  1. I was using a different program as the default program to open documents but I don't like it so I want to go back to Adobe but I can't figure out how to change it, it doesn't give me the option to make it the default program even though I deleted the other program, now it defaults to Preview.

  2. Hello, there's a broken/useless link or redirect for accessibility in Acrobat. Hoping you could let me know when fixed please: goto --> Help --> Online Support --> Accessibility Resource Centre. The destination doesn't offer anything.

    Does not seem to be product issue.

  5. While in an Excel workbook, I want to print/convert multiple worksheets to PDF. The page numbering does NOT need to be a master count of all worksheets. If worksheet one is two pages, it should be 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. If worksheet two is three pages, it should be 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. NOT 3 of 5, 4 of 5, 5 of 5.

    Older versions of Acrobat worked seamlessly. I have tried many workarounds and have not found anything that works. I have called Adobe Tech Support and have had no luck.

  6. I have a two-page form that was properly tagged until I turned page 2 into a template (Organize Pages -> More -> Page Templates) and made it invisible. Even after I made the page visible again, the page 2 tags were nowhere to be found. Any suggestions on how to recover them or keep them from disappearing in the future?

    BTW, I'm using Word 2013 and Acrobat Pro DC.

    Yes, Adobe is aware of the issue. Unfortunately, there is no workaround available at this time.

  7. Text Call Out from Comment Section incorrectly moves with arrow keys. While selected this tool moves down/left by all keys only. All other comment tools allow you to move items around / position by selecting the item and using the arrow keys while this one programmed different. Only solution is use the pick tool to grab and move with mouse.

  8. I don't know if it happens in languages other than Korean (at least not in English).
    If I try to modify a comment, the last character I type is appended at the back.
    For example, if I wrote "Hello world" and tried to add "Hi " at the front, last character "i" is added at the back so it becomes "HHello worldi". (This does not happen in English as I said)

    Hi,

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (20.013.20064) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. You may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

  10. Saving a pixel perfect Adobe Illustrator as a pdf doesn't keep the pixel perfect content when previewing in Acrobat. It distorts one line pixels to two pixels in random area. Icon are distorted as well.

  13. I have several computers I'm using Creative Cloud on. I can't keep up which is signed in and out. I work a lot with pdf forms. What happens is I'm filling an important form and suddenly Acrobat DC just quits without any warning, not asking whether to save. All work is completely lost and not retrievable! Then I can normally do the sign out from other computers and sign in the current computer (with my Adobe ID), but it's too late, the work is already lost.

    It's a terrible problem and should be fixed immediately.

    Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into this. Meanwhile could you please let us know whether Acrobat which is not signed in quits immediately after launch or after a while. If it quits after a while, could you please let us know the time period say 1 minute or 5 minutes or more which Acrobat takes to quit on launch.

  14. Acrobat Pro sets some form fields to "visible but doesn't print" in my document even after I have set it to "Visible" when a digital signature is applied. I have to keep opening up old documents and fix fields that were automatically changed when I specifically set them to be "Visible" again.

  16. For enterprise use, it has too many breadcrumbs to learn more and free downloads. For business use and confidentiality, these links need to be easily removed or hidden from view with the customization tool.

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.

  17. I've created an Acrobat Pro for Named installer (Via Admin Console) for the MacOS 10.12.5. Downloaded and ran the installer. The OS terminated the installer because it was an "Unidentified Developer".

    I was able to install it after going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and check OK to install.

    The reason I state this issue is most end users will not know what to do. So this needs to be corrected (maybe Apple.com).

  18. Can you provide a "plain English" description on how to create a "batch processing" type Action that can be use on multiple files at once? I have hundreds of files that I need to set open options on and add specific bookmarks to. Trying to do this one at a time is NOT happening. Urgent please!

  19. Bug.
    Customer supplied files from InDesign cs6 with .tiff picture over a solid spot colour.
    When converting the file to CYMK via acrobat pro, the tiff picture corrupts leaving a white space instead of the correct image.
    PDF fix up fail to spot or fix issue. Could only be solved by editing original InDesign files, changing spot to CYMK and informing customer.
