fill and sign tools on Quick Tool Bar
Please add the option to put all the tools from fill & sign to the Quick Tools bar. Example the: add check mark, and add X, and add text, add dot, change color. I use most of these regularly as well as a few others and have to switch back and forth between Quick Tools bar and fill and sign.

Wrong Fonts since update to Version 2024.002.21005
Since the last update to the mentioned Version, many of our pdfs are displayed with strange font settings.
See the attached file. (I had to black out the document.)
Around 160 PCs do have these problems in our Company.
Other PDF Viewers are working like expected. The Problem only occours in adobe acrobat reader.So, i dont find any possiblilty in adobe acrobat reader to change the default font.

Preparing Document for Reading BUG
Have screenshot of bug, but it contains my legal name so I'm not posting it. The window titled "Preparing document for reading" with loading bar just stalls. Tis truly annoying.

Make text boxes, callout boxes, drawing tools not sticky
All out comments are done with text boxes, text callout boxes, lines and arrows (as opposed to the sticky-note style comment). When we select any of those tools, they stay selected, i.e. when I draw a callout box and type, then click off of it, all I do is create yet another callout box. I have to click the arrow at the top of that pane to deselect it, then click AGAIN to manually move or resize my box. Share and OCR not working on MAC machines using the new view
In the new UI (on MAC only) the share button does not work, the Scan and OCR brings up blank boxes when choosing Recognize Text in this file, and once you have selected the Scan and OCR if you try to Edit a PDF or Prepare for Accessibility, those boxes are now blacked out. This is not happening on Windows machines. I updated Acrobat on both machines to the latest version (Windows 2024.002.21005 and Mac 2024.002.20964) and uninstalled and reinstalled it on the Mac. I also have the latest versions of my OS installed on both laptops. I have taken…

App Opening Experience
When opening a PDF, all the side menus open each time, causing the document to be either a) hidden, or b) hilariously small. I like these menus, but they should be minimized by default.
Each app opening experience involves closing both side views, then declining the AI "experience". It is getting old, and I am tired of popups when I just want to read my document.

Email Templates in Acrobat
Our organization currently uses another PDF editor known as Bluebeam Revu, which has the ability to create email templates to quickly send out PDFs to certain vendors with pre-composed messages. This makes a task that would otherwise take 3 minutes per item, take only seconds. Is there any way something similar can be developed for Acrobat? We are using 40+ email templates right now and losing that ability is going to create a lot of extra work.

Bug - setFocus JavaScript is now broken
this.getField("FormField").setFocus();
This JavaScript is now broken as there is some api that loads in the background that steals the form focus one or two seconds after the form loads.
It could be the uservoice feedback button as this loads at the same time that the form focus is stolen from the form.2 votes -
Acrobat reader does not remember last page location for all open tabs.
I only have two file open: if i close acrobat reader, when I open it again, it will only open the file from which I have exited acrobat in the correct page, however the other file will be opened from somewhat random page, it might be a page I never seen yet or a previous one. This happens both ways.

Draw a rectangule
When you select a color to fill a circle or a rectangle as is shown in the attached image, there is no chance to deactivate the color to fill the rectangle or use for instance a transparent color

allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.
My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. I would recommend that the adobe pro license allow the administrator to delegate applications included in the pro license to different users at a small cost ($5/month).
