  2. Active tab display

    When there are multiple PDFs open, it is difficult to tell which one is the active tab. I suggest a Preference option to use a different color for the active tab or have Acrobat do this by default; I doubt anyone would complain.

  4. Moving Adobe Scans to iCloud, Dropbox, etc.

    Too many steps to move files. I have to open the Scan folder, open the scan, save it to its storage folder on iCloud or Dropbox and then go back and delete it from the Scan folder on Adobe Document Cloud.

    How about a mirrored folder window on Mac finder like Dropbox, Kiteworks, etc. ?

  5. Reflow not possible for docs with images with an alt-text

    PDF document reflow (Ctrl+4) is not possible for documents containing images with an alt-text. When the images are decorative (artifact) de document reflows normally. Is this a known behaviour of Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader? Foxit reader reflows documents with images with alt-text normally.

  7. file size

    Hello! I work in the wine industry and we often have to submit files that are under 500kb or 750kb for government records. I use the "reduce file size" option but it takes a lot of guesswork. It would be amazing if there was an option to make the PDF smaller than ____ kb/mb. I know so many in my industry would be grateful. Thank you!!

  8. Reverse order of selected pages

    There are times when you accidentally scan a stack of documents in reverse order, or when exporting a pdf from Photoshop it exports the layers in a way you didn't expect. Instead of limiting the user to drag and drop to re-order pages, there should also be an option to reverse order of selected pages. Thanks.

  9. Thumbnail icons of almost every PDF on desktop turns black after 1 second

    Please address this issue as I have tried reinstalling, restarting, using the cleaner tool, ensuring the settings are correct, and everything I can possibly think of. All apps are up to date. This has been happening for months.

  10. When combining two PDFs, some text is corrupted and not rendering in the binder version, but is fine in the original separate PDFs.

    Dear Acrobat, why, after all those years, can we still not use your own (!) PDF format for setting a signature?

  14. User Account Password Reset For Admins

    I have noticed that there is no way for an admin to reset a users password if the user forgets what he/she set it to. Instead, the user is the only one who can reset their password and sometimes the reset email takes an hour to be delivered. It would be so much easier and more convenient if I were able to reset a users password from my admin account so there is no waiting on receiving an email. I am quite surprised that this is not already a built-in feature just like a lot of other online subscription based…

  15. Version 20.013.20064 requires a password when combining downloaded files from Southdata.com

    When combining files, the downloaded files from a utility company (website is run by South data) claim that they are password protected. It only happens when combining files in AA Pro DC. (I can open each file separately).

  16. Saving a PDF when Acrobat is snapped/docked to one side on the desktop will undock/unsnap the window.

    Please fix this behaviour. The window should remain in the same position when saving the file.

  17. additional files need to be installed to creat PDF from this file

    when i want to form a ppt into pdf ,it says "additional files need to be installed to creat PDF from this file. You must have Administrator Privileges to install these files." but i already have administrator privileges.

  18. Some reviewers can't access shared reviews at all

    Refer to the PDF review error message they are receiving (attached). I've never heard of this, but several of my developers (Chrome, IE, Edge, on Windows, Mac, or Linux flavors) all have the same problem. about 1/3 of people have no trouble, others get this error. Help!

  20. Increase Outlook Plug-in PDFMaker Maximum Message Limit

    I recieve the error when using the PDFMaker Plug-in to create a PDF in excess of 7,000 Outlook messages:

    "You have chosen to convert a very large number of email messages. Please try again with a folder or selection having fewer messages."

    I would like the limit to be raised to in excess of 10 or 15 thousand.
