  1. Adobe makes the top bar with 'File Edit, View, E-Sign, Window, Help disappear.
    I have to keep hitting F9 to make it return. Please stop it. I want those choices to stay put on the screen. When the bar disappears, I can't move the window to a new location on the desktop. Hitting F9 is constantly a burden while having Adobe open, and it does not always work consistently.

  2. The locations of the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons when saving documents to reduced-size files seem to have switched. In most applications, "OK" is on the left and "Cancel" is on the right, but for this specific function, they seem to be the opposite, leading to accidental canceling.

  3. Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version

    Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

  4. Recent update changes the process as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/document-cloud/help/create-template.html which used to allow individual PDF/doc uploads and shuffling to create templates (such as for updating contracts). New Template only allows a single doc to be uploaded which is, frankly, stupid.

    What's the point of using e-Sign over services like DocuSign which allow templating for multiple files now?

  5. Make straight lines with the highlight text tool and drawing tools by holding shift, just like holding shift with the draw line tool. PLEASE.
    Maybe also give the highlighter the clickable option to choose between freehand highlight, straight line highlight, and recognizable text; and lock the option preference until we manually change it.

  6. I really struggles with the new version, I give it a chance but I think the new interface its less efficient than before, it takes me longer to do the same tasks.

    But the major problem for me it's the lag! It lag so much than I canno't use the zoom on my PDF and that's an tool that I need to use all the time.

    My acrobat is up to date and I run it on a brand new mac book pro M2 max so, the problem seem to really come from Adobe Acrobat. Please I need Acrobat every…

  7. The interface is way too cluttered. The top "toolbar" with "Home" and "Tools" and a feedback button is completely unnecessary. Stick those functions in the Mac Menu Bar and free up my screen real estate.

  9. On Request Signatures: The pre-filled data that I put in the boxes looked all neat and tidy before sending. Then when the document came back, the font in the prefilled boxes was twice as large and only half the address could be read! On a contract! The document does not appear to everyone the same way that it appears when I am creating it and now my contracts look like noob work. How am I to guess how pre-filled data will look if it is deceiving while building the doc? I put a screen shot of it, the suite, city,…

  10. The older versions of Acrobat had the Page Naviagion region (number of pages of youir document, which page you were on, etc) on the default screen, on top and center. That was removed on the new version of Acrobat. Please restore that. It's omission basically makes Acrobat and Acrobat Reader useless!

  11. I feel very upset about the new interface. It's confusing and very hard to find tools, or some are missing, or some are misplaced. Not user friendly in any level. Completely hate it. Just want the old version back. Add a button upfront to switch back that actually will not switch back the next time a new file is open.

  13. Using Office 365 with latest updates. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.003.20244 64-bit.

    For multiple PowerPoint presentations, we have seen that if the PowerPoint presentation has an embedded Excel chart or an embedded Excel sheet, when we create a PDF, the resulting PDF has a ghost/shadow type image showing.

    This happens when pressing the PowerPoint toolbar button "Create and Share Adobe PDF".

    Please note that this shadow/ghosting problem does NOT happen when choosing to print and selecting "Adobe PDF" as the device to print to.

  14. Actually I first needed to ad a stamp that do not cover the document text behind.
    Found a user that suggested me to create a signature from a picture.

    But now I cannot even find out how to edit my old signature or create an extra text-based signature. There is no button as " Add new signature"

  15. After the most recent update a few days ago, there are 4 tabs at the top: All tools, Edit, Convert, and Sign.

    When I click on the Edit tab, the right hand menu area is blank. No edit tools are displayed.

    I have added the "Add text" feature to the floating shortcuts tool bar that came with the update. However, when I click it to add text, the left hand area is blank with none of the options to do things like select font size displayed, and I can't add these to the shortcuts bar, so most features are unusable…

  16. Default settings don't apply even after confirmation and restarting the program.

    For example: my preferred setting is (single page continuous) and (fit width); yet every time I open a new document, it rebounds to the previous factory settings and not to my custom adjustments; albeit, in the settings, it shows that my recent changes are still as is.

  17. When I try to connect to my Adobe account, after I am authenticated in the browser and go back to the application, I no longer can interact with anything (I get a beep sound as if the window was blocked by something or disabled though it's visual style doesn't change).
    Even after I close it, there are processes left running in the Task Manager which I have to terminate forcefully in order to open Adobe Reader again.

    This happens with the latest version 2023.006.20360 on Windows

  18. It is so freaking hard to give feedback to y'all. I'm trying the 7 day trial but nothing is syncing up to allow me to download it and I genuinely want to cancel and never return to this product again. I had to get through several hoops to even attempt to explain this issue. I'm sure your UX team wants to do better, please fund them or allow them to actually collect user feedback more easily. Also the line height in this text area is way too tight.

  19. The new user interface does not allow for page navigation using the page numbers, and does not allow for bookmarks and comments to be open at the same time. It really is NOT user friendly for efficiently.

  20. All of my personal settings in my user interface did not transfer during this update. I come to work this morning and have to re-learn how to find the tools that I use every day. Simple navigation is a major task. This completely wiped out my morning's productivity, which is EXTREMELY FRUSTERATING. Please please please dont do this to your users without our concent. Guide us where these features where moved to. ;lkhjg;lnrvwek;lvoiwegf
