  1. Acrobat 11 had a feature that showed the number of pages in each document being combined. Acrobat DC has it but you must hover over the document to see it.

    I often combine 100 pdfs together to make one document. I need each file to have even pages so that they print correctly and each section starts on a left hand page. In Acrobat 11 I could read at a glance which sections needed an extra page. It now takes 15 to 20 minutes to hover over each pdf (there are 100 of them) to see if they have even…

  2. We are an enterprise customer with over 1,000 Adobe users.
    I would like our users to be able to create animated presentations using InDesign rather than PowerPoint and export the content as an interactive PDF. Currently this can't be done, you can output the animation using Publish Online, which outputs a URL, which isn't secure or in a format we would want, not everyone wants to view presentations on the web, most of our presentations our confidential!

    Thanks for your feature request. This would be more applicable for InDesign team so would request you to log it under InDesign forum.
    However, we have also added it in our backlog which will be prioritized based on other items.

  3. PDF is still freezing for 5-10 seconds or more upon loading doc.

    Acrobat DC is trying to access the Cloud Service and can't.

  4. allow easy selection of each element and the editing of said elements. This program is no where near user friendly and by the way...paying extra for each ability of a program because the company gives it its own name, is completely ridiculous.

  5. 2 years ago, Adobe programmed that the Tags panel would have Undo. That was very helpful.

    But we also need to Undo in the Order and Contents panels, too.

    When remediating PDFs to meet accessibility guidelines and laws, people work in the Order and Content panels, too, not just in the Tags panel. As in any workflow, we sometimes need to undo what we just did.

    Right now, we must revert to the previously saved version which might go back too far and not be helpful at all.

  6. Hello,

    I tried to add a custom calculation script to my stamps (via form editing), but it always fails. (Also in Acrobat 11.0.23)

    This is a serious bug!

    Please have a look to the videos. (DC Version is 19.010.20098)

    I could do it in Acrobat 10.1.16

    When there's already some script in there, DC is able to edit it.

  7. My Internet connection was unreliable (there were a lot of timeouts) due to a partial outage at my ISP. This caused Acrobat DC to hang immediately upon opening it (I suppose because it couldn't reach some server). Switching to a more reliable connection fixed the problem immediately.

    Adobe, you should make Acrobat more resilient against unreliable Internet connections. Not being able to open PDF files due to a spotty connection is unacceptable.

  8. I am using Windows 10 and Acrobat DC.

    Issue: I am unable to crop a page because the Set Page Box window does not have a scroll bar. So I cannot scroll down to where the OK button would be to execute the action.

  9. Acrobat DC crashes every time I try to create PDF from a scanner. Does not start scanning, just crashes as soon as I click on "Scanner" in "Create a PDF from any format". Have reinstalled Acrobat DC and printer/scanner (Brother MFC-9970CDW) to no avail. This feature worked until recently.

  10. If i want to save a document to Microsoft OneDrive for Busines, therefore I need to add a storage account. Selecting OneDrive for Business requires me to enter an Admin Consent to give the required permission for the AzureAD Enterprise Application.

    By entering the admin credentials of a O365 Global Admin it does not work as an unexpected consent prompt entered in the Adobe Acrobat Enterprise Application for AzureAD is causing the error.

  11. Not having a subtraction option in the Text Field Properties reduces the value of the calculate function. The current "workaround" of inputting a negative number to allow for addition is a poor alternative.

    You can either use a custom JavaScirpt calculation or the simplified field notation calculation, if your field names follow the required convention, with the “-” operator you will be able to perform subtraction.

  12. When reviewing existing PDFs I am unable to draw shapes such as rectangles or lines. I have checked the properties and they show 1pt red color selected. This has not been a problem until recently, I've been able to do this on PDF files for the past 15+ years. I have no problem using the yellow highlighter on text, however, just the shape tools. This problem occurs on most PDFs but not all.

  13. A customer described how he uses multiple colored pens to mark up printed drawings and wants to be able to do something similar with the Acrobat commenting tools. He requested the ability to setup multiple pen thicknesses and colors for easy access, similar to the way PowerPoint allows the creation of multiple pen styles (see attached).

  15. The Canon Image Formula DR-C125 comes with a native program that removes blank pages while scanning. I use this to scan, and then switch to Acrobat to edit thereafter. It would be nice if Acrobat had a blank page removal option.

  16. I would like to be able to insert print breaks (force next page to print on top page in duplex).

    Currently, the only way to do this is to add a blank page, however, this looks very odd when viewing the electronic version versus the printed copy. It would be nice if there was a way to force certain pages to be treated as a first page for printing purposes (conceptually similar to how a page break forces the next line of text onto the next page)

  17. EXAMPLE: I just scanned 19 pages then clicked on TOOLS to use the stamp command. Aggghh I didnt realize that my original scans are now lost forever presumably becuase I didnt save or 'export' the scane? <weep>. Surely you should alert the user that he's not saved his work?

  18. The crop dialog boxes are insanely large and unscrollable -- I can't click on "Apply" unless I move the dialog to another screen, and on that screen I can only see a small part of the window.

  19. Add selection tool for selecting all comments on each page in bulk. In addition, add the rotate comment tools by selecting all comments.

    This is required while shifting comments from Old PDF document to New PDF document with major change in sheets/ orientation etc.

  20. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.
