Please restore option to turn off recent files window as default
Hello,
So until recently (today is Nov 17 2022), Acrobat Pro had an option in the Preferences to turn off the Recent files window as default. Now that option is gone, and I wish Adobe will restore that option. Now every time my documents are closed with command-w, I get the Recent files window, and I have to close it with another command-w or manually by clicking on the window. I'm not sure if this is a new feature or is actually a bug that should be fixed. I would expect that a single command-w should close the window completely.1 vote -
Add option to change the default "sign in order"
There needs to be an option to change the default option from "sign in order" to "sign in any order".
In our operational workflows we never use the sign in order function and have to constantly change it before sending out a request for signatures. If this step is missed we have to resend the entire document as it is not allowed to be edited after the fact. This is fine but give us the option to make "complete in any order" by default.

No longer able to highlight PDF text anymore in any PDF documents.
PDF Docs that I could highlight are no longer able to highlight. When I drag the highlighter icon over text, the text will gray highlight, but after release of the click/drag. the text returns to normal, with no highlight.

Automated report of user list with product assignments
I would like to request the ability to set up a scheduled daily or weekly report that would email me a .csv list of my users with the products that are assigned to them. I currently have to log into my Admin Console and download this report, but and automated report, even in the form of an email notification indicating that my report is ready to download, would be very useful. thanks

Acrobat UI: Improve message text of "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT admin for more details."
The message which is shown when users are not signed in to Acrobat or do not have a license of the selected feature they are clicking on, is confusing many users. This leads to many calls at our Service Desk Hotline. It would help a lot to change the text to explain that the user does not have access to this feature because it seems that he/she does not have a license or is not signed in with his license. In case that a license is available please Sign in.

how to make adobe acrobat window always on top of firefox window
We need to be able to read our scanned order forms and type into emails at the same time, not with a split screen. We need to be able to have Acrobat have a feature to be checked to have Acrobat show "Always On Top" of other windows, so the windows behind acrobat can be full screen. This simple setting would really help all of us. Thank you.

Email confirmation
As folks fill out a web form, the additional step of having to click a link in your email to finish the submission is a pain and I would prefer being to turn that off.

Scale page fixup does not scale link area, so the links in scaled PDF are not working
Input: A4 PDF file with active link, like document links from TOC entries in TOC of PDF exported from Microsoft Word Document
Action/steps: Apply page scale fixup to 70.7 percent to make a document A5 size
Observed result: Page content is scaled but link areas are not scaled so the TOC links and any other links are not working in resulting PDF file
Expected result: Scale page content and the hyperlink annotations too, so the links are still working in scaled document
Environment: Acrobat Pro 22.3.20263.0, Windows 10

Default line endings were changed on ink annotation gestures
The line endings on gestures within ink annotations are defaulting to being rounded and prior to the most recent adobe acrobat update, they were flat. Please switch them back to default to flat/none or provide a way to set them to flat/none via javascript (or some other configuration).
For example, we have OCR and other downstream processes that no longer work efficiently or work at all with the rounded line ending updates.

Cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro Trial. Asking for credit card update before cancel.
I would like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro Trial. I tried to cancel that, but the website didn't enable me to go to the cancel page. It continues asking for my credit card details and continues making requests for payments on my credit card.

Microsoft Purview Information Protection - clear remembered account information
After the update from version 22.002.20191 to version 22.003.20258, we've detected an issue with the new Microsoft Purview Information Protection plug-in.
It can happen, that Adobe Acrobat DC crashes, if a MIP protected PDF file shall be opened. In this case the opening process hangs and Acrobat DC doesn't react any longer and you have to terminate the app.
This happens, because the cached account information for MIP are obviously unusable (e.g. corrupt or invalid). The only solution currently is, to clear the cache via the "Clear remembered account information" button.
But many standard users aren't aware of this possibility/solution…

Please add Folder Sharing to Document Cloud. The lack of it is a major drawback of the system.

Incorrect status for agreements
I've found a bug in the document cloud. I have several agreements that were sent out for signature by 4 signers. Some of these agreements are showing 3 of 4 completed in the status column but when you review the activity it shows that all 4 signers have completed the signature. Is there a way to force a record update to correct this?

Local Document Cloud Folder
I use multiple cloud providers for storage, all of which provide an option for a local synchronized folder, providing Explorer/Finder access to cloud-based files and folders. Many of these are free, though I do pay for extra functionality. With a paid solution like Acrobat Pro, there is no logical reason why Adobe does not offer this option already. I would rather use Adobe Scanner to scan a document and be able to access it minutes later on my desktop, than use a lesser, third-party app to scan my documents and jump through hoops to curate and OCR the file and…

Show files needing signature or other action
I just got notified that someone sent me a file to sign. I clicked on the notification and I get taken to the Home screen - Recent. I see a list of files (most of which are files I have signed) and I can see when the file was last opened. I would like to see what actions have been taken or more importantly are needed (signing for instance). Or, clicking on that notification should take me to a screen that shows me the files I need to sign and if I am up to date (because the notification came…

Restore functionality: automate Saving of a PDF via VBA
On Adobe Acrobat versions 7, 8, and 9, I have been able to utilize the Acrobat Access 3.0 Type Library and the Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Type Library to Save a PDF using Visual Basic for Applications. This is done in MS Access. In Acrobat DC, these libraries, the functionality I utilize is missing.
Code attached.
