I'm trying to create a pdf in acrobat pro from a Mailchimp URL. it says you're having a connectivity problem and says to follow a link to Mailchimp ... but Mailchimp says there is no problem. Are you working on the problem on your end? Thanks!

Bates range prefix only once
I wish to boost a prior related comment by KJJ as its own request:
"It's awesome that [bates stamping and changing the file name] now exists, but it's very clunky and not intuitive. I have 3 requests to make this better.
(1) Please build it into the menu option so users don't have to remember to add %BATESNUMBERKEY% each time;
(2) Please, please, please give us the ability to save it as a default so we don't have to set it every time ([like] how we can save bates numbering profiles);

Widen the Index Selection dialog
When you need to locate an index to use in search, you encounter the Index Selection dialog. The problem is that it’s far too narrow. Sure, one can widen the columns and slide the bottom scroll bar around, but if the index is nested in a few folders, it becomes an unnecessarily onerous task.
In the screenshot I attached, you will note they are a bit easier to see, but only because I placed all my indexes on an SD card, named just AI — which stands for Acrobat Indexes.

Wrong Shortcut key layout: AZERTY not QWERTY
On my MacBook Air, shortcut keys are recognized as if the keyboard layout was AZERTY (for French), although I use the QWERTY layout. For example, when I input Cmd+z, acrobat closes the file, and the Cmd+w key redos an operation. These changes in shortcut keys suggest the wrong recognition of keyboard layouts.
Here is my environment information:
Hard: M2 MacBook Air
OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.5 (23F79)
System language: Japanese
Keyboard layout: Japanese (JIS), French(AZERTY), English(JIS, QWERTY) (for each language)

Animated zoom
It would be great to have an option for Animated Zoom like the other Adobe product - Illustrator etc. Marquee zoom is terrible to use.
Acrobat interface is becoming increasingly disconnected from the rest of Creative Cloud.

Shared File Bug
When going to share a file in Acrobat, the glitch in the screenshot appears. Restarting the application doesn't seem to fix it, and the application on my computer is up to date with the most recent version.

Name of Program
- Adobe Acrobat Pro. First, please give us the name of the program we are using, the app name, in the top banner that always stays in place. That way, as we change windows and screens, we know what program we are using. I use both Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Reader, and sometimes at the same time.
- I'm not sure I like this new version that is coming. I'm trying it out and it doesn't seem intuitive.
- I prefer more English words, not less. So please don't replace English words with more icons/ symbols.
- Allow us to provide Feedback…

set default view
I want to be able to set the view defaul to "fit to page" because every time I open a new file or skip to a bookmark, I have to decrease the page size to be able to see the whole page and this REALLY slows me down.

Exporting PDFs to any file does not work
You can't export pdfs in your software. The buttons are there, but they don't work. I'm signed into my account. I am very frustrated, as I do pay for this software that does not function. If you can convert this file & email it to rip@rpmapping.com, I would appreciate it. Please convert to a DOCX format.

Printing in greyscale doesnt work
Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. I reported this bug to Adobe months ago, but so far nothing has happened. This bug also only occurs in the Pro version, which is a pity as you pay a lot of money for the products. stürtzt ständig ab
Acrobat war mal so gut, was macht ihr jetzt draus außer das es immer teurer mit den sch... abos wird ? Bei mir stürzt es ständig ab und was dann besonders ärgerlich und überhaupt nicht begreifbar ist, dass alle änderungen auch wenn ich auf wiederherstellen gehe bzw. zwischengespeichert habe weg sind. Das kostet soviel unnötige Lebenszeit.

Option to override all initial view parameters of the pdf file
I would like an option in Acrobat preferences which permit to override all the "initial view" properties of the pdf document.
My wish is at least to be able to override the "windows centered" parameter , as it's very annoying to have the acrobat window moved to the middle of the screen when opening certain PDFs with this option enabled.2 votes
