug in is fine on 2023.003.20215 64bit, but on the 2023.003.20244 is where the issue is.

  18. Always open in seperate window

    When opening an existing .pdf, provide the option to "Always Open In New Window" instead of the existing one. We are filling information into one document, from a SERIES of other documents, and do not want them opening in the same window all the time. Also, it would GREATLY help, if the "All tools" sidebar would remain CLOSED during this.

  19. Tabs should be clickable to the top of the window

    When you have several tabs open and you want to click between them, it should be a seamless process. Naturally, you swipe your mouse up to click on the tab and most of your control goes into the left/right movement to get it in the right x coordinate with the tab, but when going up naturally most people don't stop to keep it in the middle and will let their mouse drift as far up to the top of the screen and let it stop on it's own. Saving a file with a name like: fileJmWj1R.tmp is not easily found at a later date. Not easy to distinguish what it is. And even when I save it to the cloud, it isn't allowing changes there. This is a real problem when working with many forms both original blank and completed.
