   Feature Request: Recipient Group Functionality for Adobe Sign Salesforce Integration

   Request Overview:
   We are requesting the implementation of a new feature that allows the use of Recipient Group Functionality within the Adobe Sign for Salesforce integration. This feature would provide the ability to add a recipient group, which includes multiple users, to an agreement sent via Salesforce. This way, any member of the group can take action (approve or sign), and once a single user within the group has completed their action, the agreement can automatically proceed to the next step in the workflow.

   Problem Statement:
   Currently, when sending agreements through Adobe Sign integrated with Salesforce, each recipient must be individually assigned to an agreement. This can be inefficient when multiple users from the same department or team need to approve or sign the document. The process requires managing multiple individual recipients, which increases administrative complexity and creates delays in document processing.

   Proposed Solution:
   We propose adding the option to group multiple recipients into a single recipient group in Salesforce. The key features of this would include:

   Recipient Group Creation: Allow users to create a recipient group within Salesforce, where the group can consist of multiple users (e.g., employees from the same department or team).

   Flexible Signatures/Approvals: The ability for any one user within the group to approve or sign the document. Once any member has completed their action, the document moves to the next stage in the workflow.

   Group-based Notifications: Ensure that all members of the group are notified about the status of the agreement (who has signed, and who still needs to take action).

   Streamlined Workflow: Eliminate the need to send multiple individual requests for signatures or approvals, improving the overall efficiency of the document approval process.

   Benefits:

   Efficiency: Reduces the need for multiple individual requests, streamlining the process of obtaining signatures and approvals from groups of users.

   Faster Turnaround: Speeds up the approval process as anyone in the group can sign or approve the document, allowing for quicker processing without waiting for every individual to act.

   Simplified Management: Makes it easier to manage agreements with multiple recipients by grouping users together, reducing the administrative burden on Salesforce users.

   Improved User Experience: Improves the experience for users who need to get documents approved by a team or department, as they can assign a group rather than managing multiple individual signers.

   Use Case Scenario:
   Consider a scenario where a document requires approval from a team of four people in a department. Instead of sending four individual signing requests, the admin can create a recipient group in Salesforce, add those four users, and send the document out. As soon as one of them signs or approves the document, it automatically moves forward, without requiring all four members to sign.

2. Need Two page view in full screen mode

   Nitro PDF has this option for full screen view with two pages. Why not Adobe acrobat? Also AI needs to work on more pages. I work with thousands of pages and Acrobat AI is very limited.

3. Remove all generative AI functions.

   This is not an idea, I just wanted to provide feedback that generative AI tools are an instant turn-off. I would vastly prefer a program that helps fight against the use of generative AI by protecting my documents from AI programs. I would pay more money to use a program that does not feature any kind of AI assistance, AI suggestions, AI integration of any kind.

   We used to live in a world where corporations understood that when a user has a positive experience with a product or service, they will only tell one or two people, but if they have a negative one, they will tell many people. Within that context, I hope you understand that the pop-up ads I keep getting suggesting I upgrade to a version with more generative AI tools and the unremovable AI integration in the layout of the program are the kinds of things that make me want to not only find a permanent replacement for any and all Adobe products (not restricted to Acrobat, which this is about), but also to then enthusiastically recommend that everyone I know stop using Adobe as well and switch to another product. It is my strong belief -- and I very much look forward to this day -- that every tech company that jumped to integrate AI into their products are going to find that this is one of the most negative decisions in their entire corporate history regarding the stability and loyalty of their userbases, and more importantly, their bottom line. I expect some companies, household names, will go out of business due to the generative AI bubble, and as mentioned, that will be a great day. Generative AI instantly makes me think less of any product or service that integrates or uses it, and the only possible solution to this is to at least offer a version of the product that does not integrate AI in any way.

   I am submitting this idea despite the many others that are posted exactly like it in the hopes that each one receives many votes calling it critical and ultimately you are forced to choose between your irrational devotion to bad tech and your consumers.

4. unable to print page 1,1 in a single-page-document

   I want to print page 1 twice, but it ist impossible to chose pages (here: 1,1), when a dokument has just one page.

