  2. When changing the size of a generic 'dynamic' stamp and then right click and choose 'Make current properties default', the size of the stamp keeps reverting to the original size. It seems puzzling because the opacity % works when changing the default setting. This seems to be a known issue according to the agent who assisted me.

  3. The freeform highlighter tool is accessible in commenting mode and normal view mode, but disappears in full-screen and reverts to a text-only highlighter. For large scanned documents, it would be great if the existing freeform highlighter tool could be used in full-screen mode via the existing Shift-U shortcut.

  5. To repair and restore corrupt ACCDB and MDB files manually, you can start by using Microsoft Access's built-in Compact and Repair Tool. Open Access, go to File > Info > Compact & Repair Database, and select the corrupt file. If this doesn’t work, create a new database and use the External Data > Import option to import objects from the damaged file.   7. On Mac, go back to switching between DOCUMENT tabs (document windows) using the CMD+~ or SHIFT+CMD+~ please. Very handy for comparing documents, in most cases better than the compare documents feature.

    There is already a similar posted suggestion (I've pasted it below) and Ayush's answer for part 2 does not work on a Mac (using CMD or CTRL). If it truly exists, please share.

  8. New Adobe UI has removed the ability to type over text in order to add PDF mark-up. Now you have to right-click and select 'Add Note to Replace Text'. This is very time-consuming for editors. Previous UI was much better.

    My colleagues and I have reverted to the old version for now but hope the new UI will include the ability to type over text to add PDF mark-up.

  12. There are at least 3 icons on various menus and toolbars for adding text to a pdf. For the love of users, PLEASE combine them (by default) into ONE. In particular, I'm referring to (1) add a comment (which includes Insert text and Add text comment), (2) Fill in form fields, and (3) add text. Those are circled in the attached screenshot.   15. Please stop floating menus over document content. This covers up important information. Your most recent flop: When adding a text box, the font menu covers up the same box and one cannot edit it. Stop this nonsense. Acrobat keeps deteriorating with each "upgrade" since 2005. If you attend a entry level web programming class at a good university, you can learn how to design efficient user interfaces. Tell that your incopmetent manager.

    I am using the Adobe Sign service via API.

    Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).

  18. I, like many other users whose posts I have read, absolutely hate the new Send for Signatures functionality. I had my agreements and information gathering forms all set up using the Prepare A Form tool. Before, when I opened the document, it worked perfectly and all I had to do was enter a recipient, attach multiple docs and click Send. It was wonderful! NOW--all my forms' prepared fields have been overwritten!! In the new version EVERY field is defaulted to the signer, radio buttons are converted to text fields or deleted entirely and multiple fields are the wrong data type…

  19. Editing auto generated form text fields for a long document is a NIGHTMARE.

    why on earth would i have to MANNUALY change EACH and every field?

    what's the use of the preferences being set to a font i prefer for it just to be reverted back to Helvetica?

    Either you unify the font preferences or just make a section for form preparation font to allow us to choose for it as well

    it's insane that i have to waste so much time editing tons of fields on just switching fonts when a simple solution of a "one button click"…
