Allow Custom Template Integration from External Platforms (e.g. Matrix Destiny)
It would be great to allow users to import and use templates from external platforms, such as https://matrixdestiny.net, within Acrobat Web.
Matrix Destiny provides downloadable personalized charts and reports in PDF format. If Acrobat allowed direct import or easy linking of these as reusable templates, it would help users save time and standardize documents for repeated use—especially for those working with personal development, coaching, or consulting materials.

Buggy commenting
I've used the online Acrobat product in the past for commenting/collaborating with other users on a PDF, and exporting a PDF with all users' comments has worked fine.
Today, I'm working on a PDF that has comments added by another user, and when I download the PDF, only the annotations that I'd uploaded with the PDF are included in the download: all comments added from the browser by other users are missing.

Bulk download documents
Allow users to bulk download signed/filled documents as you would each individual. selecting more only states "cannot combine the documents" but would be beneficial to download multiple simultaneously.

Password issues with E-Signature
In the newest version, specifically for e-signature, you need to add the area to allows the document to come back to the sender password protected. IRS regulations require that documents be password protected.
We can send it out to the client with a password, but it no longer has the option to add a password when it comes back from Adobe saying the signatures are completed. I had to chat with one rep and call and speak to another to get it reverted to the old version in the app. Which I prefer to use my browser and no longer…

Drag and Drop Files for E-Signature
Why did you remove the drag and drop option in the e-signature tab? I send multiple files for approval and need a text box on each. Having to click each one separately is very time consuming and unproductive.

Failure of 'free trial'
The program offered free combining of several PDFs into a single document (merging). The output was absolutely terrible, with random bookmarks created all over the place, and documents re-sequenced out of order. I attempted to re-upload and look for settings, at which point the program told me that was actually a 'trial' and now I had to pay £20 for a subscription to use the (apparently terrible) service. Skip Download Before Opening
When the extension opens PDF files from Gmail, it would be preferred if they were not downloaded first. The whole concept of opening them in browser as opposed to downloading outright is to NOT take up space on the hard drive.
