  2. Get rid of your update

    Roll back your update and don't make us use this awful, unintuitive, garbage new user interface. It is horrible, you have done an awful job of soliciting average user feedback.

  3. HORRIBLE-WILL UNSUBSCRIBE IF NOT FIXED

    New adobe is just horrible! Not user friendly whatsoever, too many clicks, cant sign or edit text simply like I used to. I used to love it , now it's become a hassle! Why would you do this?! I rather use an online bootleg version. I most likely will end my subscription- it's not worth the trouble. I work efficiently, and this update has done the opposite to my work. I simply don't have time, now that you guys have made it more complicated!!

  4. The latest version is horrible

    The latest version of Acrobat is horrible. Why did you have to completely flip the entire interface so it is backward. The tools are not readily accessible as they were before. This is a terrible idea. Please offer an option to change the interface back to the tool we know and can use quickly and efficiently. I'm trying to get work done!

  5. Garbage

    Get rid of new version. You have added so much eye candy that simple tasks have become difficult. Fire your staff and live off the royalties of your old version. Your harrassed users will thank you.

  6. Stop making it horrible

    It's getting horrible. how can you take a product that works and just continue to destroy it. It looks like revisions are made by amateur programmers. Stop destroying a good product and make it work right. You are going to lose all of your customers.

  7. New design is garbage

    Side panel page navigation are you stupid? who looks at the bottom right corner. at the very least let me choose what tools go where and the floating toolbar on the left is just lazy. finally if you are going to roll out a new one for all that is holy let me move my customizations with me.

  8. This monstrosity is unusable garbage

    I use Adobe Pro at work. I comment and mark up blueprints for parts in the automotive industry. The update moving the menu items to a side panel was completely needless, and as you did so you removed features or hid them to where they were effectively removed. I can add text but can I change the font or color? Maybe. Can't find it though. Custom stamps to add? Good luck finding them, and when you do get your clicking finger ready. This thing is awful!

  9. Horrible new layout

    One moment, I was using Acrobat to review and edit page proofs for a medical journal I handle and the next moment all my customization was gone! No toolbars, nothing I need to do my job. All gone! Additionally, the new layout is HUGE and unwieldy. I want to be able to sort through several PDFs to compare pages and revisions. Now, I have one page taking up the middle of my screen and this giant blank workspace all around it. Where did everything go? Why did Adobe completely change everything after years of a familiar, but ever updating application?…

  10. Trashy application and garbage user experience

    I have been using Acrobat Read (paid) for 1 year.

    The application is trashy at its best.

    1. Had crashes when exporting from word to pdf. It crashes 3/6 times.

    2. Export to pdf from word was changed recently and the user experience was broken. After the export to pdf the user is moved from the existing line to the beggining of the document. If you do this 100 times per day and if you work continously with the export this is not work - the product that designed this is idiot. He should have asked the customers. This new „feature”…

  11. Horrible updates, makes users less efficient

    This version is horrible! It's slow and quite "twitchy". It takes me twice as long to delete a group of thumbnails. I highlight one, press/hold shift to highlight another and the first one I selected becomes unselected. I've been working on the same document for about 20 minutes now trying to delete blank pages sprinkled throughout a 180 page pdf and extract small groups of pages. I keep having to either redo everything or totally close and redo everything. Toolbars are small. Toolbars are on both left and right. Those on the right make no sense (save and print....really?…

  13. Changes letters to garbage characters

    Adobe Acrobat Pro keeps changing letters to junk characters. Font HAS been imbedded. This has been a continuing issue. Just finished writing a 91 page report that turned to garbage. Not happy that I have to write it over and hope it doesn't just do the same thing. This is the most over priced and unstable program on my computer. It's not worth the price that to buy outright that is charged as a yearly "subscription". If I didn't need to have it for my business, I would never have it on my computer. You charge 3 times what…

  15. This portfolio GARBAGE !!! HOW DO I GET RID OF IT ? AND STOP SCREWING UP A FORMERLY GOOD PRODUCT

    Get rid of this portfolio garbage. Every update has only made the product more un-usable and worse. The next time you feel the urge to destroy what was a good product , please go find a coloring book and color a picture or something.

  16. Horrible new look

    Seriously...in the middle of working I get slapped with a "new" look on my PDFs! ALL my customized toolbars are gone! No more controls at the top...they are magically and permanently moved to the right side...optional tools on the left.... nothing is where I WANT IT!!! JUST...WHY?!?!?!?!?! Why fix something that wasn't broken? Why not leave it up to the user to have more control of the interface? Why be like Microsoft? By the way, the "disable new acrobat" is useless and only wants me to restart the program only to have some pop up bar show up at the…

  17. Acrobat new interface layout is horrible

    Remove this new interface. Due to the update all settings of my old interface (shortcuts, custom button position) are lost and I have to set up my "workspace" new.
    Stop deleting the users setting when an update is made - while we pay 700 Euro per year and person.

    Dear Acrobat,

    Please listen to customers and stop alienating them. People become dependent on your product through work. Please restore the version you threw out. You are creating unnecessary pain. Why does your company resist real feedback?

  20. Horrible upgrade

    Truncated files that I now need to recreate - I will be looking for another editor as this update is forcing me to recreate files in a UI where the menuing system is illogical and clunky. You took a well put together product and ruined it.
