Print To PDF Doesn't Resize PDF
As per the title - when printing a PDF using the Adobe PDF Function, it doesn't actually resize the page, meaning when I want to use it in an app that doesn't support resizing/scaling, it's basically useless? Why else would I want to take a PDF and "print" another PDF from it if not changing the actual file itself?
For example, I want to be able to resize a bigger PDF down to A4 size. The selections are all there in page setup - it just doesn't actually do any of it though.

Jump to specific page link not working
I want to echo similar complaints found here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/bug-report-acrobat-chrome-extension-does-not-respect-page-specific-pdf-links/td-p/13223193) and here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-acrobat-extension-blocks-navigation-to-the-pages-indicated-in-the-pdf-url/td-p/14049758)
I have a website with links that reference specific sections of a PDF user guide and when the extension is disabled it works just fine by jumping users down to a specific page of the PDF by appending #page=XX to the end of the URL. But with the adobe acrobat extension enabled it no longer does this.
So, 1. your documentation is out-of-date and incorrect (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/link-html-pdf-page-acrobat.html)
so either fix that, or, more helpfully:
update the browser extension such that it honors the #page= requests on URLs.
Very frustrating that it no longer works as I have a lot of functionality riding on that and will cause a considerable time and expense trying to find some other way to present that information simply because that feature does not exist in your very own browser extension.

Acrobat Pro Usage of Users
We have a lot of Acrobat Pro Users and we felt that they are not using it always. Can you please create a feature where we will be able to view if the users are actively using the product? Example for a period of 3 months or 6 months, this way we will be able to make a wise decision to continue or not with their license.

Identify PDFs that Require OCR
I work in the legal industry and we often have large collections of documents where some contain OCR while others require OCR. It would be great if we could easily identify the documents that require OCR to speed up the batch processing of large collections. Additionally, with the availability of LLMs and image recognition, it would be great if you could utilize these to vastly improve the quality of the OCR output.

Serious Bug: User interface needs reversion to prior version or option to do so
Well, sonny, back in the old days in 2022, Acrobat had this interface where you could insert a page from a scanner in two mouse clicks. That was before the new fangled 2023 version that requires making an all new document and importing it.
It used to be you'd just go to File > Insert Pages > From Scanner and, pow, zap, whoop, there'd be the pages you'd want to add.
Now that they got this new-fangled interface and first you have to find the "File" menu item. That's hidden up under the three bars. Everyone else in the world uses three dots, but Acrobat, they have to be the best, so they use three bars. Other apps, when you hover over the three dots, it tells you what they mean, but Acrobat new fangled users are so dang smart, the app doesn't have to tell you diddly squat.
Then you have to search up and down a long column of commands to find that "Insert Pages" just ain't there no more. But you can go to "Create" and make a brand, spanking new PDF from the scanner.
In the old days, you could go to the "Organize Pages" tool and just drag that little old file right into position. But in the new and improved Acrobat, you get to make a new file, save it to your computer, and then you have to import it, and then you have to put it where you want it, and then you have to resave the file you're adding it to, and then, by golly 19 mouse clicks and whole bunches of key strokes later, you have your one page added to a PDF in the new-fangled 2023 shiny version of Acrobat.
Yep, sonny, this here is what they mean by progress.
And back in the old days, all the important commands you'd use every day with Acrobat were just in a row across the top of the main window. You could find whatever you wanted and barely have to move the mouse to use them.
In the shiny new interface for 2023 there are commands to the left of us, commands to the right of us, commands down on the lower right of us, some on the lower left of us, bunches on the near left, more on the far left. Why the interface is just set up all nice and pretty for 2023, like my grandbaby when he's mixing the peas and carrots with the mashed potatoes and the apple sauce and smearing it all over the tray and making unga pahtchka.
Yep, this is the new Unga Patchka Acrobat Interface.
If Adobe had anyone working in UX, they would have a button on the new fangled interface that you could click and restore the usable interface from back in the old days in 2022.

