  2. Please fix the search function in Acrobat Pro. I rely on this so heavily for my work and it has become unreliable and confusing to use. For example, I searched for the word "Ad-hoc" today and Acrobat reported finding no results. I was looking at the word on my page at that very moment.

    Oh, and when I then searched for the word "occurred" Adobe finally highlighted the word "Ad-hoc" for me. Infuriating!

    Please fix this. There has to be a way to permanently set the search function to return only the actual word I am searching for, not random…

  3. When I try to save a document after editing the form; I get a document cannot save, try saving under a different file name. Then it automatically deletes my document and goes right into my trash. When I try to retore and open the document it then gives me an error "There was an error opening this document. Access denied." but I could open the document on the drive online. This is frustrating as I am always organizing documents and if I can't be saving if I organize a page it will take me time to keep going in my…

  4. It would be an amazing time-saver if we were able to change all default settings for field properties, i.e. type and size of font for each field or all fields, type and size of radio buttons and checkboxes, etc. This would make me -- and many other users -- much less irritable when I have to create forms.

  6. In adobe reader, in normal mode if i highlight a text and later if i hover cursor on highlighted text, a floating tool bar pop up to edit highligting.

    That highlighting tool bar doesnt pop-up in reader mode. I see it as problem as i mostly read the document and highlight important text.

  8. I would like to request for multiple fields edits in one go.

    I use InDesign to create digital forms. After exporting the work, I opened the PDF in Acrobat. In my example, I have 4 rows of Date of Birth. I usually edit the DoB to custom dd/mm/yyyy. Acrobat as it is today, only allows me to edit the field one cell at a time which in my case I have to edit 4 times. Imagine if I have a table with 20 date of birth cells. That's 20 edits!!

    I would like the ability to select all 4 cells…

  10. When you batch apply redactions to a group of PDFs in a folder, it would be great if Acrobat did the work in the background and allowed the user to continue working. Currently, Acrobat opens every document which means that a user cannot continue doing something else.

  11. Current state: It is not possible to add whole user groups of the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. synchronized via Azure AD) into the purchased products, if the product profile (e.g. Adobe Sign) has been allocated to the user group in the a Adobe Admin Console.
    At the moment only the individual users appear in the product (e.g. Adobe Sign) and one have to duplicate the user groups in Adobe Sign which already are already available in the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. via Azure AD synchronisation).

  12. Highlighter has changed on me this week - it blocks text out as tho it is on top of the text. not behind. I cannot find a setting to fix this. Lowering the opacity only makes the colour more faded, and the text is washed out. This was not like this 1-2 weeks ago. please fix ASAP - I use this tool everyday.

  13. I have to read a lot of scientific papers, where I have to refer back to concepts earlier in the document. Whenever I then click on a previous bookmark I notice that the bookmark highlighted corresponds to the latest bookmark I clicked rather than the current bookmark. I understand this kind of makes sense when the bookmarks tab is used as literal bookmarks, however, with most documents it is actually used as a Table of Contents.   14. Edit - Preferences - Documents - unticking [ALT+w] doesn't help.
    Is this some new feature of an update or what? There is no way to pin the menu bar fixed and visible all the time?

    ps. Mentioning the Windows / Edge hijacking pdfs, here too, even if that doesn't belong to this issue...

  16. Hire better programmers from a competitors, yours are incompetent and the program FAILS everyday. Once I get the signature issues resolved with DRAWBOARD Adobe will be cancelled AGAIN.

  19. Why do I have to unlock PDF files from the Internet in order to print their content? That doesn't make sense.

    When I print a document, I do not confirm the file to be save. Instead, I'm just converting the PDF file to an even saver format: the printed page.
