sensitivity Labels
Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Purview Labels show on Adobe reader by default upon install for Classification only labels.
When you are in Adobe Reader by default it does not show if there is a Sensitivity Label applied unless it has encryption. Would be good to have this on by default for all companies so when I share Confidential content they know this is labeled as such even though encryption is not there.
It seems the feature is there because I can make 2 Registry edits and it now shows there is a label and I get the option to change it.

New interface needs changes
The new "modern" interface just doesn't work for people like myself who use a lot of plugins and don't need Acrobat for commenting or e-signing. I work in a print shop and I'm constantly reviewing and editing customer files. I need to be able to easily see the page counts, scroll through documents, check page box sizes, etc... All of these changes have made that really difficult and it slows down our workflow drastically. I get wanting to clean things up and I remember that DC was a big shift from older versions like XI that could seem very cluttered. But not letting me put anything in the top toolbar or at least get rid of icons for tools I don't need just doesn't make any sense to me. Even the new "floating toolbar" I can't get rid of the digital signature and comment tools to make space for the tools I use on a daily basis. What is the purpose of this? I'm sure I can get used to having the tools on the left instead of the right but at least let me shrink the window size or minimize it like we used to. I know I can currently switch back but I know that will only last for so long, so I was really trying to get used to it.
Judging by all of the other people complaining, it doesn't seem like you'll listen but I hope you do.The new "modern" interface just doesn't work for people like myself who use a lot of plugins and don't need Acrobat for commenting or e-signing. Popups
Remove the 10 million billion trillion popups when initially running after downloading/signing up for a trial. Also, if you can't get the program to run at least as well as Microsoft word for editing a document... no one will.

Minimizing Downtime During a GroupWise to Office 365 Migration
Minimizing downtime during migration from GroupWise to Office 365 is crucial to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions. To achieve this, a well-structured migration plan is essential. Start by conducting a thorough assessment of your existing GroupWise environment. Identify the volume of data, user configurations, and any potential issues that could impact the migration.
Next, implement a staggered migration approach. Instead of moving all users at once, migrate in phases. This approach allows you to manage and address issues on a smaller scale before rolling out the migration to the entire organization. It also helps in minimizing the impact on daily operations.
Utilize migration tools designed for seamless transitions. Tools such as Microsoft's Exchange Online Migration Wizard or third-party solutions can automate much of the process, reducing manual errors and speeding up the migration.
Ensure effective communication with users. Inform them of the migration schedule and guide what to expect. Proper training and support can help users adjust to Office 365 more quickly, reducing downtime caused by unfamiliarity with the new system.
Finally, perform extensive testing before the full migration. Conduct tests with a small group to identify and resolve potential issues. After migration, monitor the system closely to address any post-migration issues promptly. Partnering with experts like Apps4Rent can further ensure a smooth and efficient transition from GroupWise to Office 365, minimizing downtime and optimizing the migration process.

Send for Shared Commenting Script Error
We use the "Send for Shared Commenting" daily with review files hosted on a SharePoint site. Yesterday, it started acting up again like a month or so ago with script errors. It goes from saying our login credentials are invalid (untrue), to indicating our browser needs to be updated (what browser? we're in Acrobat), to not recognizing us when we literally just sent the PDF ourselves. The attached images show the various messages.
This is a pain, because we can no longer see other people's feedback and this is causing project delays.

Recover G suite account
Use Google's account recovery process if you can't remember your login credentials. Go to the Google Account Recovery page and follow the instructions to verify your identity. This can mean sending a recovery email, answering security questions, or calling an account-related phone number.

"All Tools"
The new version of Acrobat no longer cares about the "Remember current state of the Tools Pane" preference - Acrobat always opens with the "All Tools" shown. I believe I'm in a large pool of the population that will only ever read PDFs, so for all practical purposes, none of the items on the tools will ever be used. Please reinstate this feature.

Exporting PDFs to any file does not work
You can't export pdfs in your software. The buttons are there, but they don't work. I'm signed into my account. I am very frustrated, as I do pay for this software that does not function. If you can convert this file & email it to rip@rpmapping.com, I would appreciate it. Please convert to a DOCX format.

bug: reopen all tabs
A bug report: the "reopen all tabs" function is now there but I think it is a cheap solution, please build it in the application instead of running some startup script with reopens all documents after a few seconds the application was reopened...
It happened a lot to me after opening a document by double clicking on it, Acrobat opens, I press the print button. Then an error appears it could not finish a startup script (the script that reopens all my open tabs in the background) because the print dialogue is open... This can be seen as a bug if you ask me...
Please properly integrate the tabs functionality into Acrobat and also put an option in the Preferences is some users want to disable the tabs and use windows instead. I prefer the tabs, but please make them decent. A safe all open files (tabs) function would also be great.

Restore old version of acrobat user interface?
The new interface has no easy way to set up continuous scrolling and now way to install buttons for return to previous page or jump forward like the old one. And put the menu back at the top where it belongs and make it editable.
This user interface is a disaster - how did you ***** up so badly.
Can I install an old version?1 vote -
Annoying floating toolbar
How have your conceptors come to think that this unremovable floating toolbar would be a good idea!?! I really don't find where it can be deactivated. All I find on the web is getting back to old version software... Really?

Enlarge pinch PDF on external touchscreen monitor
I bought a Alogic Clarity Max Touchscreen Monitor.
I am paying monthly for Adobe Acrobat Pro and am unable to enlarge PDFs by using touch (two finger pinch) on the touchscreen monitor in Adobe.
I can enlarge PDFs (using a two finger pinch) on my Surface pro laptop, but am not able to do this on the touchscreen external monitor.
I can enlarge other programs on the touchscreen monitor (using a two finger pinch) such as Word, Internet, jpeg. I can also enlarge PDFs (using a two finger pinch) when I open the PDFs in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. But I can’t enlarge PDFs on the touchscreen monitor (using a two finger pinch) when using Adobe, yet pay $30 a month for Adobe.I bought a Alogic Clarity Max Touchscreen Monitor.

Hide Floating Toolbar
I would like the option to close or hide the floating toolbar (see attached picture). It's not always needed, and it's frustrating to have it hanging around and having to move it around to keep it out of the way. If I could close it or move it to the menu bar, that would be ideal. But right now it only allows movement within the document window.

Adobe Acrobat Standard discounts
I am a senior citizen and a 100% disabled American veteran living on a fixed income. Does Adobe offer any license discounts to people like me? I cannot afford the monthly subscription fee or lifetime license amount.
Thank you,
