For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. ¿How can you not manage articles or text in spanish? I think that its a huge mistake, because if it wasn't for that i would still pay and use the service, but it shortens a lot the range of knowledge that the users need to manage.

How the **** are you guys gonna charge me for a month when my trial wasnt even expired yet. in fact, it wasnt even 24 hours since I installed the app. You people are terrible and how quickly you charge people who havent even decided if they like your app or not. Please advise when my money will be refunded to my card......

  5. The saved data that is typed into forms should actually delete when you click the "clear data" button. Otherwise the program will keep trying to suggest things as you type and often it crashes trying to do so.

  7. Why do you continually move everything. You give us fill and sign and then you take it away. every time I go to use an APP you seem to have changed everything. NEWS FLASH your users are not ADOBE developers who know how to use everything and how to find everything. You make it sooooo hard for a regular user.

    1. Stop redesigning the ******* interface every other month.
    2. Stop wasting money on your insipid and childish advertising, and just make your apps work.

  8. Acrobat e-sign will frequently hang indefinitely while trying to autosave a document. Cannot download the document once stuck in the "Saving..." stall, so this effectively causes all new changes to be lost.

  9. Issue with opening PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Reader. PDFs attempt to auto-resize upon opening (as opposed to matching the last closed-window size). Also for any second PDF opened, the window moves locations on my desktop, instead of joining the existing window placement, which is extremely inconvenient.

  12. QuickBooks program suffers from different insidious errors that can halt the progress of the accounting work. QuickBooks Abort error is one such error which occurs all of a sudden and leads to uninvited issues and sudden crashing of QuickBooks. As such, all the unsaved accounting data gets lost.

  14. I’ve been using the Adobe app to send out e-signatures, but the version keeps changing. About once a month, I get logged out, and each time it reverts to a different version. At the moment, it’s gone back to the older version, and I wasn’t able to update the recipient's name when sending the documents. I’ve tried looking for a solution online but haven’t had any luck—it’s been really frustrating.

  15. It would be really helpful if Adobe would prompt me to change the name of documents I'm sending for signature if they're based on templates. I usually don't remember to do this and only think of it when I see Adobe's notification that "binder" has been sent for signature. I've got a bunch of documents named binder in my list now and it's hard to tell what they are without opening each one.
