    Thanks for reporting the issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Can you please try signing out from your application. Go to Help > Sign out.

    Sign in again to the application and try to use Fill and Sign.

  2. #Bug: Adobe Acrobat PRO DC not responding on Surface 2 ...

    Hey,
    When I'm using Adobe Acrobat PRO DC on my super powerful windows surface 2, it always got stuck (not responding) for 10/20 seconds.

    Since I'm a pro client and surface has quite good features (illustrator is running easy), it's not nice to have this every time.

    I'm wondering if I'm the only one and if you can solve it.

  5. PDF File not Initially Attaching or Uploading with Edits

    Coming across an issue with Adobe PDF recently, where, when I edit a plan or remove pages in Adobe PDF, save it, close the document, then try to email it. It is retaining the original features of the plans, rather than the edited features for some time. Then after some time has passed it will attach with the edited features of the document.

    This has happened twice in the last week, never had this occurrence prior.

    Steps:
    1) Open Document
    2) Save As Document as New File
    3) Remove Pages or Edit Pages
    4) Save File
    5) Close File in…

  6. Size Customization for MAC OS

    When opening a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro on a Mac, have an option to let the customer decide the default opening size. Right now, the application opens to FULL SCREEN, when it would be much more convenient to have the opening to a smaller size, such as 100% of the page width (such as 8.5 "). When working on more than one document and opening the PDF to check a point, it is very annoying to have the PDF load in full screen, blocking all other things on the desktop, including the customer's primary document.

  7. PDF printing is black

    PDF files print black similar to a negative, JPEG prints fine, this is on pdf's received and those I have made and sent to others I have only noticed this since 4th qtr 2018. I have deleted the printer and re-installed. I have the latest Operating system loaded and updated my epson drives. HELP! this is seriously impacting me and my communications!   9. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS OPEN

    When i choose to open adobe DC i always get the notice that my trail has ended. i am a subscriber to dc and pay monthly and can't get the thing to recognize that. Also when i open the app multiple apps open without end

  12. Sometimes DC won't save comments

    Twice in the last two weeks, DC refused to save the same file with comments. I clicked on save, and the save box came up empty. I tried all alternatives, including saving to cloud, and nothing worked. So I lost the results of two work sessions. I'm using latest version of DC on Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. I've tried rebooting before running DC, but it didn't help. What's the solution?

  14. Have Layout Grid automatically evenly divide image into specified number of subdivisions.

    It would be so helpful if Acrobat could do the math and overlay a Layout Grid with a particular number of subdivisions. Instead, currently, the user has to open preferences and put in the exact size of the subdivisions which is tricky when images are not whole number sizes.

    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

Many times we have PDF document that has a mix of Letter, Tabloid, Arch C, Arch D, Arch E, Arch F, Eng C, Eng D, Eng F, or custom page size. When sent PDF file to printer that has only tabloid, the printer gives errors about not able to find require paper size that is above tabloid.   18. Opening pdfs to display separately

    In my work I open and compare and edit multiple documents at the same time, this used to be easy because each pdf opened separately on one click, so I could very quickly have them all open and work between all of them at the same time using alt/tab between them all quickly. Now though pdfs all open in the same window mimicking an internet browser. So you have to click on each and then drag it out to a different part of your screens before you can start alt/tab-ing between them. It's slowing me down and I can't be…

  19. Adobe sign not functioning

    errors with adobe sign: I have DC Pro account and I have used adobe sign in the past but not recently. Today I tried to use it and repeatedly got errors. I then tried to access the program online but the solution never loaded. Please see the attached error messages I received while trying to uses the local application. I'm only able to upload one file. I received two different errors. One said server not available, please try later and another saying no access.

  20. Number of Machines Authorized per License

    The current two machine limit is much lower than what is offered by other subscription services. iTunes allows 5 per account, for example. Having one person use 3 machines regularly is not uncommon. I use a work desktop, a home office desktop, and less frequently, a laptop when traveling. It is very inconvenient to have to constantly sign in and out on these machines. I would urge Adobe it increase it's limitation to 3-5 machines per license purchased.
