Bug report: Printing without rim is since the last update for Acrobat Reader DC from the 30.06.2022 not possible.
The update from 30.06.2022 for Acrobat Reader DC caused problems yet again. On Windwos 10, 64-bit.
I can't print with my printer PDFs without rim with Acrobat. And also i can't print A3 paper. Now i can only print A4, and with rim.
I had this problems also a few months ago. Also after a Acrobat update.
But at this time i didn't need my printer and sometime after the problem it resolved itself. Maybe with a another update. But now i need my printer and i have to print without rim on A3. But since this update i can't do it.
Acrobat gives me this report: "The document can't be print. A problem occurred."
This report come everytime when i would like to print without rim or in A3. And this is since this update. But printing in A4 and with rim is possible. But not in A3 and without rim.

Viewing portfolios with signatures in browsers without download
While I love the security of fill and sign, I have had to find work arounds in order to put multiple signed documents together by screen capturing those with signatures, then compiling these into 1 document from multiple signers of different parts. Please do not take away the ability to screen grab signed agreements without putting another easier method of controlling the agreements I send out for signing.
That said, if portfolios continue to be the method of compiling several documents into one, is it possible to make them previewable without downloading the file in browser based cloud systems like O365 (specifically SharePoint)?

Google Suite Backup solution extracts data of a particular G Suite account
The Google Suite Backup solution extracts data of a particular G Suite account. For getting the desired backup results, it needs the correct username and the password of a particular G Suite account.G Suite backup software is a kind of one in all solution for taking backup of G Suite account. It remains in the original structure. Even the meta details like To, CC, Bcc, subject line of the mail, etc remain unaltered. The software does not even disturb the single element. The software provides the option to users to save the downloaded file in different file formats. It provides option to save file in PST, EML, HTML, MHTML, MSG, MBOX and EMLX format. For this, all that users have to do is enter the login details of the G Suite account one by one to backup data. The advanced algorithm of software has made it highly responsive and so it doesn’t take much time to backup file with this tool.

[Bug Report] Colorsetting can't be synchronized; Screenview doesn't show true colors
Issue #1:
Colorsettings can't be synchronized in Acrobat DC. Although Adobe Bridge says all apps are synchonized, Acrobat keeps it's old settings. Further you are not able to choose from installed settings manually. They do not appear in the dropdown menu.Issue #2 (and even more problematic):
Screenview is no longer true in color. Output-Intents from PDFs, embedded ICC profiles and the colorsettings are ignored. It seems Acrobat DC is not able to do a colormanagement.Windows 10 Pro, x64, Systembuild 19044.1415; Adobe Acrobat DC (22.001.20085); Adobe Bridge 2022 (12.0.1.246).
Older versions of Acrobat are not affected. We checked it at 15 workstations and 2 workstations outside the companies infrastructure. However, the problem only occurs on Windows OS.

AIP protected files do not open in Adobe reader 32 bit
After the last update to the 2022.011.20142 version, which has the "Microsoft AIP" plugin bundled in the installation, Adobe reader in the 32 bit version won't open AIP protected PDF files.
The program will start a background proccess but Adobe won't open, only after ending the task you'll be able to open adobe reader at all.
The problem is solved when reinstalling the 64 bit version, but this is a headache to any organization that has multiple devices with the 32 bit version.1 vote -
Which software has no limitation about how much data users could download of Gmail accounts ?
There is no limitation in software about how much data users could download or the size and number of Gmail accounts that could be added. It can take backup of multiple accounts back to back. So, the Gmail backup software not only helps in taking backup but also saves a good amount of time and efforts .Users can add as many Gmail accounts in software as they have and the software will work on bulk data without hindrance. One can export data easily. The software is embedded with features that allow it to save the Gmail backup file in seven formats, MBOX, PST, MSG, EML, EMLX, HTML, MHTML, etc.

