  5. Description of my problem: In my company, we share pdfs through an internal network and provide locations for others to find the pdfs. When I create a design (eg. in Photoshop, Indesign, etc) and export it to a pdf, I share the location of the pdf to our marketing team to review. That means 3 - 7 people at a time are opening and viewing the pdf and some give me feedback via email on what changes to make. That's when I go back to the design and make updates to it based on the feedback. When I try to…

  6. Hello,

Adobe products have different ways to zoom the document in or out. One classical way is holding Ctrl-key an pressing + (plus) oder - (minus) for zooming in and out or 0 (zero) for fit to screen. This is still working in Indesign and Photoshop, but not anymore in Acrobat. There are no reactions to +/-, and with 0 the document will be zoomed in but not fit to screen. Can you fix that please?
    Thank you!

  7. Since I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it causes my Microsoft Word to crash nearly every time I open it. I tried to remove the Adobe add-ons to Word, and that helped the situation, but they always come back, and then my Word (Windows 7) starts crashing again. Sometimes on a subsequent startup it works again, then crashes again. I have seen this problem addressed in the last three years in various forums and I expected updates from both companies to resolve this issue, but it has not. What's the problem?

  8. This is to some extent a refinement or extension of other questions here. One of the things I have to do just often enough to not have it "habit" is batch processing of PDF files, usually to reduce file size. I have a custom tool created, and have now figured out how to "find it" when I open Acrobat.

Assuming one has gotten to this point, there are two specific functions that would make this much easier, based on what makes sense to this user: I want to be able to drag files "somewhere" to process them.

    Photoshop (and Acrobat…

  9. The View > Rotate View tool seems to only work and display correctly in the Page Thumbnail pane, in that all the pages display as being rotated (as it is just a view). When using the same tool while viewing the document via Organize Pages, it only rotates the first page (even when no pages are selected). Can this be corrected to display correctly in the Organize Pages view?

  10. I think it would be a good idea to be able to name several property names at once, and be able to add a suffix at the end. So if you are naming 10 different form cells "Address" you won't have to type in Address01, Address02, etc.

    Hello!

I have a Mac (10.14.3) and suddenly I can't sign PDFs. When I press the "Sign' tab, the drop down options appear (see image 1)--but when I select 'Add Signature' the entire window turns dark gray (image 2) and the only way, I can get out of this mode is to press the 'Escape' key on my keyboard.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  14. I believe there are no current JavaScript functionalities to format the text in an auto generated email or even the alert method. This could include bold, italics, or highlighted, in the actual body of the email. Are there any plans to implement this in JavaScript, or to allow HTML to be used for this?

  15. After adding my own signature and then selecting the option to send to others, I include email address and my message and then click to designate the signature fields. The document reaches 60% and then says there has been an error.

  18. Acrobat takes nearly 1 min to load.
Takes another minute to load a document (between 300K - 1000K). Takes several mins to load anything large (> 10MB).

  19. Is there a way to turn off the feature where the pdf becomes "editable" if all you want to do is add new text and arrows to an existing document?

And how do you turn off the "please wait while the document is being prepared for reading" feature? That is soooo annoying

  20. Just in the last few days, every time I print to PDF from a webpage, all I get is symbols and junk. If I print to save over an existing file, its says it was created. But it actually does nothing but delete the original file.
