   Every time I open a PDF I get an error message "the instruction at 0x0000000067C6BD1D referenced memory at 0x00000000000000018. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program." When I click on OK the program works fine. This error is extremely annoying. I deleted the program and redownloaded and the error did not go away. It is up-to-date.

2. BRING BACK the little top and bottom arrows on the scroll bar

   I see below a lot of comments about the scroll bar. I want to know where the little up and down arrows went! My gosh, their function is profound. When working in a thousand-page document in which I have to find the minutiae of data point, I need the little arrows. The big scroll bar is NOT precise enough to work on one page of a document. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK. Why did you break something that was not broken. What was wrong with the little arrows? Please, I beg of you, bring them back like in prior versions. 3. Delete emailadresses in autocomplete list

   In the new experience the function autocomplete is available for every email address field. We would also like to have the function to delete certain emailadresses in de autocomplete list (for instance if we make an type error of the emailadress is no longer in use)

9. IT Admin Ability to Disable Adobe Print Preview / Dialog Menu

   There is an issue with Adobe's printer dialog menu / print preview that, when you print to a copier that requires a copy code in order to print, the job doesn't come out because the Adobe dialog menu isn't sending the copy code.

   This is a macOS issue only as far as I know.

   This problem is going back to 2017 and has never been addressed. Please see this forum thread about it: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/pdf-print-jobs-aren-t-processed-with-user-codes-from-adobe-dc-or-acrobat-pro/td-p/9010649

   If you're not going to fix the product so that copy codes are sent through your printer dialog menu / print preview, at least give IT Admins the ability to disable it for our end users.

   We would love for the ability to do that with Acrobat, Reader, etc.

11. Extract pages not preserving number

    I use the italian version, so maybe the commands I write here are not the exact name of the command in English, please forgive me for that.

    i have a pdf of a technical handbook, with some initial pages with latin number and then from chapter 1 there are the normal pages with arabic numbers.

    In Organize pages I select some pages and right click, then Extract pages. Unfortunately, there is no way to preserve the original number of the pages: they are renumbered in the new file starting from 1.

    I wonder if you can implement at least a flag option for preserving in the new file the same page numbers of the old file.

    The API detects that the email has been used in the process before and denies any change. Due to the nature of human beings to make mistakes from time to time it would be great to have the possibility to use the email address used before to avoid having to start over the whole process completely.
    We had a call with Adobe support regarding this very issue and were asked to submit a change request for it.

13. When using "Prepare Form" I'd like to choose the format of the fields so I don't have to change all of them.

    Allow option to choose font, font size, etc. when fields are created so I don't have to go back and change all of the fields to the format I use. This can be several hundred times per document and it would sure save me some time and effort.

15. Acrobat Pro Word->PDF silently omits vector images created on Word for Mac

    A figure created in PowerPoint for Mac is pasted into a Microsoft Word for Mac document, but then a Windows based colleague with Adobe Pro and Word for Windows creates a PDF from the docx.

    Problem: The figure is silently omitted (blank space on the page, no warning).

    (a) BUG: even if you can't render it, doing so without warning is very poor as it means we need to check ALL the figures in a big report to make sure they have come out.
    (b) PAIN POINT: there is no obvious vector format for the Mac user to use that doesn't get mangled in cross-platform use. (Maybe Microsoft's fault) and bitmap embedding has other issues.

    The underlying image format is some kind of Mac embedded PDF, on Windows it says "Microsoft Office Graphic Object" with a low-res image thumbnail. But Microsoft Word's PDF export does at least use the low-res version.

16. "Copy selected text into Highlight, Strikethrough, and Underline comment pop-ups" is not available in Commenting preferences.

    I came from Acrobat DC, in DC, there's option "Copy selected text into Highlight, Strikethrough, and Underline comment pop-ups" in Commenting preferences. It really speeds up my commenting, because I need to search the highted text, especially in a long document, such as book. So, please add it back. Thanks!

18. Text box alignment and size

    Acrobat is soo frustrating. Everytime we enter text is a space the text is a different size. Please add multi-select capabilities with options to make the text boxes align on the bottom and make the same text size... .OMG. Please fix. This is been awful and still no fix. 19. Comments Pane

    I have tried multiple times to uncheck the "show comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened" box and clicking "OK". When I reopen my preferences, the box is checked again. I don't want that pane automatically opening. I have tried closing out of Adobe completely afterwards and even restarting my PC. What am I missing?

20. <Lbl> accessibility check

    According to the PDF Association Syntax Guide Page 26 (https://pdfa.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/TaggedPDFBestPracticeGuideSyntax.pdf#page=26), and <Lbl> tag should be applied to any labelling text, even if it is inside a caption for a figure or table. However, every time I run the accessibility check in Acrobat Pro on this, it fails it; it appears the check thinks that only LItems should contain an <Lbl> as a child.

    Additionally, I think <Lbl>s should be allowed as the children of Paragraph tags as well, in the case where a single paragraph is labelled but the labelling text is not indicating the start of a new section. (The next paragraph belongs to the preceding header.)
