    Why do I have to sign in to my account every morning.

  3. Add ability to select/define a view when adding a SharePoint Library storage account

    When adding a SharePoint library as a storage account it would be beneficial to to be able to define which view to use (using the view URL) or be prompted to select a view.

    In some cases, libraries do exceed over 5000 items and files within the library can no longer be viewed in the storage account menu within Adobe.

    On the SharePoint side, large libraries that heavily leverage metadata have indexes configured in order to surpass this 5000 item limit per view. It appears that the storage account setup is query for all items, rather than linking to a…

  5. Change Recipient Limits on Document Cloud Reviews

    A change was recently made to the limits on Adobe Document Cloud Shared Reviews. Prior to a recent update, the review limit was set to 25 files per day irrespective of recipients It has now changed to 50 total recipients.
    I have a distribution list comprised of primary/backup reviewers from several departments within our organization, totaling 15 recipients. With the new limitation, I am now limited to either 3 reviews per day or have to pair down my recipient list to primary reviewers only and keep track of when a review has to be sent to a backup recipient and…

  7. Not user friendly

    They need a much more comprehensive tutorial. I dont even know how to edit a PDF!!! Everytime I press the return button to move my paragraph down it is deleted!!! I'm so upset I spent $26 on something a regular person cannot use. I'm not a computer noob. Adobe is seriously confusing. The names of the tools dont match up with their functions.

  8. Fill and Sign is the worst update. Please revert to previous versions

    The new version adds no value. Previous versions were simple, efficient, and quick. This new version is cumbersome.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide us the following details :

    1. Version of your Acrobat. Go to Help → Check for Updates.
    2. Does the crash happens with every file or a specific PDF. If possible can you share the PDF file at sagrover@adobe.com.
    3. Are you on Win or MAC? Also can you tell us your OS version.

  10. Close all PDF's in File Menu

    Strange but nor Acrobat Pro DC, nor Reader don't have "close all files" menu.

    Yes, we can use it this script - https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/creating-close-all-docs-menu-item , but we can't use it with script shortcuts as CTRL+SHIFT+F4 or CTRL+ALT+W

    That's annoying!

    Please re-add close all files feature in "File" menu!

    Hi,

    If your Previous session had any PDF’s launched when it was last Closed, then there is a Menu item Under File→ Reopen PDFs from Last Session which will open the pdfs that were launched in your previous session before closing.

    Attaching a snapshot to help you with.

    Also there is a Preference unde Edit→Preferences→General which ould automatically open the PDFs from the last sesssion as you Open the Acrobat / Reader application. Here is more info on that : https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html#PreferencetoreopenPDFsfromthelastAcrobatsession

  13. "Resolve" status returns sync error

    When setting the status of a comment to "Resolve" an error is returned. A pop-up box reads:
    "We weren't able to sync your comment. Please try adding a different comment."
    The comment's status will change to "Resolved" but the error message pops up every time.

  14. Greek language

    Include Greek language in adobe acrobat pro dc interface as it was in earlier versions (10.0). Greek is a significant language. For example, Microsoft office fully supports Greek and Google. It is unacceptable the creator of PDF to not use Greek!

  15. Font default setting ineffective for add text comment

    A couple weeks ago I set my font in preferences/content editing/font options as 10 point Cambria. Every day the first time I type comments on a PDF the font that starts off is 12 point Helvetica. As far as I can tell Acrobat Standard DC makes no use of the information a user puts into preferences/content editing/font options.I don't care that much about whether I am typing in Helvetica versus Cambria but I correct the Acrobat font from 12 point to 10 point every workday.   16. Export to Word should retain OCR corrections

    This is an OCR and Export issue. Because DC's OCR is not as good as it was in Pro, I get tons of errors that I correct. The correction is great unless the OCR grabs half a letter. However, if I export the OCR's pdf to Word, DC OCR's the pdf again and does not retain the corrections and will export with the same errors. That is crazy.

  20. Accessibility Table Tags, Table Summary, H1-3 are not being read by screen readers NVDA and JAWS

    We received this document from a vendor and it wasn't tagged for accessibility. I went through page by page, adding figure alternative text, table summaries, and tagged H1 through H3 headings. Then using Adobe's book mark tool I auto-generated the bookmarks based on the H1-3 heading tags.

    I sent this document to our 508C consultant who is blind. He used NVDA and JAWS to read the document. He found all of the alt text for figures but could not see the H1-3 tags nor could he see any of the tables or table summaries.
