  1. i'd like the ability to view my user's history. (i'd like to see the last time they signed in to adobe, the last time they used adobe, and maybe how often they use it).

i would basically like to see how often users actually use their license, that way if it is determined that they don't use it, i can re-assign their license to someone who actually WILL use it.

  2. Adobe allows for up to 150 signature transactions per year under most plans. However, there is no way to see in your account how many signature transactions you have used for the year. Suggest showing a running tally so that the user will know when they are about to hit their limit.

  3. Its very useful to know who has been using the Adobe products within the last 90 days. This way we can swap licenses around when needed.

A feature to show what users have used Adobe Pro or DC would be beneficial to support teams within the portal.

  5. Acrobat Reader likes to auto-generate URLs and other links.
This is generally good for users, and they can turn it on or off.

However, there are times when distributing that clients don't want them. It is possible to change global settings, but it creates problems for bookmarks, internal links, and accessibility.

So, it would be great if there could be a feature to prevent the auto-generation of links in Acrobat, so only the ones that will exist are by design.

  7. Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.
    There is no option…

  8. Please create an option in Acrobat DC Pro to automate the changing the comment annotation from one shape and color to another. Currently this is a manual process.

  9. Please let users create a quick tool that allows to show/hide the tool pane. Alternatively, let users open the tooI pane as a pull down menu. Basically, I am only asking to get back what we had in previous versions of Acrobat Pro where tools would open as a pull down menu. It would be nice to show/hide the tool pane without mental effort, without scratching the head about memorized keyboard shortcuts (I understand that I can do so via SHIFT+F4 but then users have a lot of keyboard shortcuts to remember across a lot of software tools.)

  10. Problem: When creating a fillable form, you either have to go in order of fields you create or in order of field creation number. When I receive forms that have already been given a great deal of time, the tabbing functionality is not ideal due to the function obeying the rule of field creation/ purposeful placing in the fields scrollbar. This becomes a chore when dealing with hundreds of fields. Ideally at this moment you want to scrap the whole creation and begin in a more formal and tedious recreation.

Solution: Multiple click/drag selectable field grouping. Where you can form…

  11. TLDR: expected result is that fonts will look the same in exported JPEG as they do in the PDF (when displayed 1:1). They currently don't.

When exporting to JPEG from PDF, even at max quality setting, embedded fonts have no smoothing/anti-aliasing applied when rasterized and look very choppy. Especially if exporting for web at 72ppi. Only way to mitigate (without fully resolving) this is to export at some absurdly high resolution (600+). We need not only resolution settings but dimension settings for JPEG export settings, and the embedded fonts need to be rasterized at that size and resolution / have…

  12. The default printing preferences are Letter even though my Windows regional settings are not US. Should be A4.

I change the default from Windows Settings>Devices>Printers & scanners>Adobe PDF>Manage>Printing preferences>Adobe PDF Page Size but it resets every time Acrobat updates!

    Please fix both these issues.

  13. The comments compilation remains as a .pdf only. I want to be able to extract shared review comments to an Excel file for further resolutions to be added outside the review. The .fdf and the .xfdf create garbled data content. The export to Word is also with issues. It does not work.
Request a feature that will allow export to a flat-file Excel file.

  14. Would be lovely if you could click on a checkbox and convert it to a radio button. I have to change these out all the time from scratch because Acrobat will make checkboxes instead of radio buttons

  15. Currently, if you have more than one Adobe account (for instance, one for work use and one for personal use), you have to sign out/in of each account before using the application. This process is already daunting, as it just shuts down if you do not already have an account - the only fix I've found is to pretend like you are going to buy the product, at which point you can finally switch the user ID. You then have to log out of one User ID in order to login to the other User ID to use the other…

  16. Prompt or notify user if a PDF file is already open. Currently the file just opens and locks both users from being able to save the file.

  17. It would be helpful to allow users to be able to select from different highlighting options for search results (bolded, color options, highlighting entire search result). I have a very difficult time detecting the slight shift from black to blue. A better option would be a brighter color (selectable) highlight of the entire word, instead of shifting just the color of the text.

  18. The latest version of Adobe Pro DC that has a separate button on the rhs tool bar for "Request signature" stops progressing to "specify where to sign" at 72%.

I have removed and re-installed the program and and cleared my browser cookies but it still sticks at 72%.

I'm running Windows Pro Version KB000802

    Any other idea's???

  19. Certificates issued by dgn.de fail to verifiy even though they're eIDAS compliant. It seems that the certificate which is used to sign the OCSP response is not in the known list (which it should be as it is also an eIDAS certificate). For OCSP the certificate is used: dgnservice qOCSP 23:PN.
The company has also discovered the issue.

  20. The text reader in MacOS is not a typical screen reader, but it does provide easy, fast access to spoken content from on-screen text. Unfortunately, it does not work with Adobe Acrobat. Ideally, it would speak selected text with a keyboard shortcut, but only reads the document name in Adobe Acrobat. The Acrobat screen reader is difficult to use, does not read selected text, and often fails due to pdf accessibility issues.
