File Recovery Program or Service
As I am sure happens with other customers, we have an issue where some of our PDF documents were damaged. A data room service had an incident where downloaded files were truncated. In some cases, the files will not open in Adobe, but they will open in other programs such as Microsoft Edge or SumatraPDF. Acrobat for Mac won't do High-Quality PDF with bookmarks and links
Making a PDF from a Word (2016 or 2019) document on the Mac, I can't select job options AND get bookmarks and links. I use the ribbon tool, which offers two options: High Quality and Online (which, ominously, tells me it uses Microsoft servers... why??). High Quality (using, I guess, Distiller) won't make bookmarks or preserve links. Online makes bookmarks and preserves links, but resamples. I end up making both and copy/pasting graphics from the HQ PDF into the Online PDF. Ridiculous workaround.

Export pdf not working
I am trialing Adobe Acrobat to see if it will do what I want. I've been scanning a printed text of my own authorship, then converting the pdf into Word so that I can edit it. OK to start with but now it says "Save As didn't wotk. File not saved'. How can I correct this? Prof. Brian Vickers

Adobe Acrobat DC crashes when opening serveral documents
On a PC with Windows 10 Build 1803 and among other things “Adobe Acrobat DC” and “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” installed, “Adobe Acrobat DC” version 15.016.20039 crashes when at the opening and editing more than one documents. There is no error message displayed and there is no error report generated. Sometimes it is offered to recover the documents and sometimes the recovering succeeds. During my investigation I saw that there are entries written in the Event Viewer at the start of the PC and at the time the error occurs on the executable acrobat.exe, the dll acrobat.dll with the error…

I just upgrade to Adobe Dc pro as was told this would let me view comments on a PDF i had shared but after buying it & downloading it on pc & mobile - i still can only see the link comment boxes but they do not open to know what the comments are !!!

Remove all Crop Marks/ Printer Marks
Previously, The remove printer marks Fixup would function correctly and remove all marks (regardless if they were touching the bleed). Around the time of the last InDesign update, the Fixup does not work any longer. If the marks are touching the bleed in any way, they are not removed. Can it be corrected to remove all marks regardless if the crops are in the bleed or not. Or have a separate Fixup created to remove all marks.

Error Message: This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license
This concern was previously submitted by Martha in April 2018 and marked as resolved although there does not appear to be a resolution in the comments.
I have a team account and I am signed in, yet I am receiving this message and unable to perform key functions like "Edit" because the software is not reading my license correctly.
Please offer a fix ASAP.

Review ignition failed
I got a weird error message saying that my review could not be started because my comments had too many characters. The longest comment in my document has 156 characters, nowhere near the 1000 character limit my document supposedly hit.

Make selection and copying of multiple objects work like prior versions
Prior to Acrobat DC I could add a variety of markups/items (shapes, lines, text boxes) to a PDF and then select them by dragging over them with the arrow tool and then copy them either with a CTRL-C or by holding down the control key and dragging further. None of this now works in DC and that makes it much harder to use.

import comments off 90 degrees
When exporting comments from one PDF to another, sometimes they are imported to the 2nd PDF off by 90 (or 180, 270) degrees. I think the issue is when the original user (my customer) who creates the PDF doesn't use the same program to create PDF1 and PDF2, but I haven't been able to confirm this. A feature to allow me to control the orientation of all comments regardless of page size (comments would always fit to the page size) from PDF1 to PDF2 would be a huge time saver.
