Emoticons in Word cause PDF to not display text
Hi Adobe Support Team. I would like to report a bug in Acrobat. We added an Emoticon [Windows button PLUS dot button] in Word [Office 365]. When we want to make a PDF from this Word file, the text after the Emoticon is simply missing in the PDF version. The same happens when we add other symbols. I thought I let you know. We would be happy if you would fix this...
I have added a file which has little orange symbols. Those symbols cause the same failure as an Emoticon would do. If you remove the symbols, the PDF will be created correctly.

It's easy to accidentally click request e-signatures instead of view more tools
I recently had the "Request e-signatures" button load under my mouse cursor when trying to click on "View more" tools in the All tools sidebar.
I would like the area where the "Request e-signatures" to load in as the tools panel is loaded to reserve space for the e-signatures button. This would make it easier to click on "View more" without waiting for the e-signatures button to load as there is not a scroll bar on the tools panel until the signature panel is loaded.

New adobe top bar (tabs and other window related buttons) too big
That top bar should be sized similarly to other windows app like file explorer, MS Office, edge, chrome, etc.
The issue seems to be mainly the font size of some items

Text in Dark Mode remains black on dark bg
Text items in the JavaScript Debugger window show up with black type on dark grey background, which is almost impossible to read. The Console window however displays white text on dark bg. Please fix this.

User interface Bug
When asking field properties on Mac French version :
The text in the bottom of the windows appears in a wrong position.
You need to do a screen copy, then, with Aperture or other, you need to do a vertical switch to see correctly the text.

When opening a pdf that is already in use by another user, please provide a message box to notify the user the file will be opened in read only because someone already has opened the file.

Adobe Acrobat 2017 blank sign in screen - cannot open program
After switching to a new Mac computer, I used Migration tool to move apps over. Now Adobe Acrobat 2017 has a blank sign in screen, and I cannot open the program. Steps to repro: attempt to start Acrobat 2017 on new Mac. The sign in page is blank white with no where to sign in. My new computer is new MacBook Pro (16", M1 Max, 2021).
Steps taken that did not work:
1. Solution 1: Provide appropriate permissions to the OOBE folder using a command in the terminal — then reboot. <- DID NOT WORK ( suggested at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/licensing-application-hangs-mac.html ) 2. Solution 2: Delete the OOBE folder — then reboot. <- DID NOT WORK ( suggested at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/licensing-application-hangs-mac.html ) 3. Adobe Sign - Add select all/print all/download all
Add the option to select all agreements/document in adobe sign and allow them to all be printed at once and/or downloaded at once as well. It takes way TOO much time to download each individual document to print or save them.

Combine Files Not working
So Combining the PDF option Creates an extra page. This does not happen when a Word document is saved and then combined. It seems that ADOBE's Conversion is either detecting Footers or Headers as a page and creating an extra page. How do we fix this? The issue is with the conversion not combining the files. Not an issue with Word since it is capable of saving as PDF without the extra pages. It would also not save certain pages.

Ability to Rotate Comment Boxes
Context: I am a Big 4 Auditor
We use Adobe Acrobat to annotate client financial statements. Year to year, our annotations on client documents are very similar so we will "Export all Comments to a Data File" from the prior year's annotated document and paste it on our current year's document then update the annotations as needed in the process of our audit. From what I understand, when a page is scanned and uploaded as a PDF, there is a directional "north" hard-coded into the sheet that cannot be changed. So, when we paste the prior year's annotations to the current year, the text boxes are sometimes in the wrong direction and cannot be rotated. As we usually will have 25+ comment boxes on a page - this leads to a huge time inefficiency to either re-do all the comments or use a time-consuming workaround.
This feature would save auditors a significant amount of time (and frustration) with the addition of a rotation feature to Adobe Acrobat. It will be well-received by many users, not only auditor, using Adobe Acrobat. I’ve seen online threads of architects being frustrated at the inability to rotate the boxes to add commentary on the side of their building designs. This has potential to benefit a diversity of industries.
Additional considerations to implement:
• The ability to rotate multiple comment boxes at the same time would be especially helpful.
• The rotation feature could be implemented as a keyboard shortcut or a menu option.Please let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Allow longer or custom "Max session life" setting
The max session life option is currently 14 days. Our users have complained about having to sign in too often. Can we please have the option for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or even allow a custom value as everyone has different security requirements. There is the option for "Not set" which is good to have but security requirements may need at least some limit.
