  1. Refresh button for E-signatures/Agreements

    I would love to see refresh button to check for recently signed documents/agreements. I find the delay can be lengthily and often even require me to exit the application and reopen in order for Adobe to register a newly signed document/agreement. Most often I have to retrieve the signed document from my email after not being able to retrieve it within the Adobe PC application, due to the delay in the application recognizing the newly signed document.

  2. Be able to sort bookmarks alphabetically and by date

    We are a law firm and often have thousands of bookmarks in one PDF. As we try to operate in a paperless environment, we insert documents (records) in between others and create bookmarks either by date (numbers) or with characters and then need to re-sort the many that we added so that they are in the correct order. Instead of having to buy a third-party program, it would be nice if Adobe did it. Thank you.

  3. The "save"/"save as" options are no longer available WHY????

    The "save" and "save as" functions no longer exist for Adobe Acrobat Reader!!! FWIW, I am using Windows 11 and have downloaded the latest versions of both.

  4. unable to edit in browser

    Hello, SOS!!!
    I have downloaded Acrobat Pro and the extension for my Edge browser. When trying to open PDF's using my browser all the commenting and editing tools are greyed out. However, when I download the documents it and open them locally it allows me to to comment/markup.

  5. Embedded Scale

    Bug Report: Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't reading the embedded scale of a PDF. Measure tool is measuring at the default scale 1:1 inch. When I open the same document in Foxit, the distance tool measures at the embedded scale as expected.

  6. Bug: Unable to move/delete signature after placed using Fill & Sign Tool.

    After placing a drawn signature using the "Fill & Sign" Tool on a PDF prepared with form fields, you are unable to move the signature box or delete it using the "Trash can" above the signature box.

    Issue can be bypassed by closing the Fill & Sign tool and reopening it.

    I cannot identify any document properties that might be causing this, when compared to a blank PDF there are no differing properties; however, when using the Fill & Sign on a blank PDF I get more options on the tool bar, when using Fill & Sign on the document…

  7. Files in synced OneDrive folder don't download when opening through File>Open dialog box

    I use the OneDrive app on macOS to sync files from a Sharepoint library. Most of the files are not actually downloaded yet - when you open them from Finder they download and then open. This applies to opening files from the File>Open dialog box in most applications as well (i.e. Illustrator).

    However, Acrobat doesn't do this. If I choose a non-downloaded file it just closes the dialog box and never opens the file. I have to go through Finder and open it there instead.

  8. Can't move Reader to second monitor

    When I drag the Reader window onto my second monitor the UI stops momentarily and then Reader window repaints on the main window. Can't move the app to the second monitor.
    Reproduce: Open a PDF in reader on the laptop, grab title bar with mouse and drag to second monitor; the drag stalls and the application snaps back to the laptop screen.
    Windows 11, Surface Laptop 5, second monitor is larger resolution than the laptop screen.

  9. signature picture cannot be resized

    the signature picture can not be moved or resized before saving the document. this is a new bug march 2023, reproduced on all my computers running windows 7,8, 10 32&64bit

  10. Please return the the feature where we can write directly to a PDF file except if the file is restricted by the author.

    Please return the feature where anybody can write down note on pdf file where the note is exactly needed. To write down arrows and instructions that is understandable by the users. This is so useful in exchanging ideas and easily giving instructions using both texts and sketches.

  12. EasyJet Airlines Check In Policy

    You can proceed to the check-in portion of the Easyjet website.

    then finish the Easyjet online check-in process by providing the necessary information and following the instructions.

    The boarding card for your booked flight is also available for printing, downloading, and emailing.

    You may download the Easyjet Airlines mobile app on both iOS and Android-based devices. Download the app from any location to use for mobile check-ins. Without having to wait in a check-in line at the airport, you may print or download the boarding pass and acquire your flights this way.

  13. Possibility to save PDF

    If I open a PDF through the File Explorer (File library) and still have the file chosen in File Explorer (Highlighted in Explorer) it is not possible to save the file after commenting or editing. (another user may have the file open ...)
    Please make it possible to save a PDF even if it is highlighted in File Explorer, since this a normal way of working with PDFs.

  14. Adobe Acrobat mini window issue

    I am using Adobe Acrobat reader on my windows laptop and sometimes while scrolling, a mini window which shows pdf in small format pops up which doesn't close. Remove that mini window from adobe . Its annoying.

  15. Make color swatches customizable

    When commenting on a PDF file, whether you want to use strike out, underline, or even highlight, there is a swatch color box with a default set of colors. Please make that customizable.

    Acrobat Pro was a great product. Your new product Acrobat DC SUCKS! It's a pain ********** to use. I wish there was another option because if there was, I would use it.

  17. Adobe Sign - Control of PDF attachment to email on completed signed document

    I have documents with sensitive information that need signature. I do not want the signed document to be sent to the receiver once it is signed because I do not want their sensitive information sitting in their email for potential hackers. Why does this take a support call to have you disable the feature from the backend? This should be a preference for the users in their account settings.

    Secondly, I still want a copy of the signed document with the audit report as the last page. Yet, once this feature is disabled, I can no longer receive a copy.…

  18. Натрапване на нежелана функционалност

    Новата версия, която се самоинсталира, има следните недостатъци:

    1. All tools падащото меню винаги се появява отворено и трябва ръчно да бъде затворено, за да освободи заеманото от него пространство.

    2. В предишната версия можеше да се настрой всеки документ да се отваря в самостоятелен прозорец (а не като нов Tab) - тази опция просто е премахната

    Всичко това е досадно.