   Why I want to do so?

   Example 1: Print two pages on one sheet of paper, then cut the paper an you get 2 smaller ones. (2 times A4 portrait printed as two times A5 portrait on one sheet of paper A4 landscape)*

   Example 2: Print a document containing 2 vertical pages (columns) on one horizontal page twice duplex, then cut the paper. So you get two sheets of paper contaning the left page/column at one side (front) and the right page/column at the other side (back).

   This is a bug an should be solved.

   *(To be able to show, what I want, I created a document containing the same page twice. This should not be necessary!)

   Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Start Acrobat Reader
   2. Open the PDF file “XYZ.pdf”
   3. Press CTRL+SHIFT+S
   4. A black box appears in the upper right corner with the text: Automatic Repeat / OFF

   Expected Result:
   A window should open that shows me a target folder for saving the file.

8. How have you managed to make what should be such a simple program so bloated, slow and annoying.

   Why does it always default to THREE almost never used menus opening every single time I open the app? Literally every single time I want to just look at a PDF I have to close three distracting and/or pointless menus of features we never use but you're presumably trying to ram down our throats?

   Why does it default to 'fit to width' view, even when you're viewing a portrait format file on a widescreen high resolution screen? Can someone give adobe the message it isn't 1998 anymore? Take a wild guess at what someone is trying to do when they open a portrait PDF with font size 20 on a widescreen HD screen...

   Why are features, menus and toolbars seemingly scattered around at random in SIX zones? I literally could have designed a better UI in highschool and this is the best Adobe can come up with?

   And don't get me started on the usual ramming AI down our throats.

9. Arreglar este error: “Este sistema no ofrece voz en Español”

   Since Acrobat 2024, on macOS (I'm currently using Tahoe), it no longer recognizes Spanish voices. I have Acrobat set to Spanish and a Spanish reading voice installed on my system. Before Acrobat Pro 2024 or 2025, this was ok for reading in Spanish, but now it says there's no voice on the system, which isn't true; it simply doesn't recognize it and reads in English. Shame on you, Adobe; this affects accessibility for people. Please fix this.

10. Add color to custom pallet replaces previously added color

    When changing color of text, line, highlight, etc. and adding a new user color to custom pallet, the newly added color replaces previously added color. So you only one custom color and the rest of the square color slots are filled with black colors.

    2. In the Fill and Sign toolbar select Fill text area tool
    3. Click on the document field

14. I had a PDF that looked like a spreadsheet. I asked AI to add all the copays for 2023 and 2024. It kept leaving out numbers.

    Why can't it add a simply column of numbers without leaving out a bunch of them? And why can't it just generate all the numbers in that column into a copy bod that I can copy into Excel?

    Simply allow me to actually highlight the text I drag my mouse over. Stop telling me what you think I really want highlighted and just let me highlight what I, the person paying for this program and "dumber than AI" want highlighted on my file.

18. Improve scan/converting to editable document -- identify lines and boxes

    I scan documents using a copier/printer/scanner. Often, I am scanning forms that include underlined spaces for someone's signature, or text that is surrounded by a box. When I use Adobe Pro "edit" to convert them from images to editable text, the conversion never recognizes the lines as discrete objects. Instead, they are lumped with the background as one large, page-sized image. This means I can't delete the nearly-white background without losing signature and other blank, lined spaces or boxes around text.

    Please improve the Scan and Edit features so that they recognize the difference between lines that are part of the text and background images/dust/etc. Thank you.

19. Enough with the popup menus!

    Adobe PLEASE! Stop the menu popups everytime we click on an element when editing PDFs! Let us do that if we need to by right click. It disturbs our workflow especially when resizing an image it blocks the corners when resizing. Put all menus on the side by default, don't float it, don't make it appear when clicked. It is annoying like a popup ad. If you like those, we don't. So just make it optional and can be checked in the settings or preferences.

    Again, please don't make a menu popup when clicking an element in PDF editing mode. Remove all floating menus by default as they are blocking the work area. Put all menus docked on the sides or top or bottom of the application.
