Erase in Paint and Edit in AdobeIn an earlier version of DC I could erase the wrong information in paint, save and close that page. Go back to the original document open a text box and enter the correct information. I try this with this new version and everything messes up. I was in a chat with one of your techs yesterday for almost 3 hours trying to do what I need to do in the 2020 version of Adobe DC. And it looks horrible, takes a lot of time and I hate it. Please Please Please fix this. I have been looking at peoples complaints and suggestions for hours trying to find this. I would like to know if you can do something with this before the trial is up and I go back to my other version. HELP!!!! Bug: Toolbars not drawn properly on macOS Big Sur Dev BetaThe toolbars in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC are not rendered at all when initially launching the app in macOS Big Sur Dev Beta 2. Resizing the window (including entering full screen) causes the bars to redraw correctly. Also reporting this to Apple. 3 votes

Please return to one-step emailing optionI waste so much time going through your three-step process when I only want to email a document. Please return to the one-step capability and either shrink or allow hiding of the widely hated big blue SHARE button. It takes up so much space it prevents me from being able to see the tools I actually need to use. This is a daily annoyance. 2 votes

Please bring back page navigation in the ribbon.Show current page number in the ribbon or toolbar. Thumbnails are screen hogs and out of order at that. Navigation is difficult and time consuming. The old way was better. 2 votes

Top of Acrobat DC Home should be most frequently used toolsThe "Recommended Tools For You" section at the top of the Acrobat DC home screen may be of good use for rank beginners, but for those of us who use the program every day, for specific purposes, would be better served by the top portion of the home screen having our most frequently used tools instead. I use two tools every day, but only one is accessible in the "Recommended tools" section, and only if I have the Acrobat window widened to the width of the screen. Go ahead and populate the area with your suggestions for newbies, but let those items drop off in favor of the ones we individuals use most often. Acrobat does not remember the correct last-viewed pages for PDFs at startupWindows 10 64-bit, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.013.20064 (and Acrobat Pro DC 2019; same bug) With multiple documents open in tabs, and the settings to ‘Restore last view’ and ‘Open PDFs from last session’, Acrobat is supposed to open the session exactly as it was closed, with the right last page for every document. Instead, on launch the pages for most documents are incorrect and only one document displays the correct page. It saves this setting in HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\RememberedViews\cNoCategoryFiles which has subkeys for every document, ranging from c1 to cN and their subkey cViewDef\ includes the important value ipageViewPageNum, also values such as ipageViewMaxVisPageNum and ipageViewMinVisPageNum. Expected result: The values should be set correctly and independently of other documents present in HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\RememberedViews\cNoCategoryFiles Observed result: When closing Acrobat, the values ipageViewMaxVisPageNum and ipageViewMinVisPageNum are set to the correct page, but the value ipageViewPageNum is set wrong, which makes the wrong page display at startup. In fact, that value in question is set arbitrarily to the last actual document you chose to work with. Meaning, if you have 4 documents open, and read the first document only, all 4 will open up to the page of the first document, and each ipageViewPageNum will be identical copies of the value corresponding to that first document. Insert text commentCan you please include the Insert Text Comment feature in the shared review? This feature is available in Acrobat Reader and in the not-shared COMMENT review toolbar. As a basic comment tool, I am quite surprised (and very frustrated) that this is not available for collaborative commenting. Specifically referring to "Insert Text" as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/mark-text-edits.html#insert_text 5 votes

file sizeHello! I work in the wine industry and we often have to submit files that are under 500kb or 750kb for government records. I use the "reduce file size" option but it takes a lot of guesswork. It would be amazing if there was an option to make the PDF smaller than ____ kb/mb. I know so many in my industry would be grateful. Thank you!! 2 votes

Case # ADB-17311074-R0M2Using the chat feature, I was informed that the customer service representative would need to remotely access my computer to fix my issue. He told me I would have to agree to remote connection as well as to have my screen recorded for quality assurance purposes. I informed him that I did not want my screen recorded, to which he told me that was not something that Adobe could support. When I opened the remote sharing filed, the user agreement clearly states "We record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. You may choose to not have your session recorded if you prefer." Going back to the customer service representative, I told him again that I did not want my screen recorded, and copied the user agreement which stated that it was my option not to have my screen recorded while he accessed my computer. He then proceeded to tell me just to minimize all my files, to which I again stated I didn't want my screen recorded. To this, he stated he would not be able to help me without me agreeing to it. Transcripts of this chat are attached. Would like a response as to why user options laid out in the user agreement are not able to be met by Adobe customer service representatives. Acrobat DC crash — Output PreviewI have been dealing with this on a daily basis... several times a day. When viewing/editing PDFs from within Acrobat, with the Output Preview window open (either on the same screen or split) — Acrobat will crash every time that I forget to close the Preview window before viewing a different PDF (although I am doing the same task in both PDFs). I think it's slightly ridiculous to have to close the window every time. Currently I have more than 200 single PDFs to edit (converting one spot color to another) and it is taking forever because Acrobat decides to quit about every 3rd or 4th document. Why has this glitch not been fixed? Mojave 10.14.6

Unable to save PDFAdobe Acrobat updated overnight. Now while trying to save individual sections of a textbook (I organize and then extract the selected pages) the "Save As PDF" pop-up window is just blank. Adobe does not freeze... I can cancel out of the pop-up window and still read my extracted pages. However I am not able to move past the blank "Save As PDF" window so I can't save individual chapters :( 4 votes

Reverse order of selected pagesThere are times when you accidentally scan a stack of documents in reverse order, or when exporting a pdf from Photoshop it exports the layers in a way you didn't expect. Instead of limiting the user to drag and drop to re-order pages, there should also be an option to reverse order of selected pages. Thanks. 2 votes
