  1. When converting a .pdf into a fillable form ('Prepare Form') please create an option to set properties so that Acrobat will always apply my preferred properties as the default.

It is inefficient to always convert the font and other properties to the settings I prefer for the forms I design.

I am aware I can set defaults for fields once the form is prepared and then duplicate this in a given form. I am also aware that I can multiple-select fields and change the properties for a group. However, I'd like a more efficient default-setting option, please.

  3. What happened to the icon for creating a digital signature field under the "prepare form" menu? We've been asked to create a number of forms and can no longer prepare them with the digital signature block. Help!

  4. Is it possible to be able to create Shared Folders in the Document Cloud feature so my management team can review sent out forms in single folders, instead of forcing the senders to share each document individually?

  5. As an organisation we receive many PDF documents which are centrally stored within SharePoint. We have a requirement to read and provide comments on the content from a multi-user base, i.e. we need the ability to collaborate on a single PDF where all Users can read and write comments on the same PDF document, plus all edits are saved centrally. Essentially can Adobe provide the same collaboration tools as Microsoft does with Office 365?

  6. Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them it's often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures. Please adjust your product to allow for more signatures to be created for use in signing pdfs. Thank you.

  7. Exiting Acrobat with Ctrl+Q (File > Exit) should show a confirmation prompt. Could add on option to satisfy users who prefer the current functionality.

  8. When you have multiple windows of the same document open (Window > New Window), rotating the view (Ctrl + Shift + Plus or View > Rotate View) rotates the view in all windows of the document. It would be better if it only applied to the current window. That way you could look at a portrait page and landscape page simultaneously. Just like you can zoom the windows independently.

  10. Where's the convert "review" acrobat file to "archive" file in this (I'm sorry, but lousy) new arcobat pro, ... it's unsatisfactory that I had to "upgrade" to this new package. :(

  11. Even though it vanishes after a few seconds, the new menu bar that pops up every time I use the "pan" tool is very annoying. Why in the world is it not easier to remove the pop-up option? I'd like to dock it, remove it, whatever. When I'm panning through a document that's several hundred pages and have to wait a few seconds every time I use that pan tool, it's not only annoying but reduces productivity.

  12. Windows 10. Adobe Acrobat DC 20.13.20064.405839.

When I open a PDF in IE 11, the first one loads fine, but if I close it and open a second PDF, this crashes IE 11.

I am a developer, and we use an application that uses IE 11 as its rendering engine, and the same bug occurs there as well. Open first PDF, go to a URL (ex: google.com), and then open another PDF, and it crashes our application.

    Please advise.

  14. Hello,
I work with hundreds of PDF's from screenshots or other sources. Anytime I open a PDF to only view it, and then "X" out to close it, I continually get a request to save, Yes or No. I have done nothing to PDF, other then viewing it, at time maybe 10 seconds.

This is unbelievable and takes alot of time and frustration each time I view a PDF to then answer NO, which is not the default selection and requires a "mouse" movement to change the selection to NO.

You have no settings to Ignore this or change this…

  15. Our companys filepath are long, becasue we are dealing with many different subjects and projects. Even our filenames are long.

When the filepath is to long, Adobe PDF is cutting the proposed filename or even make no proposal. Why?

This consumes a lot of power in sum to type an own filename.
As long as this problem is current, we will have to use another product to create pdf.
Because some (e.g. "DWG to PDF" of Autodesk) are working without this problem.
This should be a blame of the inventors of PDF, right?

  20. I have a 400 pages pdf I want to print and bind myself using ten sheets in each signature. It is a big pain ********** when I have to print 20 pages at a time using the print booklet option.
Can not you create an option to make our lifes easier? I could choose and booklet option, number of pages per signature and happily wait for the printer to finish.
