Date format from Adobe Forms not carried into Adobe Sign
Hi,
The date format using Adobe Form doesn't get carried forward to Adobe Sign. With the volume I am working with, it is just not possible to manually change dates in the form each time as there are several dates in the form and I have to send a large volume of the forms in one go. I tried using the script "Text1es:signr1:isdate(format=dd/mm/yyyy)" in Prepare form under Custom Calculation Field and it doesnt work. I tried locking the format and it doesnt work either. This is causing so much problem and we are considering to stop using this…

Unable to upgrade Acrobat Adobe X Pro to Acrobat Adobe XI Pro
Dear Sir/Madam,
In 11 Oct, 2013, I bought a full license of CS6.0 (Adobe order no. 138180935) and 4 license of Acrobat Professional 11.0 together (Adobe order no. 138180935, cert ID: 11782938). After installing my CS6.0 for many years, I did not notice that the CS6.0 I have purchased came with an older Acrobat X Pro. I was shocked to find out the laptop where I have installed CS6.0 has an old Acrobat X Pro that cannot be updated to Acrobat XI Pro. All other laptops and PCs have Acrobat XI Pro. Please advise on why did CS6.0 came with…

Drag tools from the Toolbar
In Mac OS it is a piece of cake to customize Toolbars. Just Command-Drag to heart's content.
Why is it such a pain ********** (impossible?) in Acrobat. I am very disappointed.

Insert the Outlook default signature when sending a PDF by email from Acrobat
insert the Outlook default signature when sending a PDF by email from Acrobat, this would really help those who use Pro for official business. By not adding our signature box to the email automatically it requires us to do additional steps costing us time and makes us look un-professional.

Application crashed with the latest version of Acrobat DC Pro(11/03)
We are experiencing the occasional crash while opening the pdf file in our software which use adobe dll with the latest Acrobat Pro DC. There's no issue before 11/03/2020 Acrobat release.
So I believe it was caused by the latest Acrobat Release.
The attachments are the crash log that contains the call stack information and Exception Record screenshot.
The exception code is 3221225477 - Access Violation.

adobe sign unsecure document
Have the ability to send and receive the requested document for signature in a non secure form. When we received a signed document back we need to add stamps etc. we can do so unless we print the document and re-scan it into our system.

Add "Commenting" feature to Signature Requests to document conversations
It would be really great if during the "Request Signatures" process, if the person(s) signing could send comments/ask questions from the requestor or other signers, prior to signing the document. This way, any clarifications can be made and documented on the Audit Report, that is included in the "signed & filed" copy.

Crashes from Word/Excel 2016; both the plug-in and Save As PDF
I get repeated hard-reboot crashes when creating PDFs from relatively small simple Word documents. I follow the instructions, remove and re-add the plugin, still it can take 20 minutes to get a 9-page, no images or links Word document to PDF correctly. Please fix this.
Windows 10, Acrobat Pro DC version 2020 (latest), Microsoft Word and Excel 2016.1 voteHi
Please check with latest Acrobat 2020 and let us know if you are still facing this issue.
Thanks

Performance improvements & 64bit Windows
First - If running multiple instances of Adobe DC, there is NO reason why one instance should cause the other to hang, it's the 20th century and multi-threading isn't new technology anymore, get with the program.
64bit support on Windows 10 would be a big plus.
It takes an average 20-30 seconds to open a SINGLE PAGE PDF. NONE and I mean NONE of the suggestions about turning off enhanced security and what not are helping to make it quicker. Opening PDF files should be near nano second operations, especially single page documents. Since the release of the DC version,…1 vote -
Set 'prepare form' properties to preferred defaults for all future forms
When converting a .pdf into a fillable form ('Prepare Form') please create an option to set properties so that Acrobat will always apply my preferred properties as the default.
It is inefficient to always convert the font and other properties to the settings I prefer for the forms I design.
I am aware I can set defaults for fields once the form is prepared and then duplicate this in a given form. I am also aware that I can multiple-select fields and change the properties for a group. However, I'd like a more efficient default-setting option, please.
EG: I use…

document cloud
Is it possible to be able to create Shared Folders in the Document Cloud feature so my management team can review sent out forms in single folders, instead of forcing the senders to share each document individually?

Multi-User PDF editing/collaboration within SharePoint
As an organisation we receive many PDF documents which are centrally stored within SharePoint. We have a requirement to read and provide comments on the content from a multi-user base, i.e. we need the ability to collaborate on a single PDF where all Users can read and write comments on the same PDF document, plus all edits are saved centrally. Essentially can Adobe provide the same collaboration tools as Microsoft does with Office 365?

Please add capability for multiple signatures
Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them it's often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures. Please adjust your product to allow for more signatures to be created for use in signing pdfs. Thank you.

Exit confirmation (closing all windows/documents)
Exiting Acrobat with Ctrl+Q (File > Exit) should show a confirmation prompt. Could add on option to satisfy users who prefer the current functionality.

Rotate View should apply to only current window
When you have multiple windows of the same document open (Window > New Window), rotating the view (Ctrl + Shift + Plus or View > Rotate View) rotates the view in all windows of the document. It would be better if it only applied to the current window. That way you could look at a portrait page and landscape page simultaneously. Just like you can zoom the windows independently.
