Ability to use virtual phone number
Hi, we want to use the virtual phone number in the profile - https://account.adobe.com/profile
In the Netherlands number has a different format - +31 97 101 xx xx xx, and not the standard mobile format (+31 6). Could you please add this format as valid?The reason: we use virtual numbers for our IT department, so if anyone quits, we don't need to change their personal number across all systems.

Comments property: Subject needs to be made visible, filterable/sortable on the Comments List

There is a 'Comments property: Subject' choosable from the right-clicking on the Commentts List annotation type>Properties>General tab, where one might be able to give more individual Subjects to the same annotation type.As an example,
yellow Highlighted Text Subject: Note, Follow,
blue Highlighted Text Subject: Refer, Read-it-Later, Look After, Download
orange Highlighted Text Subject: Revision, In-Progress, Important
etc.It would be so great to make visible (chosen from the Commenting Preferences) the given Subject in an annotation on the Comments List next to the Author and Date. Even more, would be great to allow to Sort and Filter the Comments List by Subject.
The idea behind this feature is to help and give a guide to the annotator and also the reviewer to distinguish the function and meaning of the annotations using fewer colors and oversee more simply (by sorting and filtering) the several annotation subjects.

BUG - Acrobat Preflight Droplets don't work on Mac Studio
Preflight Droplets dont work on Mac Studio running macOS Ventura. When dropping a pdf into the droplet an error message come up saying "Droplet" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to bin. This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

Using the Combine function does not work like it use to. Now when us the Combine function it does the following:
1. Open Abode -> Combine function
2. Move the documents that I would like to combine to be one PDF document
3. Select the Combine button
4. Adobe will start processing, but it will try to save the first document as a PDF and Word will try to print the document, not sure why.
5. If I do nothing (waiting for the App to continue processing the other documents) Adobe will not get past the first document.

"Save Changes…" modal does not make itself active
On a Mac, when closing one or more PDFs with changes, the "Do you want to save the changes…" modal window should become active, allowing a user to use a keyboard shortcut to respond Save, Don't Save, or Cancel. As it is currently, the user must click the window to make it active and only then can they choose a response.
In other words, this window is modal in that it requires a user response, but non-compliant in that it does not make itself active to provide the response.
This bug is new to Acrobat, but not sure if it is only in the most recent version.

Bring back text-based toolbar buttons
The website is not accepting my vote on another idea (although I am logged in), so I'm adding more ideas.
Multiple issues:
1. The new icon-based styles for editing or commenting are completely nonintuitive; other than printing/saving/zooming/scrolling from the other toolbars, I don't know what any of the buttons mean.
2. Please move some buttons from editing to commenting or vice versa, or combine their toolbars, or rename their bars. It is ridiculously hard to figure out how to add a rectangular shape in the new Acrobat Pro. It was easy in my last version of Acrobat Pro
3. Please make addition of text boxes, shapes, stamps, highlighting, sticky notes, editing (intuition=of prior PDF text or shapes) and similar functions in one EASY-TO-FIND toolbar.
4. The right-side toolbar/window could be okay if done right, but again, the icon-based style is really confusing; the pop-out window is annoying; the layout of the buttons inside the right-side window is poorly done. Again, please design a window where I can find the things in note 3 above together without me having to make a custom toolbar.
5. Changing text properties is really nonintuitive. If I am in "edit" mode for an existing textbox and want to change the color, it should naturally bring up font, color, size, underline, italics, etc. Anytime I want this now, I have to Google how to do this.The website is not accepting my vote on another idea (although I am logged in), so I'm adding more ideas.

Dots erased unintentionally bug
Dots made using the Draw Freehand tool are erased if another drawing made shortly after or nearby is erased. These dots are erased even though they are outside the radius of the eraser. For example, if you write the word, "Mississippi," then immediately use the eraser tool to erase only the tail of the second p, all the dots over the i's will disappear. This only happens to dots that the program has automatically turned into perfect circles, which happens if you click once without moving. After seeking the assistance of a customer service agent, I was told that this is a feature of the, "workflow." I don't know what purpose this feature serves, but I hope it gets patched out because it is very frustrating. I have attached a screenshot displaying the kind of dot that will be unintentionally erased next to a normal dot. The unintentionally erasable dot is on the left.

I've created a fillable PDF and saved it as a PDF to a network share and SharePoint. People have the tendency to open it, fill it out (as they should) and then click save (or Ctrl-S, muscle memory). That commits those filled form fields to the file system such that the next person who opens the file now sees a filled-out form.I would like to do something to the file so that "Save" doesn't work. For example, if the file extension were
.pdft, and I opened it, it could behave the same as any other.pdf. However, when I chose to save the file, a compliant program would recognize that the preference is to create a new file, not overwrite the existing file.Context:
I propose a file extension change instead of metadata in the file because it is much easier, and doesn't require the PDF standards consortium to get involved. A non-compliant program would just overwrite the file as usual. This means that any PDF program could open a.pdftfile simply by, in Windows, right-click, open with, and choosing whatever program; they would see no functional difference. However, a compliant program would make the default save operation require a new file name.Such a convention would also be very easy for PDF tools made by other companies to implement more quickly promoting this convention.

Constant slow downloading of the features I paid for in subscription. WHY??
Why does it take half an hour or more for Adobe Pro (that I have paid for and already downloaded on this PC) to download the ability to export the PDF to a Word doc? This is the basic process that I paid for, I am not signing into a new PC each time I try to use it, the same laptop that I already waited HOURS for the pro functions to download. I will end the subscription if I can't do what I need to do. FFS

Hand tool
I don't know if this is because I'm relatively new to Acrobat but I'm finding the interface to be quite counter-intuitive. If I want to zoom or pan using the mouse, I have to select the Hand tool, but then select a different tool if I want to move left or right? For some reason the hand tool won't actually move me around the document, which I would have thought was its primary function. Why can't there be a single tool that allows me to zoom in and out, and move around the document at the same time? This would seem to me to be a no-brainer.
