  1. Every time I print a page I get 1 page with half of the items on the page followed by the full printed page. This means I get one wasted piece of paper with each printing. How to fix this?

  2. The new user interface / page design is terrible! The new tool and zoom locations make mouse movements awkward and less fluid. Please change it back. There was nothing wrong with how it was.

  3. Your new update is HORRIBLE!!!! What used to take 5 minutes now takes a half hour. Why do you make things less user friendly with each "update"?

  5. Why do software developers insist on changing, moving, hiding, reconfiguring, the user interface for their software???? THIS ADDS ZERO IMPROVEMENT! Different isn't better; BETTER is better. Why do you think I would be so impressed by this new toolbar that I can move anywhere over the document? You know where I want to move it? I want to move it to the TOOLBAR area. Guess where I cannot move this new floating toolbar - THE TOOLBAR AREA. Just stupid.

  6. Currently to set a link within a PDF (for example, a link from a table of contents listing to the target page for that listing) you have to open Edit, open Link, highlight the listing on the contents page and set the link action to "go to page view" and then scroll to the target page to set the link. Why in the world can't Adobe simply have a place in that window to add the target page number? The current method is archaic.

  7. when we prepare our contract's fillable form to have it ready for E-sign, we assign the signature fields to "signer" for client and "signer 1" for us. howver when we are ready to "click to send for signature" the signture field assigned to "signer 1" which is us, it is actuallt assigned to "signer' the client. We have to manually change it every time before we send out. the issue is that we have seperate field for date and time to be filled seprately by each signer. We know Adibe provided date and time stamps automtically but our state regulations…

  8. Dear Acrobat,
    Please listen to customers and stop alienating them. People become dependent on your product through work, then you switch up things and worsen the lives of untold numbers of people. You deserve to lose income in a large scale as a result, faster instead of slower. Stop harming customers. Start making it easer to give you feedback. Start paying attention to it. By making things confusing and harder, your product deserves to lose in the market. But you are leveraging your existing market position to hurt people instead.

  10. Using the Yahoo Sign-In Helper
    Start by visiting the Yahoo Sign-In Helper page and entering your Yahoo email. This tool helps users recover their accounts, even without access to verification codes. If possible, Yahoo will offer other recovery options.

  11. Users who are not part of transaction or are not recipient of the agreement should also be able to delete and cancel the agreement.

  13. When an application-specific Acrobat dialogue pops up, it isn't forced to the front and disables the application interaction until dealt with. This is somewhat normal but doesn't work in practice.

    Took me a while to figure out, but I'll skip the who and why and let others decide how to deal with this disability. Feel free to suggest nut-behind-the-wheel solutions.

    I launch Acrobat reader, either doc or app, and use the keyboard to immediately open the search tool to find a word. That word is found, but the word is inside a link so it generates a dialogue asking if…

  16. Please remove the new "Create" button in the tabs area. This is the most annoying thing I have ever seen. I keep accidentally clicking on it when I want to close a tab or move the window, and then Acrobat is inoperable for up to 1 minute and a stupid spinner rotates in the middle of the window, only to display a new button "Select files". This contradicts 100% the rest of the user interface of the tool.
    If you don't remove this, then please make the button optional so that it can be hidden effortlessly. I will never use…

  17. Acrobat Sign permits the creation of a digital ID for anyone which creates the potential for misrepresentation of a signed document (I'm Joe and can create and use a signature for Jane). My government agency wants Acrobat Sign to only permit the logged-on user to create a digital ID, and then only permit that user to use their digital ID versus using another person's ID.

  18. Everything is horrible about this! I've had so many issues with Adobe since the new update! It's like they targeted for people to have a horrible experience with Adobe. I'm forced to use it though the company I work for bc they purchase these licenses. From constantly getting kicked out of my account, to my signatures getting erased, and now I can't combine my files. This new Adobe deserves an award for worst update of the century.

  20. Please enable the modern UI feature in China.

    As I know, there is a geo restriction on Adobe cloud services in China, so PDF services are not available to any users in China.
    The Modern UI employs PDF services and was built to use Acrobat AI services, which do not work owing to geo constraints.
    As a result, when you sign in to Acrobat after a while, it reverts to the OLD UI, and all UI switching choices are unavailable.
