  1. Dear Adobe Team, I need to file a complaint regarding your billing policy.

    Dear Adobe Team

    So far I am using Adobe Pro DC and it works perfect. Yet I can see, that I will not need to renew my contract ones the 12 month periode is over. Even though I made two attemps to talk to you online support team they could not help me prevent a not needed renewal so far. The only option offered was to pay the full amount that is still open but then not being able to use the program any longer from this very moment of the cancelation of the contract.

  3. Bug: Remove Hyperlinks

    I believe I have found a rather interesting bug. When using the Remove Web Links function in Acrobat DC on this document, it tells me 41 hyperlinks are removed. However, two hyperlinks remain. www.Flyways.us (page 3) and www.Fws.gov/duckstamps (page 5). If I go to add/edit links I get no bounding box for either of those links, but if I exit out of editing mode, they can still be clicked. If I delete the text and type it back in, the links disappear - BUT - if I then save it, close, and reopen - they are back again.

  4. Document Cloud Typekit Service

    Creative Cloud apps have the ability to disable Adobe Typekit font service but Document Cloud do not.

    I would like to have the ability to disable users access to download Fonts.

    If a user is assigned access to a Creative Cloud app (Font access disabled) and to a Document Cloud App (Font on by default) the user will have access to typekit fonts via the Creative Cloud app.

  5. Option to change default Edit Video Properties globally for a document

    When using the Save as PDF command in another app (e.g. FrameMaker), videos imported into the document will play on click in the PDF. The default playback is to play back content on the page in a small box in the upper right corner of the page. This is not convenient to users. To make the video player easier for users to click and play, I have to change the video properties for each video individually.   6. HELP

    As soon as i hit the edit button automaticly the program changes my font to many other differenmt wierd out of shape and size fronts throughout the whole page it jumbles everything up and even turns letters into sylabols and random **** and doesnt reconize the current front when its should be enabled to help!

  7. Box connector not working

    When attempting to connect Box and Adobe we get to the point where it says Grant access to Box and are unable to click the submit button in order to move forward. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is up to date.

  8. Bug - File In Use

    I close a file in DC, but when you try to move the file with File Explorer I get the error message that the file is still open. To move the file I must close DC entirely.

  9. adobe preview double click not working

    I have tried this in Windows 10 2004 and windows 1909. On windows 2004 Adobe standard 2015 is being used. If I have preview enabled in windows I can open other files fine such as excel or word.However if the Adobe pdf is multiple pages long, double clicking it won't open it. Sometimes after pdf shows in explorer preview, I can double click it. Sometimes it takes 5 double clicks and pdf file opens. I have the same issue on a Windows 10 1909 with Adobe Reader DC.   11. Some colums are merged when exporting a PDF into XLSX (Excel)

    Tried converting several PDF files with the same format into Excel, two colums get incorrectly combined on all of them, this doesn't happen when using a different, free, online service.

  13. Acrobat seems to corrupt pdf files randomly

    I am a new user to Acrobat DC Pro, however, I find that Acrobat recently has been very unpredictable in a way that it corrupts multiple pdf files. It will all work fine at first when I first open those pdfs and after a few days, when I try to open those files, either part of the pages becomes blank or half of a page becomes black in the background and contains green words.

    I have check my accessibility setting in preference and I have the color changing setting off.... I wonder why this continues to happen, and it is…

  14. Syncing is inefficient

    Discovered when editing docs from the doc cloud, simply just adding a note, the whole document has to be uploaded with the new note added versus just uploading the note. This is a very inefficient process when you have a considerable size pdf document

  15. Adobe Compare Should have toggle for displaying Text Attributes. Definitely for hiding them in the flattened printed version.

    I am using Adobe compare to analyze differences in contracts that are hundreds of pages long. There are thousands of lines changed. Every single one also lists the text attributes that changed, font size, font style, color, etc. This is not important information for analyzing laws or legal agreements. This means the generated report has thousands of lines of differences listed that are making the report unusable.

    Please create a toggle button that allows the user to ignore changes in Text Attributes when print is clicked for a document comparison. The final report should only list the deletions, insertions, or…

  16. Acrobat Find window color - Please change

    Hi

    With the update, we got find window as black.
    Its such a poor design as the black window always come in the way of screen capture and while printing, printer uses so much ink.

    Request to make the find window light colour, it will also help our eyes!

  17. Sign Agreements in Pc App

    Can you transfer the same feature from the web browser.
    As you log in through the web page you have on the left "All agreements" with all sub categories which makes it super nice and easy to keep track. however when you open the desktop app you dont get that feature, but just the full list with agreements which is pain to go through.

    is there a way to transfer that same feature from the cloud base onto the app too please as probably a lot of us use the desktop version when in the office.

  18. Fit to Page

    If I change the document to fit to one page, every time I push another bookmark in the document it is back to full page scrolling view. It takes forever to scroll through one page of document in this view for some reason. Please fix this feature.

    Looks like the Zoom settings of your bookmark are set to FitWidth.

    Requesting you to kindly change the Zoom properties of your bookmark to set it to FitPage or Inherit Zoom.

  19. Bug: adding comments to PDF file

    When adding or trying to add a comment; the comment box maximize and I cannot go back to the pdf unless I exit Adobe and re-open it. It happens every time. I'm using MacOS Catalina.

  20. Suggestion box is too difficult to find. Please make clickable icon obvious, right on your home page.

    It took me 10 minutes to find your feedback/problem/suggestion link. It should be a prominent link on your home page and very obvious. Are you afraid to know what users think of your product?