reading the pdf
there are a lot of improvements needed in reading the pdf for the user.
1: need a more sophisticated voice along with proper pronunciation. example
for 'putaway' the voice is reading as 'peu- t-away'2: more flexibility in reading the content. like reading the selected part.
3: better options in controlling the speed
4: when highlighting the sentences. it is very difficult to select the sentence to make the system to read the concerned paragraph
5: I dont understand why space bar is used to scroll down the page .. accidental tapping of space bar, makes annoying disturbance while reading.
6: more improvement in setting the dark theme. and should be given quick access to such settings
7: auto-save is not available.
8: overall average feelings while using this app
please consider the feedback seriously and give corrections in upcoming updates

Text search fails on the first try; works on the 2nd
I could vote for several of the bugs, but none that I saw reference the work-around.
The first basic (Control-F) text-search in a given session will fail to find hits. However, the 2nd and subsequent attempts will find hits.
Accordingly, my current workflow is to treat the first text-search attempt as a "throw-away" - I "escape" from that dialog, invoke it again... and then the search works.
It's been this way for years. It's a sad experience for users who try a single search, fail, and don't understand the workaround.

Two factor authentication visible from Admin Dashboard
Hi Adobe
Is there a possibility that we can have a column for 2-factor status added to the Admin portal?
I need to pull a report monthly as part of the security audits to verify authentication methods.

simplify default folder selection for Save As
The Acrobat Save As window exists mostly to ask whether to save locally or to a cloud location. Since I don't use cloud storage for active documents, that's a useless window for me. I imagine maybe some others only use cloud storage. So I have a suggestion to save time for many of us.
Please allow the user to set a Preference for a default file storage domain (local or cloud, and (if cloud) which cloud service). Then skip the current Acrobat Save As window and jump directly to the native Save As window for the default domain. That would eliminate one window (and one click) from the process for saving files.
In addition, please have the program remember the last location (e.g., folder) where it saved a file, and initialize the Save As dialog with that location.

drag speed in Thumbnail view is too fast to be able to stop where I want to
In the thumbnail pane on the right side of the window (circled in yellow in attached screenshot), when I drag a page past the top or bottom of the pane, the pages scroll too quickly for me to easily stop where I want to drop the page. I suggest the scrolling speed start slow, then gradually increase in speed as the user drags past more pages. If the user changes the direction of the drag (up or down), the scrolling speed should again start slow, then increase.
As an improvement on that, allow the user to set a Preference about scroll speed while dragging.

Display Pointer and Pan Tools (at the same time)
In the new interface, version 2023.003.20244, the pan and pointer tools can not appear on the toolbar at the same time. Please fix this bug.
Also, it would be great if it was possible to pan using a mouse ring click. Would you create a setting to pan using a mouse ring click? Thanks.

Adobe Not Closing after Quick Print
Adobe used to close after quick print. In the latest version there is a bug that keeps Acrobat open. This is nuisance when printing lots of documents.

PDF received from others resize my work window and tabs when opened.
Other people set their PDF to resize my window when opening. I need to be able to override such setting in my sessions as I have multiple tabs open in windows distributed on multiple monitors. PLEASE add setting to stop or ask permission to resize my workspace window when opening READ-ONLY and normal PDF files received from other people or sites. In summary, give the user / customer rights to control their own window workspace behavior. Thank you.

How do I operate the Split PST program without wasting time?
It is enough for the user to find their data in a single Outlook PST file, which is also a waste of time, so I would suggest you use Split PST Tool. This application is the most secure and easy to use, both non-technical and technical people can easily use it, it has easy steps to Split PST Software:-
Firstly, install the Split PST application and Open the application.
Select the splitting option and click on size, folder, and year
Select the PST file and browse
Show a preview of PST files
Finally, click on the split now button and split your PST file.Visit here:- https://www.betavare.com/split-pst/
