1. Error message accessibility check document name

   When a document name is entered for an accessible PDF in InDesign under File > File Info, it is automatically included in the PDF.
   When checking accessibility in Acrobat, an error message is generated if a document name is missing.
   If you change the title in File > Document Properties and save the document, the problem will be resolved. This also applies if you subsequently restore the original title.
   It appears that the title from InDesign is not properly embedded in the PDF or is not correctly recognized by Acrobat.

2. Selected text window no longer persists with Ctrl+C

   In previous versions when selecting text, the menu that shows up would stay open and the text would stay selected if Ctrl+C was pressed.

   In the most recent update, the menu now closes and the text is deselected. This kills workflow, please change it back to the original functionality.

3. Marketing Sucks

   Your marketing department sucks. I recently received this question in a YouTube survey:

   "" How much do you agree to disagree with the following statement? "Adobe Acrobat has Al tools that let me do more with PDFs." ""

   I've never ******* used adobe acrobat or any of its AI features. I'm aware that they exist, but I'm also aware that I could just upload any PDF I have to Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, etc and it'd do the exact same thing.

   I've seen the advertisements for it. From what I can tell, it's not doing anything special that couldn't be done within another AI LLM tool.

   Congrats! You've integrated AI into your product. Now you just need to make it do something different that cheaper, more versatile models can't already do.

   You want people to use your AI products? Show us it doing things that other AI products can't do.

5. Allow administrators to restrict routing by email type or domain characteristics

   We would like allow administrators to restrict agreement delivery based on email type or domain characteristics. We have end users routing to email addresses that are linked to Entra ID groups, and this makes the signature that comes from it awkward to interpret. Without this solution as well, users can theoretically route documents out to any external user.

   This change would help keep transaction within the organization and control the outward flow of transactions as well.

6. Acrobat Reader Pro - Delete text fields doesnt work on MAC M1

   In acrobat reader pro doesnt work delete text fields and other form features like checkbox etc..
   Doesnt work it from context menu top menu or delete with keybort short cut.
   Issue is on macOS sequoia, M1, macbook pro.

   already reinstalled and still nothing. :(

7. Customize Toolbar

   With the newest Adobe Acrobat, I am no longer able to customize my toolbar. It says that I can yet when i click on it, it won't let me add, delete or change anything on the toolbar. I want to be able to "organize pages" with just one click. I do not want to have to dig through all the tools to find it.

9. Allow setting all rich text styles on form fields through JavaScript

   There are several styles of a Span object that can be set on text in a form field that has richText = true which can't be set through JavaScript.

   During the Keystroke event, event.richChange includes attributes on each Span object for these missing styles. Unfortunately, manipulating these attributes does nothing and any manually set styles that are unsupported through JavaScript disappear when the richChange or richValue attributes are set through JavaScript

   This includes, but is not limited to (with the attribute in the richChange Keystroke event object listed in brackets):
   * left indent (marginl attribute)
   * right indent (marginr attribute)
   * first line indent (special attribute)
   * spacing above (spacebefore attribute)
   * spacing below (spaceafter attribute)

   The attached screenshot shows the "Form Field Text Properties" dialog where the above elements can be set manually. It is a real shame that any manual changes are lost when the field is manipulated through JavaScript.

10. Drag and Drop Saving to the Wrong Folder

    When I have a Windows file explorer with multiple tabs open and then drag and drop one page of the PDF document to that explorer window, the file saves to the first tab that I opened instead of the one that's currently active. If I close that tab, it saves to the next-oldest tab. I am using Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20756 64-bit version. I need the file to save under the currently active tab, not the oldest tab in the window.

11. Schedule option for signature requests

    In order to avoid bothering staff on vacation or absent for any other reason I would like to have the option added to schedule a signature request to a date and time after their return. Currently this isn't possible. It should be similar to the option to schedule an email for instance.

12. "Insufficient data for an image" problem in the latest version of Acrobat Pro

    The latest version of Acrobat cannot read the PDF, while the Acrobat on Google Chrome and the earlier versions of Acrobat can read the PDF. Fix this!

13. Read Aloud is buggy, primitive, basically useless

    Fix Read Aloud to operate at a basic level of functionality. It's incredibly balky--pauses for no reason randomly throughout the text. No choice of voices; the default voice is mediocre. Speed is capped at 2x, which is too low. Take a look at Microsoft Word's Read Aloud function for inspiration.

I'm paying you money for your service, and on the side, you take money from another company, BASICALLY THET PAID A TECH HITMAN, to try with all you have to make it a legal "hit", but, com'on now, it's still really and truly an IMMORAL action to install something sneaky and hope i dont notice. Is that what im paying for every month??? no choice of what you INJECT INTO MY COMPUTER?? Adobe in this age of consequence culture you should know no one company is too big to fail. if you don't stop I'm taking my business open source again. I only initiated my CONTRACT with you for ease of others in my work group. STOP INJECTING OTHER SOFTWARE IN OUR COMPUTERS ... its only called the SPIRIT OF THE LAW, until a judge makes it the LETTER OF THE LAW...don't find that one out like apple did eh?!

15. In the admin console, ability to filter for administrators roles prior to exporting users

    In the Admin Console, add the ability to filter by role (in this case the customer wants to export only administrator roles) prior to exporting users, so the user doesn’t need to filter by role in the spreadsheet after exporting all users.

17. Acrobat fails to open subsequent files if cancelling password prompt on password protected PDF

    When opening a password protected file, if you press cancel at the prompt, the file closes normally (no instances in task manager) - If you then try to open the same file, or any other PDF file, the application will not open, however there is an instance of acrobat.exe or acrord32.exe in task manager. Ending that process then re-attempting to open the file succeeds.

    I was able to reproduce this on multiple computers running the same build of Acrobat Reader or Standard/Pro.

18. Force New Acrobat Interface

    I have an Acrobat subscription through my company. I recently renewed my desktop, and Acrobat Pro now opens with the new interface. However, I'm having trouble getting my laptop to open Acrobat Pro with the same new interface. I've searched online and found that I can enable it from the "View" menu, but I can't seem to locate that option. My Acrobat is updated to the latest version, and I’m struggling to find a solution to this frustrating issue.

20. Konfigurationsmöglichkeit für Frist zum automatischen Abbruch

    Nachdem ein Vertrag zur Signatur versendet wurde, wird der Prozess nach 1 Jahr automatisch abgebrochen und kann auch nicht reaktiviert werden. Der Prozess muss komplett neu aufgesetzt werden.
    Es wäre schön, wenn die Frist zum automatischen Abbruch konfigurierbar wäre.
