  1. looking at the KB article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/forbidden-error-while-using-Fill-and-Sign.html it blames the network, but I have a different issue.

    I'm getting the same error message, however, this is due to the fact that the integrated browser inside the adobe program is an old version and blocked by our corporate security system. the answer of "Connect the machine to a different network." isn't an option when you go through a cloud security service.

    can we get a hold of developers to report this issue and get it fixed?

  2. Fix DYMO LabelWriter Not Printing

  3. When printing with Letter and Legal in the same document. Adobe prints everything on letter. When I select to print only the legal page Adobe prints on legal paper.

  4. When a commenter receives activity or feedback on a comment, an option for notifications should be available. The commenter should be emailed on the activity. This saves time from having to use email to discuss simple matters, and an assurance that all parties are acknowledged.

  5. The setting process is complicated and inconvenient when working with links.
    So, it would be nice to have an existing link editing window on the right.

  6. When I use the "fill and sign" feature and upload several documents at the same time to sing them, they get renamed like this: "XX (part 1)", "XX (part 2)" etc, so I have to rename each of them afterwards!! This is so time consuming! There needs to be a way to avoid this, so when several documents are uploaded and signed, each one retains its original name. In my company we sing hundreds of documents each morning, and having to rename each of them is ridiculous.

  8. Why don't I have the ability to fully edit documents? I have no way of adding any drawing objects like lines, circles, boxes, etc. I am paying $15.89 per month, It seems like I would be able to fully edit a document with a group of basic tools ($15.89 x 12 = $190.68 per year)

  10. I would like among the buttons a simple button that would invert text contrast from black letters under white background to white letters under black background.... This is an option that exists under preferences but there are several cliks until you get through. I would like that users could change contrasts with ony one click. i will explain more in a word file I wil upload....

  11. The included reports to signed documents are in Letter size. Half the world is using ISO A4 format instead, please make the option to select the A4. When the report is attached to A4 documents, printers crop or deform it, when printed.

  12. Classic Version of Acrobat Pro DC able to unsynchronise, split of old and new file in separate monitor screens and also able to edit/delete/add comments in "Compare report". New version of Acrobat DC unable to do all three. Have approached Adobe expert and Expert confirmed all three does not exist in new version.

  13. For example, Acrobat can neither copy/paste nor search for any of the following characters:

    Ψ (psi), Φ (phi), † (dagger)

    For example in this document (also attached to this post for convenience): https://arxiv.org/pdf/2102.12560.pdf?download

    I'm guessing it's all Unicode characters? But I haven't tested that thoroughly enough to know if that's precisely right. Regardless, this issue arises daily for me (mostly because of the Greek letters).

    I only tested 3 other PDF readers, but none of them have this limitation: macOS's Preview.app, Chrome's PDF viewer, Safari's PDF viewer

    It would help me a ton if Acrobat let us copy/paste and search…

  14. The modal which used to allow me to add signatures or initials has disappeared. The screen goes gray (the color of the modal background) but there is only one pixel where the modal should be.

  16. Every time I send a document to sign. It always ask the client to review and sign. But that langue is extremely aggressive and literal losses me clients all the time. Because no one wants to push a button that says sign before even reading what's in the document.

    Can you just change it to review.

    Getting people to read a document is hard enough, I don't need a program giving them a built in excuse not to open it

  17. Hello,

    The following issue appears to be Mac specific. This is not an issue on Windows machines, as all of my testing on multiple machines suggest it's only on Mac's.

    The short story:

    On Mac's only, changing a text field format in Acrobat Pro DC (ex - changing to a date field) causes the field highlighting to no longer work on those fields that have been adjusted, and are fields that are shown/hidden based on checking/unchecking a check box.

  18. I am not quite sure why, when I save documents on my phone, they do not autosync to the online applications and/or applications downloaded to my desktop/laptop (or any combination of those, like if I save on my laptop why isn't it on the app on my phone).

  19. Page 30 of the attached PDF does not print in booklet mode.

    Reproduce:
    Print file using my samsung printer in booklet mode.

    Reproduce 2:
    Print file using Microsoft Print to PDF in booklet mode.

    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v2021.011.20039
    Windows 10 Home 21H1 build 19043.1466
    Printer: Samsung M262x 282x Series

    Expected result:
    All pages in the PDF be printed in booklet mode.

    Observed result:
    All pages except for page 30 were printed in booklet mode. Page 30 was left blank.

    Ways it DID work:
    * Use Adobe PDF printer in booklet mode.
    * Print page 30 in Size mode.
