  1. Open an existing comment bubble popup that has text in it. Select (highlight) the text. Now just move the mouse cursor slightly outside of the comment popup boundary. The text you highlighted becomes unhighlighted! I can’t even express how maddeningly frustrating this is. We have hundreds of edits a day that we need to copy the comment text out of Acrobat.

    We are CONSTANTLY selecting the text, hitting COMMAND+C, switching over to a different program to paste, only to realize that either nothing gets pasted in or the text from the previous edit is still on the clipboard. I finally…

  3. I am trying to move my colleagues away from .docx to .pdf. Unfortunately we often have to review older version of a file that has been modified. How can we do this in DC? Can we?

  4. Windows 10 Pro; Brother MFC 6700DW scanner (Twain driver); latest version AA Pro DC. In the "create from scanner", scans OK when set to autodetect colour, but when I select scan to black and white, it crashes. Protected view is off.

  5. I bought Acrobat Standard DC but unfortunately I did not see that I could download it in French. It is therefore in English. Can I just change the language in the software or do I have to uninstall it to reinstall it in French?

  6. I have Windows 10 and Adobe Standard v. 2018.011.20038 and when I create a form and click on "Prepare Form" there is a pop up box that says "Adobe Acrobat has stopped working" and then the program shuts down. I have updated the program, clicked on "Repair Installation" and nothing has corrected this issue. Please help!

  8. The arrow in the comment section will not change color... It seems to be locked, but when i click on Properties the Locked box is uncheck. The only way to change the color is to make it a default, every time.

  9. Please develop an add-in for the MacOS environment that provides the same functionality as the PDF Maker add-in for MS Outlook in the PC world. I relied on the feature for archiving email communications & attachments while using a PC, but no longer have the capability on a Mac.

  10. Hi,

    I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and it always crash when I try to edit a PDF. Always appear the message "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".

    I tried the fixes below but they was not solve the problem:

  11. Why the are you interrupting my workflow with fing pop ups that not only have I NO INTEREST in whatsoever and they've just crashed the fing application. Stop trying to push me in the direction of the cloud - if I wanted to go there I would sort it out myself. And I don't want you 'reaching out' to me. Just turn it off by default.

  12. The latest version of Adobe Acrobat and Reader DC no longer renders some of our files correctly.

    The attached file has 3 pages, and when viewed in DC it renders page 3 on page 2 and 3 and doesn't render page 2.

    These files render correctly on adobe 11 and every other pdf viewer I've tried.

  13. Having to manually mouse click the 'OK' button on the 'Acrobat has finished searching the document' dialog is cumbersome. Ditto for other Acrobat dialogs. Please activate the <ESC> key here to close the dialogs. It makes navigation much faster.

  14. Fix Creative Cloud so It will load. I have been paying for a subscription since 2015 and two months ago it quit working. Yeas all applications. It will not let me reload or sign in. Tech support was useless. Every body wants to point the finger else where. Either it works or it don't - right now it don't help!

    1. Open a PDF containing text in Acrobat Reader or Acrobat (18) in macOS (10.12.6) on the Mac (also applies to other versions).
    2. In order to select a string of words, double-click on the first word and, without releasing the mouse button, drag in the required direction to extend the selection.

    Expected Result: Acrobat should select the word you double-clicked on, and THEN extend the selection word by word based on the direction of the dragging.

    Observed Result: Acrobat selects the word you double-clicked on, and then fails to extend the selection.

    The only way to select a string of words…

  15. I want tabs back, I don't want multiple PDF documents opening up new windows. This is so important to me I purchased another product and convinced my company IT department to replace my Adobe license with that product.

  18. We have invested very large in SCCM infrastructure to support Global distribution of client applications. To speed up distriution of Adobe product versions we have analysed Adobe Update Server solution.
    Based on our global environment that would require an enourmous investment create a Adobe Update Server at every site location.

    We would like Adobe to add support for Microsoft SCUM, that would speed up product distribution without very large investment.
