1. Bug: Watermark does not stick to the file

   After adding an image watermark, Acrobat visually adds it the file. But the save button is not enabled until I exit editing. So if I close the file in edit mode I don't get the save changed file dialog. In addition, adding watermark to multiple pdf files doesn't work when the files are not opened.

2. DC Performance Unsatisfactory when I "Sign in"

   Performance:
   DC performance is unsatisfactory. It seems to be tied to being logged in. When the app is not "signed in", it works fine, but then it won't always start up without requiring that I sign in.
   When I sign in, the app routinely freezes whenever opening, annotating, or otherwise working with documents. It becomes infuriating. This has been going on for years now and apparently hasn't been addressed or even acknowledged to be an issue.

3. Convert to radio group

   I should be able to create a radio group inside a form without custom scripting. An example would be to select a number of check boxes and group them together and choose to group them as a radio button group.

4. BUG: Date format error message typo (Spanish)

   When you create a form field with Date validation, the default error message in Spanish has a typo. For example, if I set the custom date format to be "dd/mm/yyyy", there is a space missing. See attachment.

   Bug: "El formato debe coincidirdd/mm/yyyy"
   What it should read: "El formato debe coincidir dd/mm/yyyy" (notice the space after "coincidir")

   This happens on Acrobat for MacOS, only in Spanish.

   With the release of Acrobat on 2nd Oct, 2018, this issue has been addressed.

   If your product is not already updated, you can manually do so from within the product. Click on the menu Help→ Check for updates.

5. sticky note

   Everything is a bug in this latest update. Adobe DC is for "Destroying Careers". Slow, unstable and the sticky notes feature is the worst ever. I am reading and copying text from the sticky notes and this happens:

   The yellow boxes shakes, like a vibration.
   The text on it are over an yellow background and when you do the action: select + copy, it simply "enters" the text and replaces the background by a white one and you have to SELECT AGAIN. :(

   When you finally discover that you have to select the text again, if you accidentally moves the cursor beyond the sticky note, the text gets UNSELECTED. And you have to SELECT IT AGAIN. :(

   If the sticky note has a bigger amount of text, it replaces part of the text by a ... little box. Than you have to click again to OPEN the entire text. An than, the sticky note CHANGEs its place on screen. It makes you WASTE time and ***** your concentration.

   Also the add Signature / Sign tool is VERY SLOW now. And it cannot manage multiple pages. Today I signed a contract of 8 pages and I had to enter and leave the Sign Tool only 8 times to place 8 signatures, one per page. Can't it be smarter and faster?

   I got so mad today trying to use this "new" version of Acrobat DC that I could not continue without writing this comments. Hope you fix it ASAP.

6. Restrict editing/copying not working (when allowing printing)

   The feature "Restrict editing/copying" under Permissions not working when allowing printing. This is a problem as I need to send documents where people can read/print them but shouldn't be able to copy/edit the text to protect our intelectual property as much as possible.
   I have worked with the Adobe support team and they have acknowledged the bug and asked me to detail it here. Please include a fix in your next release, thanks.

7. Send email without crashing

   It would be great if Adobe Acrobat DC for Mac could send emails without crashing. I can no longer use this feature. Support has given me changes to my system, I have updated the app and tried everything myself. Quite a handy feature to have in almost any application.

   I use Outlook for Mac 2016 for email.

9. Email Drag and Drop

   The Create Adobe PDF from selected Outlook messages in Adobe Acrobat DC is a wonderful tool and I use it every 10 minuts. Before getting this tool I and my colleagues just dragged each message to a folder and created by that an Outlook.msg file for each message.

   To have these old msg files moved into the new PDF file I have to copy the msg files back into Outlook and then create or append the messages to the PDF.

   It would be helpful if the outlook.msg record could be appended to the PDF by drag and drop to the PDF file.

11. moving a page to a specific numbered page within a document

    In earlier versions of acrobat, right click on a page will bring up a dialog for inserting a number where one wants to move a page. For example, if I am on pag 78, and want this page to be at page [before/after] say 10, then I right click page 78, and select move and insert page number 10 in dialog box. This is very helpful when you have all pages that cannot be displayed on a screen. Drag and drop works well for a screenful of pages, and is very difficult scrolling vertically or horizontally through several pages. I subscribed to Acrobat DC baed on assurance that such feature is incorporated in this new version. However, I did not find it, unless I missed it.

12. Improved text scanning

    Preprocess text scans by determining the fix width used for spaces recognizing that the gaps between words can be integral spaces. Use that information to bound the locations containing characters within a box which have no room for one or more space between them.

    During later text scanning make the presumption that the box contains text only and no spaces so that "2012" is not scanned as two fields such as "20 " and "12 " or as "20 I " and "2". Recognition of space wideth can also be used to determine with greater accuracy when some blob is non-text because it violates space boundaries

    Breaking up words and inserting spaces is very common with this system now and takes a long time to correct. This suggestion applies to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

16. Bug Report: Update Watermark - Position > Vertical Distance setting > inconsistent setting / display

    Using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Situation:
    a watermark was added to a document, vertical distance set to " 2 Milimeters from Top" and document saved. Then re-open document, use "Tools > Pages > Watermark > Update...". The settings in dialog box are displayed as they were saved (e.g. Vertical Distance: 2 Milimeter from Top), however in the preview pane, the existing watermark shows at another position then in dialog (position is displayed at Inches instead of Milimeters). Watermark shifted somewhere to the middle of the page.
    Workaround: change Vertical Distance setting to another unit (e.g. Centimeters), then change back to Milimeters again, the preview pane (and setting in document) shows correct again.

    There is clearly some conflicting/incomplete info about the possibility to geospatially register PDF maps.

    This is a useful feature. Please consider bringing it back to Adobe Acrobat.

20. Tagging table cell contents, attribute inherited

    When remediating a document created from Word, we had a group of tables (actually embedded Excel sheets) that auto-tagged as Figures. When the cells in these Figures were manually tagged using the Reading Order Tool they inherited the Bounding Box and Placement attributes of the Figure tag they were within. If the Figure tag was deleted and then the content was tagged this problem did not occur, but who knew this would happen? This caused unexpected issues using several remediation Tools -- Commonlook Validator would not open the file and Axes PDF Quick Fix showed a large bounding box around each table cell selected. The problem did not appear to cause an accessibility issues -- the file passed internal Acrobat check and PAC and screen readers did not stumble. However, this cannot really be passing UA as TD and TH should not have these a Bounding Box or Placement = Block attributes which these cells had!