Outstanding Product
It's been over ten years since I sold the tech company I owned for 22 years. I've been enjoying retirement...until about a month ago! A friend recruited me to help convert some hard copy documents, produced in the mid-eighties, and make them into accessible PDF files. She knew I had some background in technology and specifically with creating PDFs from paper. The documents were going to be part of a new web site about the history of ADA! Given the nature of the site, the documents needed to be accessible! I downloaded Acrobat Pro DC (and a couple of screen readers to help with testing (JAWS, NVDA,(it wasn’t until later that I found Adobe’s ‘read out loud’ feature)).
I knew right away the Acrobat Pro software was one of the most incredible tools I've ever used! And I've tested a ton of software. My company was an ASP (Adobe Service Provider) for many years and produced a lot of searchable databases full of PDF files.
The 7 day trial and monthly subscription made it easy to get back in the game. I didn’t know anything about Acrobat Pro, I’d never even heard of it. After learning and using it for a couple of weeks I can absolutely say it IS the most completely amazing piece of software I’ve ever used! Congratulations!!
All of the old documents have been converted and have passed all accessibility checks!!
BTW – sometime in the mid-nineties I was selected to be the moderator of what I think was the first and only symposium on a new technology called “Portable Document Format”. If I’m not mistaken the companies represented were Word Perfect, WordStar and Adobe. The symposium was held at the headquarters of USGS (United States Geological Survey). My company had been experimenting with this new “universal” format from the companies represented. It was clear to us Adobe was way ahead of the competition. The symposium left most of the attendees with the same conclusion.
Also in the mid-nineties my company was selected to convert the whole collection of OTA (Office of Technology Assessment) documents before the agency was closed. We were having a problem with one of the documents; it was about 600 pages long. We tried and tried but could not make an image+text PDF from our scanned images. The PC kept crashing or locking up. I called Adobe and actually got the Acrobat Product Manager on the line. After some discussion he told me he had never seen a 600 page PDF and wasn’t sure if one could be created from hard copy…but if I was successful would I please send him a copy on a CD! We maxed out memory and everything else you could max out on a PC back then and voila! We made a 600 page PDF! The whole OTA collection is still available on the web site at Princeton University - http://www.princeton.edu/~ota/.
I’m pretty sure I sent him a CD.

Restore the ability to undock the comment window
In Acrobat XI Pro it was possible to undock the comment list into it's own window. That feature was highly useful but has been removed in current Acrobat DC Pro. Please restore that capability to Acrobat to make the commenting tool more useful.

When adding layers to a PDF need an option to make the background transparent
When adding layers to a PDF need an option to make the background (of the added layer) transparent - this would allow a base CMY to show through multiple K layers (showing different plate change versions) allowing registration to be verified

Combining files: file name length
A new bug in Adobe.
When combining Word docs (and I believe it may affect other file types), the file name cannot be very long. Not sure how many characters but not very many. This is causing inefficiencies in my work where I publish research articles and the file name contains important information to identify each article. Having to shorten the file name wastes time. If this is an unintentional bug, please fix it!
The error received is "No PDF file was created because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error". Less than helpful generic message leading me to believe this might be an unintentional bug due to coding changes??

PowerPoint titles converting to H2 in PDF
When PowerPoint files are converted to PDF, slide titles should be converted to H1 because PowerPoint currently does not establish a hierarchy of headings. However, when I test the PDF output with a screen reader, I discover that they are all converted to H2, and there is no H1 anywhere in the file. Adobe Acrobat Pro is flagging this as a heading issue in accessibility checker, but the slides are properly set up with title placeholders on the master layouts, so Adobe is improperly applying H2 to slide titles when no H1 is present. See these WCAG accessibility standards and techniques:

Auto resize bounding box to contents for Callout and Text Box comments
When marking up PDFs, some clients want text to be immediately visible "on the page," i.e., in Callouts and Text Boxes vs. added with the less easy to see Insert Text at Cursor or Replace Text functions. Sometimes the text I need to add is just a single comma or hyphen, but the default bounding box size is much larger, and resizing these by hand is time-consuming. I'd like an option to fit bounding boxes to their contents without having to edit box sizes by hand. (Text Boxes autofit if you click and drag with the Text Box tool selected and the box is smaller than the text you add to it, but otherwise do not.) Thank you!

Its very distracting. Just make the cloud outlined or something so it doesn't look like a wee jobby 💩

Text not visible when typing text with Edit PDF
This only happens on one of the pages within the pdf file. I open Edit pdf; click the Add text button; position my cursor anywhere on the first page of my pdf document; then when I type text I can see the cursor moving as if there is text being typed, but it is not visible. The color is set to black.
If I do the same process, but on the second page for example, the text is visible.
Thanks.
